- Espen (8/5): For pengene, helt topp. - Billigt. Rent og fint. Lite å klage på. Den første døren er åpen, til nøkkelskap. Dette kom ikke frem i annonsen. Ellers god valuta for pengene. Mangen klaget på røyklukt. Det er ikke cigarett, men huset generelt, da et er bygget i leire eller noe lignendes. Ingenting for pengene.
- Kevin (1/5): Not good, having to spend the night in the cold at the train station. - We weren’t able to get into this unit. We booked it around 11pm when we got to Hjørring (not knowing before hand when we would get there) and were sent a code to unlock the door, but it didn’t work. The host tried it as well. We called the support number but received a voice message that said they’d get back to us within 24 hours. In the meantime, we received an email demanding our credit card number for a $200 cleaning deposit which would maybe be refunded within 2 weeks. We did not send them our credit card info, as it was highly suspicious. By then it was after midnight and we weren’t able to find any other accommodations for the night. We ended up waiting at the train station all night until the train to the next city could take us onward. No valid access code and a request for our credit card for additional deposit. We had already booked the unit using our card, and were billed for two nights which we couldn’t use. We use your service all the time, and this is the only time we’ve been asked for our card info via a separate email. During our stay at the train station, another person showed up with a similar experience regarding being asked for his credit card via email and having a code that didn’t work.
