• Jelena (8/5): Купите в квартиру адаптер для розеток - Шикарное расположение. Квартира чистая. Удобная кровать. Много места. Несмотря на то что в квартире есть электрический чайник и кофемашина с капсулами - мы не смогли ими воспользоваться, так как все розетки в квартире итальянского типа (узкие), а вилки у этих приборов большие. Мы так и не смогли их включить, так как нужен был адаптер, а его не было. Остальные электрические приборы подключили без проблем, а воду для кофе пришлось кипятить на газовой плите.

Nous avons tout apprécié à l’exception du frigo qui était défaillant. Au niveau de la cuisine, il aurait été agréable de pouvoir bénéficier de linges de cuisine et d’un ou deux couteaux tranchants ainsi qu’un tire-bouchon.

Un po' rumoroso perchè vicino ad una strada trafficata ma non ci si fa troppo caso Peccato per l'assenza di un ascensore. i 4 piani di scale sono un po' impegnative
• Maria (10/5): - Appartamento grandissimo adatto a famiglie. Pulito, dotato di wifi e due smart TV. Cucina attrezzata con tutto il necessario per cucinare e per la prima colazione. C'è anche la macchina per il caffè espresso con capsule. Affaccia su via Cavalleggeri e dalla camera da letto si vedono l'aula Paolo VI e la cupola di San Pietro. Posizione ottima per visitare la basilica e i musei vaticani. A 15 minuti a piedi c'è la fermata della metro A - Ottaviano. Oltre, si arriva agevolmente a Castel Sant' Angelo. Molto soddisfatto del rapporto qualità prezzo. La proprietaria è gentile e disponibile.

At that price it is not recommended. - Position, even though looking for parking is a nightmare, but this you have to take into account 4th floor, no elevator. Not sure what they mean by “elegante”, it is fatiscente instead. TV’s not working, handles of the door detached, fridge not working properly (input it on 5 and it was only a little fresh. In addition, they ask you to call directly to get discount, but they offer a price higher than booking.

La pulizia approssimativa, caldaia e televisioni non funzionanti: la caldaia l'ho fatta ripartire io, televisioni mute fino alla fine. Per i soldi che paghiamo vorremmo almeno le basi

• Antonio (1/5): Terrible experience!! - When I arrived I went o the 4th floor and opened the master lock as instructed and the key was not there, therefore I could not use the room. The place had a bad smell and it looked really bad. The fact that it was no key available we had to rent another Hotel and it was expensive. I asked Booking to return my money because I did not use the facility since there was no key available. The smell and the fact that the property was on the 4th floor. I asked if there was elevator but they this did not respond. The place looked abandoned and bad smell. You should not list this place on Booking, it lower the standard.

• Carla (7/5): Good location - The location of this apartment cannot be beat. It is spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is fantastic and the view of the St Peter's Basilica dome is incredible. In trying to find my hairbrush I looked under the bed which was full of rubbish and dirt. There is no shower but a bathtub with a handheld wand so tried to have a bath but no hot water 5 minutes Into that so was more of a puddle. There are two TVs but neither work and neither has platform connections like Netflix which really let the apartment down. Loose floor tiles also need to be fixed.

Coffee shops and small convenient stores next to the building. Very clean, spacious and comfortable apartment good for a small family. Kitchen equipments available. Located at 4th floor without a lift. A bit far from the metro station.

En el anuncio no especifica que hay que subir a una 7ma planta... estuve con una persona mayor que nos quedamos 1 día y menos mal porque de ser lo contrario no me quedo. Estaba sucio. La nevera olía fatal de que se habían dejado cosas ahí o que tenía meses de no limpiarse y luego las sábanas de la cama asquerosas La cocina el tomacorriente estropeado tuve que llevar la maquina de hacer café a el salón para poder conectarla y poder hacer un café. En el baño solo había papel higiénico. Ni jabón ni nada, baje a comprarlo a la tienda. Hable con el responsable cuando llegue por lo de las escaleras y que no habia ascensor.. y lo unico que dijo fue que "estaba puesto"y no me leyó los mensajes siguientes de la limpieza y demás. No puedo puntuar con 0 porque no lo hay, pero pésimo, pésimo... Lokal mocno zaniedbany , brak telewizji w obu telewizorach . Potrzeba remontu natychmiastowego w pokojach i łazience . Raczej drugi raz za tak ogromną cenę bym nikomu polecić nie chciał

Czystość średnia, brakuje żelazka, klamka została mi w ręku, mydło rozwodnione, nie było czym umyć kubka w kuchni. No daleko do dobrze. Przespać się można ale żeby posiedzieć miło i przytulnie to nie tutaj.

• Kathleen (8/5): Stunning apartment - Fabulously close to St Peters. I can’t say enough about the location. The apartment was clean, spacious, beautiful and safe. Instructions were perfect. Slightly hard to find the address- but maybe that is just me. Hauling luggage up 4 flights was a workout surprise, but worth the view. Wi-Fi wasn’t working for us…. Overall beautiful though

Good speed WiFi. It was not advertised as a fourth floor with no lift. I took my 78 years old mother, it was a real struggle, if I knew it I could have made a better informed decision. Poor equipment in the flat (no cleaning products, hand wash, kitchen rolls). Someone tried to enter the apartment around midnight, but not much the owner could have done about it!
