- Kimberley Herewini (5/5): Home Stay - Location was great. One of the bedrooms hadn't been cleaned there was a bra under the bed along with other bits an pieces really needed a good vacuum. My elderly mother didn't see the step down into the bedroom as it was getting dark on arrival, an she fell hitting her head and ended up with a black eye, so there should be a warning that there's a step down. Otherwise was a lovely home.
- Alejandra (10/5): Exceptional - The kitchen was well equipped. Literally has everything! More than we expected and 3 fridges. The distribution of the house was also perfect, 2 rooms in one side of the house near a full bathroom and the other 2 rooms on the other side near to the other bathroom. The BBQ was big enough and we loved the green areas around the house. Plenty of boardgames and activities. It 's pretty close to a convenient store. Near the river too, where you can do some kayaking. One of the BBQ did not work but the other one did. We had bad weather and we couldn't dry our clothes hanging them and there wasn't a dryer in the house. Expect a 10 minute walk to Ruakaka beach.
