Guest (5/5): - La cordialidad del personal y el desayuno 1- Solicité una cama matrimonial. Me dieron 2 camas simples que fueron juntadas, quedando un espacio en el medio que resultaba incómodo. Hablé con el personal pero me dijeron que era su política. Nadie me lo había dicho antes. 2- El inodoro tenía una gran suciedad en la parte posterior, por donde sale el agua.

Spa and gymnasium (need a bit of updating) also included with bfast. Staffs are very helpful and accommodating Nothing to dislike apart from gymnasium equipments needs updating

Karolina (10/5): - Мы заказали номер с завтраком и спа. И по возможности с большой кроватью. Нам предоставили очень удобный номер, с большой кроватью, в номере нас ждал презент. На рецепции нас встретил очень приятный парень, говорили на всех языках) нам предложили выбрать время посещения спа, потому что оно не очень большое и что бы не было много народа. Нам это очень понравилось. Еще нам на рецепции дали ваучер на бесплатное просеко в ресторане, на просеко в одном ресторане в центре, очень приятно было. Завтрак был прекрасный, много выбора и все очень вкусно. Парковка бесплатная большой плюс. Все очень дружелюбные и очень чисто. Однозначно еще вернемся. Персонал был великолепен.

Jiří (10/5): Velmi se nám líbilo! - Pokoj veliký, čistý! Vše co člověk potřebuje. Milý a ochotný personál. Lokalita je také dobrá, za pár minut jste tramvají v centru. Snídaně bohatá a velmi chutná. Možná by to chtělo tvrdší matraci. V posteli jsem se doslova utopil.
Catalina (10/5): Very welcoming! - Went to Prague for the half marathon. The hotel was a 5-10 min walk away from the event, so it was absolutely perfect! The price was a bit steep, but it might have been just because of the event, I didn't check other days. But we did have a nice bottle of wine waiting for us when we checked in and another bottle when we checked out! They really did go above and beyond with the cosiness and making us want to come back to them! Public transportation just outside of the hotel meant we made it to the old part of town really easy, and it was actually even walkable. Handy with big supermarkets close by. Clean, quiet, just what we needed. There were guests that knew about the fact that you had to book the spa facilities in advance, so they booked the whole thing for 2 hours after the marathon, which resulted in me not availing of the spa facilities at all, since I didn't want to hang around the hotel for the rest of the day. That was a bit unpleasant, they shouldn't have been allowed to do that.

Aneta (10/5): - Pobyt w hotelu Colorfactory w Pradze wspominam bardzo dobrze. Hotel jest czysty, przytulny i położony w dobrej lokalizacji z łatwym dojazdem do centrum. Dużym atutem było spa oraz jacuzzi, które pozwalały świetnie się zrelaksować po zwiedzaniu miasta. Hotel posiada również parking, co jest bardzo wygodne dla osób podróżujących samochodem. Obsługa była miła i pomocna, a śniadania smaczne i świeże. To świetne miejsce na krótki pobyt w Pradze.

Lage von Hotel ebenfalls sehr gut, Straßenbahn in 100 Meter zu erreichen, die alle Ziele in der Stadt abdeckt. Eine Station weiter ist Metro Bahnhof. Iryna (10/5): Цей готель зробив наш відпочинок ще кращим🫶 - Це не готель, а казка, якщо ми повернемось ще в Прагу, то тільки в цей готель! Тут було чудово усе від стійки реєстрації з дуже любʼязними адміністраторами до СПА! Приємні бонуси і компліменти у вигляді пляшки смачного вина у номері, ваучера в кафе «Панорама» з безкоштовним келихом ігристого на даху під захід сонця, ігристого на сніданок це було дуже приємно. Ми брали проживання зі сніданками і жодного разу не пошкодували, адже сніданки були різноманітні і дуже смачні. В номері була й кава і чай. Ми подорожували з собакою жодних проблем не було! Парковка безкоштовна на території готелю це теж було дуже добре! Розташування готелю було чудове, до Старого міста можна було доїхати на таксі за 5 €, що виходило дешевше ніж проїхатись громадським транспортом нам у трьох, але і зупинка трамваю, який вас довезе в будь-яку точку міста теж за 1 хв від готелю. Прибирання номерів щоденне, ліжка дуже зручні. Ми рекомендуємо цей готель усім і точно ще повернемось, дякуємо за відпочинок 🫶
Konrad (10/5): Polecam - Do Spa trzeba robić rezerwację, ale dzięki temu nie tłumu. W pokoju na powitanie było wino. Dostaliśmy voucher na drink w barze w restauracji oraz do Cafe Panorama, skąd rozciąga się piękny widok na Pragę. Przy wymeldowaniu Dostaliśmy po butelce wody na drogę. Drobiazgi, ale bardzo miłe. Pyszne śniadania. Duża łazienka, świetna suszarka. Nic takiego nie było.

Gabor (9/5): Excellent cost/value ratio in a good location if you are willing to take tram ride to the center. - Superb staff, Welcome drink. Free parking around the hotel. Quite good breakfast. The shower head, couldd be better. The bed could have been a bit stiffer (my preference). Nothing else really.

Granifo (9/5): - Amplitud de la habitación Que no tengan habilitada un área para fumadores mas cómoda, solo un par de banquetas en el estacionamiento. Que a pesar de haber pagado por estacionamiento en el lugar, me mandaron a estacionamiento ar a un parking externo a 5 cuadras del hotel

Klaudia (10/5): Miły pobyt w pięknym mieście, chętnie wrócę. - Hotel ma fantastyczną obsługę. Personel jest miły i reaguje na każdą prośbę. Hotel jest kameralny, atmosfera miła. Śniadania urozmaicone i duży wybór dań. Z napojów mlecznych można było wybrać wersję roślinne a pieczywo było też bezglutenowe. Nie mam żadnych zastrzeżeń. Miło byłoby gdyby w okopach były szlafroki żeby w nich schodzić do sauny. Ale bez tego też można się zorganizować.

Michalka (8/5): - Lokalita je dobrá vzhľadom na dostupnosť MHD. Raňajky boli výborné svojou rozsiahlou ponukou i kvalitou. Lokalita vzhľadom na blízkosť priemyselných, resp. kancelárskych objektov. Izby sú malé, chýbal vešiak na zavesenie kabátov, či nohavíc. V izbe bolo len jedno kreslo, čo bolo vyslovene zlé. Príliš veľké zastúpenie personálu z Ukrajiny.
Jennifer (10/5): Würde ich jedenfalls wieder buchen - Super freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, ruhige Lage, gratis Parken, gratis Prag Pass, viele Extras. Wellness und Fitness wären auch inkludiert gewesen, da kann ich allerdings nichts sagen, da wir es nicht genutzt haben. Das Hotel war auch eher in einer Wohngegend, was zum „Wohnen“ sehr vorteilhaft war und mit der Straßenbahn war man dennoch in 11 Minuten in der Innenstadt. Auch Supermärkte, etc. waren mehr als ausreichend in der Gegend. Riesenspalt zwischen den Matratzen beim Doppelbett, Bartstoppeln im Bad, die nicht von uns waren und das Frühstück ist etwas unterdurchschnittlich (nicht die Auswahl, aber sämtliche Süßspeisen sowie Gebäck waren staubtrocken).
Τραγάκης (1/5): Ποτέ ξανά. - Μου άρεσε μόνο ο παπαγάλος. Δε με ικανοποίησε η καθαριότητα αφού με το που μπήκαμε στο δωμάτιο βρήκα μια μαύρη τρίχα πάνω στο μαξιλάρι μου και στο μονό κρεβάτι δεν είχαν στρώσει σεντόνι. Η συμπεριφορά του προσωπικού στη ρεσεψιόν ήταν απαράδεκτη. Δεν είχε καθόλου θέα το δωμάτιο.
