Azsab (1/5): Worst 2day ever! - The location next to KLCC Everything. Nobody at arrival. I was waiting for more than 30mins. From long flight then airport to the residence. The room stink. The towel stink. The bed stink. Dirty everywhere. Mould in the bathroom and above the bathroom door. Nothing was wiped clean. The wardrobe door were stained. It seems like the place not even maintained. They changed the room for me and the same. So I guess all their units are rundown and dirty. The tv keep tripping. No choice of entertainment on tv. On the check out day, i asked for extension to 1pm. I went out for breakfast came back couldnt open the door. Before i left for breakfast i confirmed with the manager about the extension and she confirmed it. When i came back i couldnt get in the room. She said she forgot! I do not recommend renting from this host Getaway. It was a horrible 2 days!!! I checked out and change to reliable host and their room is very pleasant and well equipped. Smelling good and clean. It feels welcoming. There are many host. DO NOT GO FOR GETAWAY HOME SUITE HOST THE WORST ROOM DIRTY AND STINKY!

Mohammad (2/5): The worst place I stayed during my trip in Asia - The location is good, that’s it The property is poorly managed, whoever manages this property tries to make the most profit out of it without spending much. Furniture and carpet looks very dirty and all stained, bathroom has mould, there is no shampoo provided, no tissues provided and the travellers expected to bring everything themselves. The lift is very slow and always packed.

Denise was great, helped me check in early which was greatly appreciated. The view is great, beds and bathrooms are nice, has a lovely gym and pool, along w a steam room

Yj (8/5): Very good - The location is near to KLCC, very convenient. The place is secure, clean and comfy. Parking is easy. Host was polite and answered promptly. The host asked an agent to meet me with the keys, however the instructions to the agent was not clear and I was made to wait 10 minutes for the agent to arrive and another 20 minutes for the parking access card. Wifi was not working. Swimming pool was closed after 10pm and I was not informed.

Nor'aini (10/5): Exceptional - the location really a walking distance to my office in KLCC, and most importantly free parking is included. The owner/agent is very helpful even though my booking was a bit late in the evening and check-in was also a bit late at night, they still entertain my queries until we settled :) The view from the swimming pool was stunning, especially at night. The room is spacious and peaceful, suitable for those who bring family and at the same time need to have quiet time for work. The price is reasonable with the provided facilities and the security staff was really good and they are helpful too. Will plan for another staycation with my family again here in the future.

Leon (8/5): Best location in KLCC - The location is Probabaly the best in KL CBD area. Magnificent views. Great facility. Supremely comfortable. Easy check-in and out. Superb noise insulation. Had great sleep quality during our stay. The "concierge desk" isn't very friendly or helpful. Thankfully you can avoid them mostly during the stay.

Kitchen and laundry appliances excellent and in working order. Check in and check out quick and easy. Denise responsive and helpful with instructions for air conditioning and location of bins etc. Instructions perhaps could be provided in a guestbook? No hand towels in bathroom or kitchen. No hot water to kitchen tap. Not clear in listing that there is no room service. This is particularly an issue during extended stays i.e. no change of sheets and towels or interim cleaning (Stayed 10 nights). Limited supply of toilet paper and no spare bin liners or cleaning supplies if room service not provided. TV not able to log into Netflix Account (freezes) and has 4 damaged ‘bright spots’. Light over the table not working. Mould around the shower stall in bathroom. Some cookware provided not induction cooktop compatible. Curtains falling off rails.
