- Les (5/5): Great potential, needing a bit more focus on visitor's experience. - The location was great (despite the road work right on the front door). The flat looked nice and had everything you need for a short stay. The shower drain was blocked. The Wi-Fi was lagging. One of the control remote for the TVs was not working. Bring your Fire stick or Chromecast with you as the smart functions on the TV all need credentials. The plug in the bedroom was either too far from TV or second bedside lamp..... What I liked the least was the asking for holding deposit before my arrival, which was not specified on the policy when I booked. It is really worrying following a link on the phone nowadays, and did not enjoy this aspect. I also was a bit disappointed when I did not get a response when raised the problem of the drain. We could not have showers as a results!
- Leeann (8/5): Over all wasn’t a bad experience. Location was excellent - Location Mattress was very thin and uncomfortable. Shower clogged, water was almost over flowing, they did come out to fix after numerous messages. Could use some fresh paint.
- Andrew (10/5): -
- Ken (8/5): Good condo, good spot, the bookers could have been more responsive. - The property was comfortable, spacious, and in a great location. The shower was backed up, so it made showering tricky trying to not flood the bathroom. The wifi info in the online information sheet needs to be updated. My messages to the management went unanswered.
- Chad (9/5): Large place in a great location. - Location was great for us and a few min walk to central station - not too far a walk from Queen St station too! If you like to club, there’s plenty within a short walk. Flat was large with plenty of space. Communication was good and easy to get into the flat. Water pressure was good and hot. Overall a nice stay for us. The beds were a little short and low and the sheets kept falling off one room that exposed a kinda gross mattress (might be time for a cover or new mattress). More paper for the toilet would have been nice - one small roll for 4 people didn’t make it thru our stay. The heaters were a little difficult to figure out - some instructions might be nice.
- Jo (4/5): -
- Jade (1/5): - Place was filthy sticky floor flies everywhere when tried to contact anyone about this still no reply
- Les (10/5): - Perfectly placed for a visit to Glasgow City centre close to train and bus stations
- Jessica (6/5): This apartment was great location for exploring Glasgow; it would benefit from a decorative upgrade to make this apartme - The property was in a great location for exploring Glasgow - near to the train station. The 2 bedrooms were a good size as was the living space. Overall the property decor was very basic and tired. The space is great and it would really benefit from some decorative/cosmetic TLC. The windows were filthy and would let so much more light in if cleaned. Everything could just do with a little more attention and a lift.

- Myles (7/5): Good location, early checkout. - Accomodation was fine.
Great location. Disappointed that host could not bend at all on check in time.
Wouldn't move from 3pm till 2pm. We had an event to attend at 2.30pm. This meant we couldn't check in or leave our bags before. Considering check out is 10am, fail to see why this couldn't be accommodated.
Also £250 deposit taken off card up front ( paid not just secured) a bit steep. Waiting a week for refund too long.
- Lucy (7/5): did the job - good location, spacious flat, great tv not very clean (blood and mud on sheets) and smelly towels. missing essential stuff like baking trays and was only given one toilet roll.
- Dylan (7/5): -
- mancyank (9/5): - Perfect location, size, rate, comfort, kitchen facilities. Awesome shower. Hairdryer was provided. Well insulated from noise. Communication was top notch with easy self check-in/out. Overall a bit more worn-in than the pristine photos but that actually put us more at ease. We would stay here again (or live here) in a heartbeat. Great experience!! Thank you so much! Some discrepancies between the manual we were sent by link versus direct communication via messaging. Guidance in the manual was outdated in regard to things like key check-out placement and where to find the key for bin room (couldn't locate in the end). Please update the flat's manual to avoid confusion and chasing for information.
The standing fan didn't work, which was okay for the weather at the time but would be needed if hotter. An iron and ironing board would also be much appreciated. Extra pillow cases for the extra pillows would be great, too
Corner ceiling of living room showed signs of water damage and the flat smelled a bit of damp so if super sensitive to such things just check the current situation before booking.
This is miniscule nitpicky feedback. We had a fabulous stay!

- Robyn (8/5): We enjoyed our stay at this place. - The location near the train station was great as we were catching the train after our stay in Glasgow. Also handy to restaurants and central city. Lovely spacious apartment for a 2 couples. Both beds were saggy and not particularly comfortable. New beds needed here. It had full kitchen facilities but no tea towels to dry dishes. Not quite enough equipment if you wanted to cook a meal. The curtains weren't black out and the offices opposite the bedrooms left their lights on all night which was annoying.
- David (1/5): Don't bother - Nothing they cancelled at 14.20. we were due to check in 3pm. Booking.com saved the day but they must stop private hosts from cancelling at the last minute. The strange "water pipe burst" excuse for cancelling at such short notice. A questionable excuse to say the least
- Styliana (3/5): Great location but dirty and uncomortable beds. - Great location, spacious apartment. I think it's outrageous that they are asking for a £250 deposit when the apartment is in such poor condition.
As soon as I stepped inside, I opened the windows because the stale air in every room was unbearable. The bedroom curtains were stinking of smoke. I spent the first hour of my holiday cleaning the entire apartment: I dusted every surface, mopped the floor, and cleaned the bathroom. The beds were so uncomfortable that our bodies sank into the middle of them. There was only one roll of toilet paper for four people staying for three nights. On our first day, I texted the owner to say that we would appreciate more toilet paper and to complain that the place did not look like the pictures — it was dirty. However, I did not receive a reply.
- Judith (1/5): Very disappointed with the accommodation. Actually didn’t stay there and booked a hotel for the night instead. - Nothing. The whole apartment is in need of a makeover. Not at all good value for money.
A large damp patch on the living room ceiling.
A damp/ smoky smell on entering the apartment.
It was very warm, there was a floor fan which didn’t work.
- Janis (9/5): Great location in Glasgow, close to lots of restaurants and convenient to buses/trains. -
- Robert (10/5): Excellent home from home base for a great adventure! - Great location, nice clean apartment with modern facilities and equipment in the kitchen. Comfortable beds and a great shower with plenty of hot water. Never seen a tv so big. The communication and patience from the company were excellent. Only 5 minutes from the train station and a convenient Tesco just over the road. I highly recommend these apartments for anyone wanting to explore Glasgow. There wasn’t anything to dislike. The whole experience was 10/10.
- Andrea (5/5): Passable -
- Katrina (8/5): Very nice apartment for a short stay with friends. - Really well positioned property, easy to access and quiet for a city centre. Make sure to pack toilet roll as you only get one and there are no trays for the oven. The shower is so lush and powerful, the beds extremely comfy, giant TV and plenty of sockets.
- Keith (8/5): Great location. Quiet for the centre. Big flat. - Location, space, two bedrooms, plenty tea and coffee Just lacked some finishing touches in places
- Gayle (3/5): Would not recommend - Good location. Good shower. The photos are very old now, the flat is very run down and not looking its best. Mattresses could be replaced as they are very sunken. The shower was blocked and wouldn't drain, it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Poor communication with the owner. No basin for kitchen sink, no tea towels, vacuum, sweeping brush etc. so very difficult to ensure you leave the place as you found it. Also the flat was freezing when we went in, the cleaner could've switched heating on for our arrival. The shower from the upstairs flat has been leaking for a long time so there is black mould in the living room.
- Loretta (9/5): Superb -
- Robert (8/5): Very good -
- Adedapo (7/5): Good -
- Russell (7/5): Good -
- Dylan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Karis (8/5): Good location, terrible communication - Great location in the town center, flat had everything you needed for a self catering stay and a tesco right across the road. Was pretty quiet for being on one of the main streets in glasgow. Beds were comfortable and clean, bathroom was clean and towels provided. Furniture was very dusty and the letting agent wasn't great. You are asked to contact the agent through whatsapp but get no reply. Had to Google and phone the main office to get into the flat as the agent didn't answer the whatsapp calls on our arrival. The same agent was the emergency contact for out of hours, we had a problem with the livingroom heater, the electrics in the plug were faulty and the plug started melting causing a burning smell, when we pulled it out to prevent a fire one of the prongs had melted that much it stuck in the socket. Tried to contact the agent as an emergency, no answer at all from them either that night or the next day, we checked out with the prong still melted into the socket. Pretty poor show from them if I'm honest. Considering what you pay for a night along with a decent deposit I expect better if I'm honest.
- Pude (7/5): Good -
- Melanie (9/5): Superb - Stunning apartment fully equipped staff were keeping in touch and lovely on the phone upon arrival good location
- Victoria (9/5): Great location for ease of getting around the city. Clean and secure. - Location was ideal for us, city centre needed for connectivity ease whilst we planned the next steps in our travel.
- Laura (1/5): THE MANAGEMENT A TOTAL DISASTER -
- Kateřina (7/5): Good - The living room was very comfortable. All the equipment of the apartment was sufficient and fully functional. The advantage was the shop located directly in the opposite building. Communication with the staff was pleasant and they responded quickly to all messages. The front door to the apartment could not be locked, we could only closed it. The cleaning could have been better, but it was sufficient for us.
- Hazel (8/5): Very good - Location was really good... Lots of dead flies on the living room window sill
- Lauren (10/5): Great Value for Money and small groups - Everything we needed, great location, great communication, would stay again
- Heather (10/5): Better than expected, glad I made the booking. - Centrally located, I was travelling with my children and had a buggy but there was plenty room for it in the hall. I chose the apartment rather than a hotel so my little one could be sleeping and not all be in the one room.
- Jason (10/5): Exceptional -
- Blesilda (5/5): It was ok but we could have done better for the price we paid. - The location The fact that you had to use stairs to get to the apartment and there is trash right out of the hallway. It was filthy.
- Anonymous (5/5): Facilities lacked but overall decent stay. - Location and the very nice TV. Not enough hot water for us all to shower. Felt slightly unsafe with the locks on the front door. Would have liked a lid on the bin(as it made the room smell a bit) and the kitchen facilities were lacking lots of cooking essentials specially cutlery and chopping knives and tea towels. Could maybe do with some doorstops to stop the door hitting the wall.
- Kim (7/5): Suited our purpose - Clean and spacious
TV Location
Shower was a bit manky
Process for entry was a bit confusing
- Julie (5/5): Great night in Glasgow with family but the property was disappointing - The location of the property was ideal for our plans for the night. The property was a good size for 3 guests. It was also well located for a local Tesco's to purchase supplies.
The TV was huge which was great for watching a movie. Kitchen was adequately equipped. We were disappointed with the cleanliness of the property. There was chocolate stuck to the sofa, loose chocolates on the shelves in the kitchen cupboards, stains on the mattresses with no mattress protectors. We had to buy hand wash for the bathroom which we thought may have been supplied for the price that we paid. There was lots of fly's and midges in the property. In conclusion the cleanliness of the property was not to a great standard for the money it cost.. very disappointing.
- Joost (6/5): Great location, quite expensive and not that great bathroom and beds - Location is wonderful! It was not that hygienic and the beds were worn out.
- Vincent (5/5): Passable -
- Frank (8/5): Superb location and a great Space - It was spacious with a huge living room and very large TV. Located perfectly in centre of Glasgow. Beds were comfortable and everything worked as it should Curtain rail could do with securing properly was held in place with tape
- Kirsty (7/5): Good - The location was perfect, very close to Glasgow Central train station and the team were accomodating to us dropping our bags off prior to check in A wallet was misplaced and left in the flat after leaving for check out, and was very difficult to get in touch with team to get back in to retrieve
- Lyn (1/5): This place is uninhabitable and should be removed from your listings - absolutely nothing. it was so grim that we stayed elsewhere. there is nothing “Exquisite “ about it from the filthy entrance to the bugs everywhere, open drain in the bathroom and cheap low uncomfortable beds The building entrance said it all. it was filthy with cigarette butts everywhere. The unit had filthy windows, it smelled damp, there were so many bugs that we sprayed all the rooms and went out for an hour. On return, there were still lots of bugs everywhere. The drain in the shower was open and the beds were cheap, low and uncomfortable.
- Jan-philipp (10/5): amazing appartement. will coming back for sure! - Really comfortable appartement with good quality of furniture. we enjoyed that stay!!
- Shanique (9/5): Great stay. - It was clean and furnished well. No bin bags and no tea towels. The bath towels were small.
- Lucy (7/5): Good - Great location, very comfortable, fairly clean, made you feel at home and very chill The bathroom light didn’t work properly, the windowsills in the bedrooms were dirty and a few hairs lying on the sofa and beds
- Shonagh (5/5): Could be great but won’t return - In a great location and easy to find. not so grey however was the non-existent bathroom lighting and having to use torches on phones just to use the toilet or shower.
Also not so great was the musty smell as you go in the front door or the opened up mouldy plug hole in the shower.
With a clean up this could be a great place to stay
- Jamie-lee (10/5): Exceptional - Apartment was in excellent location and great condition, beds were very comfy and overall have no complaints from my stay.
- Corey (8/5): Very good -
- Gary (3/5): Poor - Location was perfect Cleanliness and appearance of apartment was a major let down.
Lots of broken odds and ends, scuff marks on walls, burns on rug, stale smell.
Overall very very poor value for the money, and wouldn't allow a later checkout.
100% would not waste my money on it again.
- Antony (6/5): was ok - spacious bathroom was dirty,
bedding wasn’t enough to keep warm,
bit noisey but that’s no one’s fault
- Christos (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sally (9/5): Superb - It was really nice in side and a big telly to watch the footy on very clean and spacious There's a few stairs to get to the apartment
- Anonymous (3/5): As above. I did record a video on arrival but I can’t attach that. - The location was central to where we needed to be. - There was a malodorous scent throughout the property (strong smell of damp). Evidence of damp across the property.
- Mould located on the window sill of the bedroom. Very dangerous in terms of spores.
- Flies/midges, high number throughout the property.
- The beds were very uncomfortably. We could feel the hard springs coming through. In the first bedroom the mattress was all bobbled and it was felt through the sheet. It felt strange against the skin and disturbed our sleep.
- Stains on bed sheets.
- Lots of marks/dents in the walls and really needs to be refurbished.
- It was grossly overpriced for the overall condition and experience of the property.
- I would not recommend or stay here again. I also don’t understand why there is a £250 damage deposit as this is very high considering the quality of the apartment.
- Abi (1/5): Bad -
- Anonymous (10/5): fabulous apartment would recommend - Great location nice and modern very spacious and had magical doors only one toilet roll
- Kevin (3/5): Very disappointed - Location.
Shops nearby.
Plenty of hot water. On the day we arrived we discovered a water leak in the ceiling of one of the bedrooms. Rainwater was dripping onto windowsills, running onto the floor and splashing onto the foot of the bed making the room unoccupiable. This was reported immediately and although the leak was checked by the landlord and a roofer the leak continued throughout the whole of our stay, forcing one of us to sleep on the living room couch for the whole period. By the end of our stay the bedroom carpet was host to a family of exotic fungi.
Lights in the bedroom were not working.
The washing machine didn’t work and although reported was never fixed. Very inconvenient.
The freezer section of the refrigerator is full of ice and needs a thorough defrosting and clean out. Cutlery needs to be overhauled, we had to buy several items as well as tea towels. The plug for the kitchen sink still needs to be replaced as mentioned by another reviewer. The landlord requires refuse to be removed from the property but since the refuse bins are located in a locked room for which no key is provided this proved a bit of a problem.
The property is in need of specific maintenance as well as more general TLC.
I would recommend that the term ‘ Exquisite ' is removed from the description of the property.
- Vari (1/5): Bad -
- Anonymous (6/5): good location, if cleaniness was improved and some general care taken to the property it would make the apartment a much - property was a great location, was easy to access via contact with the host. cleanliness!
infested with fruit flies - could to be do with the bin strike? but made staying in the apartment very unpleasant, no plug cover on the plug in the shower, toothpaste on the bathroom door and floor, marks on the bedding, no light working in one of the rooms and a non working tv with not even a cable to plug it in in one of the rooms, mattress very uncomfortable, opened packet of oats and an open bottle of water left in the cupboard.
- Susan (1/5): the flat was extremely disappointing, it was dirty, tatty and badly equipped. we left early as we did not want to stay l - nothing dirty, tatty, badly equipped.
- Margaret (3/5): Poor - Location was great. Shower room was good. The property was dirty, dust everywhere, cobwebs were not removed. Property maintenance is poor- loose plinth in the kitchen was just left lying on the floor. Door handles were loose, bedside units were poor quality and needed repair. Light bulb in the first bedroom was not working, bedside lamps could only be plugged in on one side of the bed. One of the lamps was in a dangerous condition. The tv remotes needed their batteries replaced. The rooms smelt musty and the reason for this became apparent on the last night of our stay. It rained heavily in the night and the wall in the first bedroom and the carpet was soaking wet. This is a major problem that will only get worse. The bedside drawer that contained the hairdryer had some kind of fungus growing in it which was disgusting. I would not recommend staying at this property in it's present condition which is a shame as it is spacious and has the potential to be great.
I shared my concerns with the management company on the evening of my arrival. A replacement hairdryer was promised but never came. I was advised by the management employee to share my concerns and photos with booking.com. I can as very disappointed with the response.
- Prince (4/5): Disappointing - I didn’t like how I had to pay a £250 deposit that is till haven’t received back
- Anonymous (8/5): really enjoyed staying here - central nothing
- Anonymous (6/5): fab location, but not clean. - I loved that it was local to everything we had planned in our two days in Glasgow. There was an infestation of flies. it wasn’t as clean as I would have expected.
- Kenneth (6/5): Good place in a good location - Location and communication with property was good A bit of cowbells in the corners of the rooms, this can be cleaned better.
Bed mattresses can be a bit stronger.
