The location was lovely and easy to access. It is in a residential area so a large group need to be conscious of their noise levels.

The house was super gorgeous and well looked after, with everything we could need. The bedding was super comfortable and plenty of space for a big group. Would definitely come again!
- Ian (10/5): A most enjoyable break. - Well appointed period property with many homely features and decor. Plenty of extras left in the kitchen including a birthday card and bottle! The living room was decorated for Christmas which was a lovely touch. It was a lovely weekend occasion with family and there were plenty of rooms to choose from. Deanna our hostess was very helpful and responsive, and gave us plenty of useful information about the property, local restaurants and things to visit in this historic location. The steep and numerous stairs are part of the character of the building - not a problem for us, but would be a challenge for anyone with mobility issues.
- Antony (10/5): Great weekend at Latimer House - Lovely, comfortable house within easy walking distance of Ramsgate harbour and town centre. All the rooms were well appointed and felt home from home. We had a very enjoyable stay! There really wasn't anything not to like, its a big house with lots of stairs so don't forget anything if you are staying in the very top bedroom, it's a long way back up. :-)
- Jennifer (10/5): Couldn’t have chosen a nicer property in such a lovely location - Beautiful location, coffee right over the road at the tennis courts with lovely staff, gorgeous place to run in the morning and fab dinner in the evening at La Magnolia. Decor in the property has been well thought out, everything you need is there already and no need to bring anything aside from your own food/drink. Deanna is just lovely and makes sure you have a wonderful stay. Nothing. Perfect for my 80 year old parents who had their own space downstairs
