• Alexander (6/5): Clean and not on the outskirts for a great price - - possibly close to Hollywood - price, price, price - interested design of interior - a contingent of people smoking weed at the entrance - dog’s shit on the 2nd floor - Don't expect a decent breakfast, just sweet sandwiches.

• Linda (8/5): It's a place to sleep, friendly staff, very basic, good value low budget accommodation. - Good coffee! Continental breakfast foods on offer, or there is a huge kitchen with all utensils to prepare your own cooked meals. Themed evening events offering free drinks, BBQ foods & entertainment. I did not attend these, but there was no noise interference either, as the events took place away from the rooms. It's very basic, but it's tidy & it's up to you to make the best of what's available. The shower power was fantastic! Luggage storage was handy on final day. It took me a while to adjust my mindset, as I'm used to staying in hotels. As long as you're mindful that you are in a hostel, then there's not much to dislike. It's basic, but for a private room in a hotel with a few 'frills' you'll save a lot of dollars to stay here in comparison.

• Bruna (5/5): The room was trashy, but clean. Air conditioner is always turned off during the night. - Location is great. The room was clean. The woman in the front desk was a bit rude, and she kind of lied to me about the air conditioner. I noticed that theac - which was almost the same as nothing and could not be controlled in the room - was off, so I told her the ac was broken and she said I should just open the windows because the maintenance guy was only around in the morning. Well, on the next day I found out that by default the ac is turned off from 8pm to 8am (or something like that). She probably just lied to me to avoid complaints. Pretty bad because we were in the middle of a heatwave in LA.

Olika aktiviteter fanns i princip varje kväll (karaoke, pizza-, bbq-kvällar, ”mini-nattklubb” osv) supertrevligt och mysigt! Väldigt lyhört mot trafik utanför samt lyhört via dörr mot korridor. Går dock att lösa med öronproppar..

The dorm room had a putrid stench that was almost unbearable — we genuinely considered not staying and had to request to move rooms. The entire property also smelled strongly of marijuana, and the overall atmosphere felt chaotic and uncomfortable. Wouldn’t stay again.

• Samira (10/5): What a find! - This place is a gem in all aspects. Friendly staff, 24 hour access, breakfast included and sparkling clean rooms. An ideal spot for travelers, digital nomads and families on a budget. Prices are unbelievable for the neighborhood! All amenities are provided, mini-fridge, microwave and a giant kitchen on the lower level for those who take time to cook their meals. I was in between apartments so this was a perfect spot for me..many thanks to the nice gentleman at the front desk as well as Claudia who was really nice. I loved everything about this gorgeous spot.

• Kiaran (2/5): Imagine staying in a renovated abandoned psych ward. - I like the staff there with an inclusive hostel vibe. For the price, I really expected much more. The room was subpar and dusty, the ratios of the room felt off, and walking within the halls didn't feel welcoming. At night, the lights turn off for the entire first floor, making the living room area and kitchen feel like a horror movie. The hallways smell and feel like a psych ward where insane patients carrying loose IV bags roam the halls, their consciousness having drifted elsewhere long ago. The parking lot underground is tight to enter, and accommodating for maybe ~15 or so cars. At least it was only $10. For the price of $120 a night, there are WAY better options. The staff are nice, almost suspiciously nice, as they had to keep their composure in a mental asylum like this. I don't have much hostel experience, but they should really ramp up the standard for their rooms / decor.

• Scott (9/5): Great location at a great price - It's located near many attractions. I walked all over and didn't really need my car. The continental breakfast was a nice touch. The front desk staff was very nice and every employee i interacted with was helpful. The sheets were a bit worn and could have been replaced. Street parking is difficult to find in the area, but the garage parking is affordable. It's hard to complain about much because the price is great for the accomodations. It's not fancy but it's a great deal.

• Sergei (7/5): Только в ЛА с его расслабленно-позитивным вайбом на минусы меньше обращаешь внимание - - Адекватная для ЛА и для этого района стоимость. - Единственное место в этом ценовом сегменте и с таким расположением где были 2 раздельные кровати. - Район удобен для посещения многих туристических мест с поправкой на транспортную ситуацию в ЛА в целом. - Рядом остановки автобусов, есть кафе, кофейни, магазины в 5-10 мин пешком. - В номере есть микроволновка, холодильник. Можно взять горячую воду-чай-кофе на общей кухне. При желании там можно что-то приготовить, т.к. есть плиты. - Есть завтрак, входящий в стоимость, хоть и совсем простенький (йогурт-вафли-кекс-растворимая каша-хлеб-джем). - Очень сильный напор воды в душе. Не во всех номерах так, но у нас был номер с лейкой, где напор почти сбивал с ног. Это лучший напор воды из всех, что мы встречали в гостиницах в принципе. - В номере этого класса есть небольшой личный балкон. - Поскольку фактически это хостел, здесь есть общие пространства: кухня, игровая комната, небольшое пространство с тренажерами, подобие кафе на открытом воздухе, балконы. - Конкретно эта часть Западного Голливуда не слишком презентабельна. - Опять же, фактически это хостел, в котором есть отдельные номера. Поэтому это может быть и плюсом и минусом. - Практически нулевая шумоизоляция. Слышно и то, что говорят за стенкой, и всякие посторонние шумы с улицы и из соседних помещений. - Ремонт очень простенький, уровня номера за $15 в ЮВА. Характерные вентилятор и железный стол в наличии (см. фото). - Интернет на троечку, иногда пропадал, скорость не особенно высокая. - Кондиционер центральный и очень слабый. Не столь критично если днем не находиться в номере, т.к. к вечеру появляется прохлада и можно открыть дверь на балкон. - На территории регулярно проходят вечерние загулы вроде барбекю вечеринки, караоке и т.п. Кому-то это может нравиться, но из-за сильной слышимости лечь рано спать вряд ли получится, т.к. эти вечеринки заканчиваются около 11 вечера.

• Sergei (6/5): Не в первый раз останавливаюсь здесь из-за удобного расположения - Это хостел, в котором можно взять отдельные номера, поэтому плюсы и минусы с этим связаны. - Разумная цена - Удобное расположение - В номере есть холодильник и микроволновка - Опыт проживания в хостеле для тех, кого это привлекает - Есть общие пространства: кухня, подобие кафе под открытым небом, игровая комната, совсем маленькая спортивная площадка - Оплачивать проживание можно на месте - Очень простенький ремонт - Шумоизоляции практически нет. Слышно, все что происходит в коридоре, за стенкой, на площадке для караоке. В особенности это касается номеров, расположенных рядом со служебными помещениями на 1 этаже. Когда проводят вечеринки на территории (пару раз в неделю) заснуть до их окончания (после 11 вечера) вряд ли удастся - Кондиционирование нерегулируемое центральное и совсем слабенькое

There are many choices and they are more on the basic but healthy side. Staff was nice and helpful. They have a big kitchen you can cook in. The gym equipment is a little out of date.

• Reza (1/5): A terrible mistake if you book - Nothing a total disaster They held a party and over served me with alcohol and after I realized, it was too late. I called the paramedics and while waiting for them in lobby I threw up. The next day when sleeping and recovering they woke me up and forced me to leave without refund for the rest of my paid stay. The place stinks and don’t recommend. Beds are not made and you have to put on your cover on the previous people filth.

• David (5/5): - La struttura ha delle potenzialità. Ha un parcheggio che è importante (anche se a pagamento) ed è in una zona strategica di Los Angeles. Peccato non averla vista in estate, forse con il giardino operativo ha maggiore appel. Anche se ha delle potenzialità, le camere e i corridoi non sono accoglienti, sono un po' abbandonate. Ancora di più lo è il bagno in camera. Valida se presa come struttura di passaggio.
• W. Dennis (10/5): In West Hollywood do the Banana Bungalow - This was the first hostel I ever stayed in 12 years ago. The staff is welcoming and pleasant. The community spaces are are great. The location is very good. In many hostels I have been to there is a way to plug in your phone etc and a small shelf near your bed. Unfortunately that isn't the case here.
