• Ian (9/5): - The room was decent and comfortable heating and airconditioning and bathroom came with a spacious shower cabin with hot water 24/7. The property is conveniently located near restaurants, supermarkets and a 24-hr McDonald's 8 minutes walking distance along No.3 Road, where one can conveniently grab a quick breakfast or late night snack any time. On rainy nights, chances of accidents and emergencies are higher. Emergency services vehicles with very loud sirens and horns travelling along No.3 Road can suddenly shake you up in the middle of the night. I experienced this 3 nights in a row -- at 2.30am, 3.30am and 12.00am during my stay.

• M (10/5): Comfortable 6 nights stay - Almost everything. Too bad we didn’t have much time to appreciate James’ beautiful Rose Garden. Nothing, except it would be nice to have some microwaveable tableware.

I was able to get to the chinese restaurants easily and was able reach the Vancouver Internation Airport within 15 minutes. Quietness and safe neighbourhood. The room was spacious and clean. Hostess was very friendly and helpful. The room was well equipped with fridge, stove, washer, coffee maker and dryer. We only used the fridge. Bathroom towels were not appealing. We used our own towels.
• Tegen (8/5): Comfy but no cooking facilties - Very comfy room and bed, good location. Quiet room, parking out front, quick wifi. I would note to prospective bookers that although there is an oven and stovetop in the pictures, you arent allowed to use them. We had booked this place thinking we would be able to cook but that wasnt possible. There is also next to no plates/bowls/cutlery. Really only suitable for hot drinks. I wish that had been more clear in the description.

• Tony (8/5): We enjoyed our stay at Rose Garden Guest Suite. - The location of the guest suite in Richmond is perfect. Within walking distance to skytrain station and Richmond shopping center. The room is spacious, we appreciate the convenience of the refrigerator and electric water kettle. Our host, Helen is very nice and helpful.
• Jessica (8/5): I would def stay again but recommend changing mattress. - Very clean and the family were very friendly. Walking distance to Richmond downtown area yet very quiet. Great location! The beds were a little too firm for our liking.
• June (10/5): Big new room. Great location. Easy check-in - Great place to stay! Just off of No. 3, a few minutes to walk to Richmond Center & 10-min on foot to Richmond Brighouse skytrain. Separate entrance to a big guest room with own bathroom/shower and toiletries plus washer/dryer. Everything looks really new. The hosts are onsite so easy breezy to get the key to check in. Very lucky to book here literally right before we left for our flight after a very unexpected last-minute cancellation by an Airbnb host for one of the apartments nearby which apparently happens a lot so beware. Definitely recommend booking this instead!! If you're a light sleeper, the sprinklers come on pretty early in the morning and the bathroom door creaks but both are small issues that can easily be resolved and probably won't bother most people.

Tv hookup is inconvenient. This is a new place so these criticisms are meant to improve the place. We would certainly stay here if we get to come to Vancouver next year.
