• yurena (6/5): Ubicación excelente - El apartamento tiene una ubicación excelente, cerca de las playas más importantes, del monte Igueldo y del centro. Está bastante bien, con dos baños y todo lo necesario. El personal muy bien. Lo peor del apartamento son las camas, es una pena pq los colchones no parecen malos, pero las camas son muy ruidosas, cada vez q te giras o se gira el q está al lado, te despiertas pq hace mucho ruido. La limpieza también dejó un poco q desear, las mesas de la cocina y del salón tenían arena.

• Joanna (10/5): This apartment is in a great location, was very clean and comfortable, and the host was very responsive and attentive. - The location was great. It was very close to the bus stop and large supermarket. It had a separate washer/dryer so doing laundry was very easy. The digital lock on the door was convenient as opposed to carrying a key everywhere. The flat overall was very spacious and welcoming. There were no major issues. Only wished there were beach towels available to use as you cannot take their bath towels to the beach. Maybe it helps to prevent guests from bringing in sand into their laundry facilities, but we are from San Diego, CA so we understand that it is super important to dry out towels and shake out the sand thoroughly before washing/drying towels and we were very careful not to track in sand from our feet and swimsuits. Otherwise, no major issues.

• Thomas (7/5): Super gelegene, geräumige Stadtwohnung im Zentrum mit kleinen Makeln - Sehr gute Lage der Wohnung: Strandnähe, Supermärkte in der Umgebung, Restaurants und Geschäfte. Sehr netter und freundlicher Vermieterkontakt. Sehr gute Ausstattung der Wohnung. Super Größe der Wohnung mit zwei Bädern (ein Wannenbad mit Dusche) und ein Bad mit Dusche). Wohnung sehr hellhörig - nach außen (was durch die Stadtlage zu erklären ist), nach innen (auch laut im Haus selbst). Und leider knarzende Betten, die einen bei jeder Drehung wach machen. An erholsamen Schlaf war erst in der letzten Nacht zu denken, wenn einen die Müdigkeit und die Gewöhnung eingeholt hat. Kein großer Makel, aber etwas unschön: Küchenmöbel sind ein wenig abgenutzt mit teils leicht verzogenen Türen. Flecken auf abwaschbarer Tischdecke und einem Küchenstuhl sowie Dreck in der Gummidichtung der Waschmaschine.

• Demetrios (7/5): Comfortable and well serviced. Would have preferred it if it had more natural light. - Convenient location, quiet side street. Well equipped kitchen. Clean and not cluttered. The flat is never visited by sun light. Its orientation means that you always need artificial lights, of which they are plenty. Such a contrast with the conditions outdoors

• Minna (9/5): A fully equipped apartment near Ondarreta beach - This house was well located, there were lots of small restaurants, a supermarket and a bust stop just around the corner. The apartment was fully equipped with a kitchen and two bathroom, plus a washing machine and a dryer for laundry. We had some difficulties with parking but the host helped us and we had a feeling that she was always ready to help us if needed. The double bed was otherwise comfortable but every time you turned, it made noise. After a few nights we got used to it though :)
• Carl (9/5): Comfortable, clean accommodation in a quite location with good local resources- restaurants, bus - Good communication responses- rapid help solving a WiFi issue while showing a willingness to go that extra step. Felt like a genuine interest in making our stay a positive experience through regular but unobtrusive online contact both in answering questions and to 'check in' to ensure our experiences were good.
• Valdes (10/5): Excellent place - Excellent location, very clean and comfortable. Super friendly host.
• May (9/5): Walkable to Ondarreta Beach and less touristy - Check-in was easy and the host was always in communication with WhatsApp. Good location near Ondarreta Beach (5min walk) and away from the tourist old town area. The apartment has no air con (only 1 fan), which was not needed due to the direction it was facing away from the sun (while it was dark, it kept the place cool - though it might be too cold in the winter). Very clean. All windows faced a private car park (not much of a view), but it was quiet during the night (though as a normal apartment goes, lots of internal noise). There is a 3rd bedroom that could be used for another room should they decide to convert it later. Grocery store just on the same street! Lots of local restaurants. A washer/dryer was needed after a long day's walk in the hot sun! Overall a good stay. The pillows were a bit uncomfortable (way too soft). While the cupboards were stocked well with utensils, coffee, salt, and oil, there were no kitchen knives to cut (or maybe I didn't look hard enough)! Thought it was a bit expensive given the location vs. price ratio (It's a 30-minute walk to old town, or a €7-10 taxi ride or bus but then again, it just might be San Seb).
