• Siti (10/5): Best - Besar, kemas dan selesa sangat utk family stay. Tempat nya pon strategik even nk smpai tu berejam sebab jem tp lpas dh smpai tu nk g mana mana dh senang.
• Mark (4/5): Bring your own towels - So much potential. Centre of Brinchang (if that's what you're looking for). Quite spacious. Nice to have a bathroom for each bedroom. Staff helpful on phone by WhatsApp. Apartment is old and suffering from damp. Needs a deep clean. Bed linen was not clean (hairs on sheets under the covers). No drain cover in one bathroom and the smell was dreadful. Towels provided were not fit for purpose - old, raggedy and damp. View spoiled by construction. Apartment complex is VERY noisy and be prepared for long waits by the elevator. Entrance is bizarre with ZERO provision for pedestrians and this is NOT navigable for anyone with mobility issues.including small children or seniors.

Fajny widok z okna. Jeden pokój bez okna. Ciepła woda w łazience. Nie ma ogrzewania i jest wieczorami trochę chłodno, ale nam to nie przeszkadzało. Wszystko ok

At night noisy from up floor sound with chair and table like moving. The floor is cold they not provide heather. The bed comfortable.

• Duo (9/5): Excellent location. All 3 bedrooms with ensuite bathroom. Ease of check in and out. - Lots of eateries around. Centrum shopping mall just minutes walk away. Walking back from shops and the shopping mall may pose difficulties for the elderly due to the steepness of the incline.
• Cindy (8/5): Great Apartment in Brinchang, especially for big party. - Location is perfect. Right in the city of Brinchang, next to the shops and stores, and also Brinchang Centrum. Only a few minutes (5 - 15 minutes) to Boh Plantation of Sungai Palais, Mossy Forest, The Sheep Sanctuary, KEA Farm, and Rajuu Strawberry Farm. The Apartment is very spacious with its 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. 2 rooms have 2 Queen-size Beds. 1 room with 1 Queen-size Bed. So the whole Apartment can fit 10 people in total. The living room and the dining room are also spacious, although it would be just enough for 10 people. The kitchen is also spacious, although not much cooking tools are available. Loving the balcony, although the view was not special - only trees. The host is super informative and helpful. We asked for extra bath mats, and in less than 5 minutes a staff came over to our unit to provide them. We accidentally locked the door of one of the bedrooms and had to report in the middle of the night. The staff also came over in less than 5 minutes to help us out. Very helpful! - The water heaters only produce warm water. Not enough for me, considering how cold it was in Brinchang. - The showers have no shower curtains, so that whenever you shower, the waters will splash out to the general area of the bathroom, and wetting all the floor. Quite inconvenient, because your bath mats would immediately drench in water after you try to dry the floor. - Although the Apartment is right next to shops and Brinchang Centrum, it is a hard steep walk to go there. Would recommend people to drive, instead of walk. - Although the Apartment unit itself is very nice and clean, but the complex community is not really clean and rather worn out. Needs quite some freshen up.

No shampoo or conditioner. Towels lacking as we had 7 ppl but was given 5. Access to town is via the car park driveway which is a little dangerous especially when there are lots of cars driving in and out of the building

• Sheila (10/5): Perfect for Families - Everything was perfect. We had a memorable family trip. Can said that one of the best homestay which we stayed. They provide everything which is basic needs. Definitely, we are booking this homestay for our next trip. We liked everything about the house, just to add one more thing. Would be great if there's a mirror in each room for us to get ready. There's one at the bathroom but we can't use it if there's someone using the bathroom. Because we girls obviously want a mirror to makeup. Hahaha

• Rina (5/5): Will not recommend it to others. - The building is not suitable to elder people to walk around located uphill. The road to go in and out from property also congested all the time as it’s a one way road only so not really convenient. The fact that booking promo stated early check in is available but at the end its not due to busy week is totally not a good customer experience. You should just remove it from your hotel adverts. Also please provide extra garbage bag in the unit. The management need to really take care of the place so dirty from basement parking lift and corridors
