Guest Reviews
- Holly (8/5): Very good -
- Courteney (9/5): Overall we had a lovely stay and we would recommend, especially once the building work is complete and there is more to - Recently stayed as 3 adults and 2 children aged 2 and 9. The place was accessible, clean and modern. Very spacious and comfortable. Smart TV with channels and access to Netflix etc. Games, DVD’s and puzzles provided which we enjoyed. Constant access to hot water and gas fire for colder evenings. Most essentials included in the kitchen including cleaning products and a gift basket of cereals which was a nice touch. The fridge/freezer has plenty of storage. Shower gels and towels also provided. Didn’t get to use the patio/outside area due to the weather but it would have been nice to sit outside if the sun was out.
The holiday park itself was quiet with a community feel. There was a salon on site ran by a lovely lady who did my mums blow dry. There is a Premier shop that sells all essentials. I also noticed on the way out a little library. Clubhouse was open for breakfast and lunch, evening was members only event. We didn’t eat there but I did pop in and it was lovely inside. There wasn’t much to do on site for children due to construction work building a new site. Half of the park was closed only leaving the toddler equipment. Mini golf also closed due to building. Pool is closed till end of May (would be good to have known before.
Couldn’t work out how to use the heating so the bedrooms were cold at night. Additional blankets/throws would have helped.
Only things the kitchen could do with extra are a chopping board, sharp knife and oven gloves.
My only other recommendation would be that the sofa bed really needs a topper! I brought my own after reading reviews but it wasn’t quite thick enough so not the most comfortable but was manageable for three nights for me and my toddler.
- Donna (10/5): Exceptional - Location was ideal for a family wedding, the site was quiet and the caravan was very clean and well maintained, with a helpful hostess The only small issue we had was we found the pull out bed in the living room a little bit uncomfortable but that may have just been because the sheet didn't fit the matress properly (too small). Other than that I couldn't fault our stay

- Morag (8/5): Peaceful countryside caravan stay - Lovely caravan in a peaceful caravan park with lots of amenities and surrounded by nature. Great communication from the host with clear instructions and swift answer to our question. Very cosy even in bad weather.

- Asare (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was on point. Kids happy, mum happy that's what matters. I can't fault anything
- Shumirai (10/5): Most amazing Caravan, clean, comfortable and absolutely beautiful - Absolutely gorgeous. I have stayed in so many different caravans in different places but this one was far off my best experience. It was soo clean and tidy. Everything we needed was there. We had movies, board games, snacks and towels provided for us. Everything we needed was there and the kids never got bored. Best caravan ever 10++++
Thank you so much for the comfortable experience. Sofa bed bed needs a mattress topper
- Jenny (8/5): If you’re looking for a place to stay in this area this was a good option - No problems with the static caravan. Towels and bedding provided. Some extras provided e.g milk, which was a nice touch. Clean and comfortable. There was a pool on the site which kept kids happy. Good location, convenient to local pub and local area If I was being very fussy there was a bit of dust here and there in the caravan
