• Helena (5/5): Location good, could do more to provide more comfort in the apartment. - The location is perfect, close to the beach and supermarket, and there was a lift to the apartment which was handy as we had an elderly lady with us. The Kitchen was very hard to cook i, very little workspace. There was no condiments so we had to buy all that. I feel that could be left from previous guests so the next guests dont have to buy more. we stayed in December, luckily there was heaters. Only probelm was there was very little blankets and quilts and se were were cold at night time. The couch was very uncomfortable also, very hard to relax , if you wanted to sit in and watch a movie, no where to sit as a family.

• Maik (8/5): Unserer Aufenthalt mit 5 Personen war super, wir waren zur MotoGP wie jedes Jahr - Die Lage war sehr sehr gut, direkt am Meer. Kurze Wege zum Einkaufen und zum Essen gehen. Der Ausblick ist einfach der Hammer. Die Stühle auf dem Balkon hätten mehr sein können, zwei waren leider zu wenig wen man mit 5 Personen da ist. Der Schlüsselkasten ( Save ) unten am Eingang ist so versteckt, das man ihn nicht findet. Mit ein kurzen Erklärvideo, könnte man die Sache einfacher machen.

• Teresa (6/5): Lovely holiday with friend - apartment was a perfect base to explore València - Lovely view of the sea from the balcony Good location close to the beach Short walk to shops and taxi rank Two bathrooms Bathrooms need updating - toilet seats were both broken and no hot water when we arrived - maintenance man came quickly and fixed these issues when we called them No air con - fans overhead in bedrooms but still too warm to sleep well Apartment is for 6 people but only 2 wine glasses and only 2 balcony seats etc

• JK (7/5): Dejlig autentisk lejlighed i spansk stil. Området er ikke overfyldt med udenlandske turister. - Udsigten fra altanen ud over middelhavet var fuldstændig fantastisk! Den pool man ser fra altanen, hører ikke til lejligheden. Der er 5 minutters gang til den pool og der er ikke mulighed for at sidde på en stol eller en solstol ved den pool. Man kan kun bade.

• Jen (7/5): Little tired but great location and good value for money - Super views and great size and value for a 3 bedroom Needs a table and chairs for the balcony. Sleeps 6 but only a tiny drinks table and 2 chairs so no place to sit and eat outside making the most of the views
