• Bill (8/5): Great stay in a delightful city. - Lovely facilities and comfortable. The electronic access worked well. Really close to the metro and the space and quiet building are great. It would be good to have some dishcloth, a floor cloth and a washing up brush. Some tea, and maybe sachets of milk would add a nice touch. I think the toilet, or shower tray is leaking.

• ALAIN (8/5): Bel appartement confortable. - L'accessibilité au logement par lien sur le téléphone ou avec un code envoyé le jour même. Les explications envoyées auparavant pour se familiariser avec ce type d'accès. Le contact avec le gestionnaire est réactif et rassurant. L'appartement est agréable et conforme aux photos du site. La disponibilité du parking en sous-sol juste en face est vraiment un plus. Par rapport à la photo, l'accessibilité du parking me semblait un peu juste (pour une Peugeot 3008 dernier modèle, assez volumineuse), mais en fait, on s'y gare en 2 manœuvres, même avec une voiture stationnée à côté. La proximité du Métro, station BASSARATE à 150 m, permet de se rendre dans le centre de BILBAO entre 3 et 5' selon la station choisie. L'insonorisation de l'appartement est perfectible mais c'est général en Espagne dans le logement résidentiel.

• Luis Angel (9/5): Apartamento agradable, moderno y bien ubicado. - El alojamiento cumplió las expectativas, lo encontrado fue lo esperado que es muy de agradecer. Apartamento reformado con buen gusto y equipamiento de calidad. Plaza de parking incluida y bien comunicado usando el metro. Zona tranquila. Las instrucciones de acceso son claras y no tuvimos ningún problema pues el check-in no es presencial. En el menaje faltan tazas grandes de desayuno. En el baño algunos defectos leves, la taza del baño se mueve y las puertas de la mampara de la ducha no cierran del todo bien. Ausencia de vistas, todas las ventanas dan a patios interiores.

• Jakub (8/5): Overall happy with our stay here - - Checkin instructions were clear and thorough - The apartment is situated relatively close to metro station in family-friendly neighborhood. - You can find all the necessities nearby. - All of the windows face paved inner courtyards so you don't get noise from the street. - It's well equipped and the managing host tries to be attentive to your needs. - Free parking spot in the garage close to the flat. - No views from the apartment. - Neighboring walls are a bit thin so you can hear TV from another apartment. - Looks like it's furnished cheaply and some parts are falling apart, like bathroom door handle. - TV is a bit old and doesn't have possibility to run Netflix. - Floor is tiled and can be really cold (I guess it's common in Spain. Just writing it as a hint so you consider bringing slippers) - Garage is a bit dark and narrow, it takes a bit of skill to fit nicely into your designated spot.
