- Louise (9/5): Great value, clean stay. - Very clean. Easy to access. Spacious. In a great location with easy on street parking, very near Hillsborough stadium. We were there for a family party so just needed somewhere to sleep and it was very comfortable and warm. Nothing to do with the room or stay but walls were thin as it's a house and was woken up by neighbour coming in, then coughing and being ill.

The owner was very kind – as a thoughtful gesture, my name was written on the welcome sign both at the door and on the key. Thank you for this lovely touch and the chocolate. Everything was clean and pleasant.

Also, unexpected extras - a much needed fan as it was a hot day, fridge with tiny but handy freezer, toaster, microwave, cutlery, dishes & even dish washing facilities. Finally, a pleasant helpful owner. No bedside tables & one of the bedside lights didn't work but these are minor points.

- E (7/5): Good - Handy for tram stop despite being out of town. Very handy for Sheffield Wednesday. I was emailed with details of how to access the property, but did not receive as I was travelling. It would help if this was sorted in advance, or at least know to expect a mail.
- Leo (8/5): Very well arranged, clear communication and clean room. - Great location in Hillsborough with resturants and pubs close by. Close to a tram stop for going into central Sheffield. Very close to Hillsborough Stadium wich was convenient for us going to a game. Very fresh, microwave, tv, a small fridge, coffee, tea and even milk.

- Ben (7/5): great apart from parking - everything with room was good, bed was realy comfortable and the facilities more than expected the problem i had was a parking ticket for parking on the road as close as i could get to the house as other cars were parked in the spaces outside the house. there were no signs, double yellows lines or anything to make me aware of any restrictions. i also wasnt told by the owner of said house of any problems when parking so i thought it was ok to park there as everybody else did also there was a car parked in exactly the same place i parked over night and the following morning no parking ticket was attached to that car!!! so be careful when staying at this place.

- Jane (10/5): A lovely room with everything we could wish for. - This was a lovely room with everything we needed in terms of crockery, cutlery, a microwave, fridge and yummy snacks there waiting for us. It felt very personal - the views were great and parking easy.
- Pike (10/5): very enjoyable, hassle free, a great place to stay. - excellent room, facilities great, tea and coffee, biscuits and chocolate. mini fridge and microwave. great views from window with table and chairs. bathroom very clean, and spacious, bed really comfortable, bed sheets etc clean and fresh. overall, a great stay, and i highly recommend this place. looking forward to staying again. nothing!!
