Guest Reviews
- Zonietta (6/5): - Ideale per famiglie
Struttura un po' datata ma accogliente Abbastanza difficile da raggiungere anche con navigatore, consiglio arrivare in duomo e poi utilizzare i parcheggi a pagamento

- Guest (9/5): Overall we enjoyed our stay - A lovely apartment in a good location close to the shops and restaurants.Everything you need even for a longer stay is there, fridge freezer, washing machine, kitchen utensils..
Giorgio is a lovely host and will answer any questions and give useful tips, just ask. The smallest room upstairs didn't have an AC , maybe putting a fan in there would be a good option.
The water in the shower wouldn't go down the drain fast enough and overflowed after a couple of minutes, some blockage perhaps.
The location of the accommodation is more suitable for those travelling by a car, we relied on a public transport and even though the train station is not far,it's difficult walking up the hill on cobbled streets dragging our luggage. There's a shuttle bus that runs from the station, they don't seem to operate on Sundays though and have limited service on Saturdays ,we couldn't use it.

- Patrick (10/5): Casa TOP e Host gentilissimo - Casa molto pulita e ordinata
Host molto premuroso e gentile Niente
- David (8/5): - Ubytování má skvělou polohu, krásný výhled z terasy a pohodlnou postel. Je škoda, že terasa měla nedostatky (nábytek,čistota).
- Marylu (10/5): Excellent apartment in the old town of Termini Imense - I loved the apartment. Great kitchen and decks. This is not a dislike, but a note to future travelers. If you arrive at the train station and think, after looking at a map, you will walk to the apartment, realize it is up a steep hill with a road called 1000 steps and another road referred to as the serpentine road. This is the stuff of Amazing Race challenges. Unless you are in great shape, call a cab. If you have a car, the actual apartment is in the old city and on a street where you cannot drive so you will have to park and walk to the apartment.
- Francesca (7/5): Good -
- Greg (4/5): Don't stay here!!! - Leaving.... We have stayed in hundreds of different places around the world over the last 25 years or so, and rarely have we been so disappointed by an accommodation.
The main reason would have to be the rude and unhelpful attitude of the owner (or management, not sure!). However, there are other gripes, too, which essentially stem from their overall attitude!
Firstly, they only inform you on the day of check-in that your WATER WILL BE RATIONED, and there's only 2 top ups a week! It wasn't a major issue for 2 people, but if there were 4 or more guests, things could get tricky! It's stated on the listing that there is "water efficient showers and toilet" this is untrue as you have to run the shower for 2 minutes in order to get hot water, and the toilet doesn't have a dual flush option!
Secondly, the listing states that free toiletries are provided, but all we got was AN EMPTY HAND SOAP BOTTLE on the bathroom sink and AN EMPTY SHOWER GEL BOTTLE in the shower!
The most upsetting thing for us, though, was that this place was advertised as a 2 BEDROOM apartment, and that was specifically why we booked it! When we arrived, we discovered that one of the bedroom doors was locked! I asked the proprietor why this was so, and I was told that it was because there were only 2 of us! We could have been brother and sister or cousins! What if it was 2 males? Maybe that's acceptable in Sicily, although I doubt it. However, this guy(?) said that one of us could sleep on the couch downstairs! If it was for one or two nights, we would have just accepted it, but as we had pre-booked a week and Booking.com had taken the money in advance, we were stuck with this! There was NO BED LINEN for that couch either, so we had to take turns couch surfing! If we were happy to accept a one bedroom apartment, then we would have had a much better choice. There were only three 2 bed options available at the time of booking!
- Savchuk (7/5): Cozy place to stay in Termini Imerese - Apartments are clean, cozy and comfy. The owner is very friendly and supportive. Nice location. I think it's near the historical center of the city. The grocery store is near, also cinema, restaurants. Nice view from the roof and balcony. The city is very atmospheric. Breathtaking sunsets That's not negative, just clues for the next guests. There was some issues with water availability during the first day, but I hope/think that in future this point would be treated more responsibly. P.s. better from the start ask how to turn on the water, air conditioner and how to close up the washing machine door. If you want to go to the beach, you better have rent a car - it's to hard/far to reach without it.
