Sergio (10/5): Ótimo - O imóvel é excelente A comunicação com o I guest foi péssimo, parece que é um robô todo automatizado que só responde a perguntas prontas, chegamos e nao havia ninguém na recepção, ficamos perdidos em como entrar no prédio, e com quem deveríamos pegar a chave o controle. Por sorte o sistema da portaria havia estragado e tinha um vigilante lá abrindo o portão da garagem, explicamos para ele sobre a locação e ele nos deixou entrar, foi difícil achar a vaga do estacionamento e tbm na hora que fui jogar o lixo a porta de ferro se fecha e te tranca para o lado de fora e vc não consegue voltar, sorte que eu estava com celular para pedir socorro. Seria tudo muito mais fácil se a proprietária falasse com nós diretamente através do WhatsApp dela. Tirando esses pontos o apt é impecável, até brinquei com minha esposa que não dava vontade de sair para os passeios nas cataratas! Rsrs
