We were able to walk to our venue in 5 mins. It was clean and offered good facilities - pool, hot tub, sauna It was a little smaller than we expected, not much room to store any groceries in the cupboard space.

La seul chose qu’on a le moins apprécié est le bain tourbillon qui fonctionnait pu et la clarté dans la chambre
• Dambon (9/5): Gute Lage - Das Appartement befindet sich im Neptun 2 Waterparkcity in der 8 Etage. Super angenehme Vermieter, tolle Kommunikation mit klaren Anweisungen. Späteres Check out problemlos möglich. Die Lage ist Top, fußläufig ist in Toronto fast jede Sehenswürdigkeit erreichbar. Betten sehr bequem. Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage ist inclusive. Schwimmbad und Sauna in der 3 Etage vorhanden Das Appartement ist für 4 Personen sehr knapp. In der Küche leider nur 2 Hocker und die Sitzgelegenheit vor dem Fernseher auch nur für 3 Personen geeignet. Hier müssten noch Sitzmöglichkeiten geschaffen werden.

• Yuri (9/5): Excellent location and fully equipped apartment. - The location was excellent - 30 minutes of walk to Union Station and even closer to CN tower (~20 minutes). The pool and jacuzzi on the 3rd floor of this condo were small, but excellent for kids. Gym (near the pool) is quite stoked with sports equipment. I also enjoyed the sauna. When we wanted to keep kids busy - playground below was very handy. View from the window was excellent! In spite of being close to the road - it was very quiet. Apartment was fully equipped - it has laundry machine and dryer, microwave, oven, stove, iron, hair dryer, dishwashing machine... Whatever we needed - it was already there. Smart TV had some "Guest" Netflix account (though we didn't use it - I connected my laptop to it and we watched our Netflix from there). There's a Loblaws nearby where we had our dinners and bought breakfast for the next day - very useful. Special thanks goes to the hosts: they were very responsive, helpful! Our flight was at the late afternoon and they were kind enough to let us stay few more hours after designated checkout time (there were no incoming guests on that day). There were no curtains on living room and bedroom windows - there were some blinds made of strips of cloth, but numerous strips were missing - so we woke up with sunrise every morning. Some of the appliances (like laundry and dryer machines) seemed to be quite old - making strange noises. Some towel hangers were almost falling of (especially in bathroom). This basically is the only reason why we didn't give it 10 - in any other aspect it's a really great apartment and we enjoyed staying there!

• Janni (9/5): Nice place. - It was nice and clean. Worked for the occation and nice with the free parking. Not enough coffee and everything electronic looked very old. But everything worked fine though. The lake view is a bit of an exaggeration. 😉 You can see it if you walk out on the empty and not so cosy balcony.

• Pablo (9/5): Modern - The building and the condo are modern and well-maintained. The location is excellent for both work and pleasure in Toronto, provided you are willing to walk, take transit, or use a bike-share service. The host communicates quickly and effectively through text. Access to the parade and the property was easy. We didn't need a second fob to access the building; however, if you need one, contact the property owner first about your options. The views are not spectacular, but honestly, with only a few days in Toronto, we did not have a minute to stare out the window. Many interesting attractions were a short streetcar ride and a 15-minute walk away.

Bathroom was a bit dated, and there is a second bed with only a curtain separating from the kitchen and living room.

We took the public transportation downtown which worked perfectly. Bus stop and streetcar stop right outside of the condo. We also enjoyed the great skyline view from the condo and the park with view on Ontario lake right outside the condo. The owners were also very helpful and supported us quick at any time.

Furniture was stylish, but seemed it wouldn't support heavy people for an extended time(particularly the couch). Would have liked a few more staples in the kitchen.

Access, parking and departure was an easy process The only fault was the Master bed and mattress was a disaster. Every movement or roll over was noisy, creaking and caused major discomfort. Unable for two people to sleep in the Master bed. The creaking kept the other person awake or woke the other person up. Needs to be replaced asap.
