• Lesego (5/5): Average, 3 star in a good location. The no cleaning and worn towels are a big no. Wouldn’t have booked had I known I’d h - The location is the best thing about the property. No cleaning which was not communicated prior. Towels, hair dryer, cutlery and crockery had chips and was worn out. Lil maintenance & cleaning budget would help. Main door also hard to push. Check in process and things around activities, what to do, how to go about it could be communicated a bit better.

• Travis (3/5): Asides from the issues above, it was a decent stay, reasonable price for a place to sleep. - Entrance and directions for what to do for entry was a mess, had to drive between all the gates before someone actually told me I needed a QR code from the booking agent to enter, the booking agent should have explained this all to be well before my check in time. The flat itself had issues, tv in bedroom was out of order and the freezer of the fridge was broken and stuck open, which made the fridge not work correctly, couldn’t keep anything cool. One lousy milk and a few small coffee satchets were all that was left for us. No soaps or anything in the bathroom, generally a small bar of soap and some shampoo is a given when going to a self catering unit. No cleaning of the unit, we received a voucher for cleaning when we checked in but weren’t told how to use it or what it was about? So we had no clean sheets or towels for our second night.

• Mbali (5/5): - I mostly liked the fun areas being the valley of the pools and bush bug . The space was cramped up not what we expected We had to clean the facility ourselves No wifi network and we had to use our own Netflix n Showmax to login . The network problem . The couch was not comfortable. No hand wash , hand lotion, shampoo or bath soap
• Thoahlane (3/5): It was very underwhelming - The view , and where the property was located. Along with the property being situated in nature. The bedsheets were dirty and smelt damp. The cutlery and some of the dishes were dirty. It was very unsanitary

• Mariza (7/5): - On arrival Monday the 7th of April, the lady at the desk at Zimbali suits, which I suspect was a cleaner she was not very friendly and professional at all. She handed us our key to the apartment and couldn't assist us with a layout of the resort or a map, we didn't even know there is a swimming pool where we were staying. Me and my husband walked around not knowing in which direction to go. That was very frustrating. Zimbali Resort is enormous and not to have a clue where is what is like looking for a needle in a haystack. Luckily the hotel manager spotted us and assist us in a very friendly and professional manner. Tuesday a receptionist handed us our meal voucher and map of the resort and a booklet.

Also, the drivers of the shuttle service Monday morning l had a problem with the TV and there was no WI FI available and l was only told on the day that l should bring my own but before that the place promised that it was gonna be available.

• sheila (8/5): Beautiful, affordable place for your stay. - It was so affordable, great value for money, inside Zimbali resort, many activities available incl heated pools, hotel pool, spa and game area. Restaurants inside and near by at Ballito drive. Seamless check in process and checkout. I would book it again and again. Network is a problem inside the unit and they don’t have WiFi which they told us before so we came with ours but it had a problem connecting.

• Nzimande (9/5): Stay was good. - Bedding was not changed. It would be nice if bedding is changed after everynight. This is my only negative about the place. Bedding was not changed on both nights, it would be nice if bedding is changed everynight.
• Moonsamy (3/5): Poor facility - The peacefulness Acess code didn't work for 2 hours, was unable to enter, later on again went out supper an wasn't allowed to enter due to acess code being invalid. Only 2 towels provided for a 3 days stay no towels was given. No bathing soap provided just 2 toilet tolls provided for a 3 day stay, no dish washing liquid or sponge, dstv and wifi didn't work, aircon didn't have Heater setting. Bathroom stuff was rusted
• Unathi (6/5): I would recommend Zimbali for someone who wants to reset and not explore . - I loved that it was in Zimbali Estate and it had all the facilities The getting in and out of the estate. Very frustrating experience . A lot Uber drivers cancelled trips.

• ANTON (1/5): Unpleasant stay - Pools, beach and beach restaurant No wifi, aircon and tv in room not working, old pvr dstv, no tv remote, dirty old throw over, one old dirty pot, ,mold in shower, fridge was frosted. Need to go out at southgate about only 5 minutes, but in only at westgate about 15 min to get back to unit. with a lot of circles and speedhumps. unit 322 definitely needs a make over and upgrade of technology.
