- John (5/5): Great location, shame about the property - Location - close to beaches and walks. Surrounded by bushland with birds and other wildlife. Property was dirty, and in need of serious repairs. Spent hours cleaning on day 1. Mouldy ceilings, screen doors that didn’t slide, half the windows had no insect screens, gutters completely blocked so water would splash in when it rained. Nothing to clean BBQ. Faulty gas bottle and no spare. Much of the linen and pillows mouldy and completely unfit for use, furniture rusted or flaking paint/coating (which stuck to clothes). Kitchen cookware and utensils fit for the dump. Cupboards had many broken items stored rather than dumped.
Washing machine did not work and property managers knew this and did not tell us prior to check in.
Smoke alarms were removed prior to our check in and not replaced. This is a serious breach of the law and owners can be fined over $20,000.

- Taryn (8/5): Great location and staff - Great location, staff were fantastic and gave us a little goodie bag for our stay. We also got late check-out which was so nice.
The house is spacious and plenty of beds. This is minor - It was clean but some areas like the bathroom hadn't been done, there were a few repairs that needed doing like the towel rail had fallen off the wall etc
The important areas like bedrooms and kitchen were clean though.
