• Henk (5/5): Prachtige kamer en locatie, maar de overlast die wij ondervonden maakt dat niet goed. - De locatie was voor ons perfect. Goed bereikbaar en op korte afstand van familie en vrienden. Dat was ook de reden dat we wederom dit hotel als ons verblijf verkozen hadden. De eerste keer hadden we een kamer op de 4e verdieping. Dus geen mensen boven ons. Nu een kamer op de 3e etage. De tussen vloeren blijken van hout te zijn. Elke beweging van de gasten boven ons hoorden we. De laatste 2 nachten zaten er diverse sportploegen in het hotel in de leeftijd van 10 tot 18 jaar. Maakten enorm veel lawaai, renden over alle gangen en bonkten op de deuren. Personeel kreeg ze niet stil en rustig. Dat veranderde pas toen 2e nacht een gast uit z'n plaat ging. 2 nachten dus geen oog dicht gedaan. Verder hele week aantal apparaten bij ontbijt kapot waardoor dit zeer karig was.

(One day ) Room cleaners changed towels, but not making up bedding? (One day) Breakfast food and coffee were bad. (Every day).

• MAUREEN (1/5): I will never go there again and I will never recommend anyone to do so - I couldn't like anything! Not after having issue after issue and being nice about it to turn around and be robbed! The facility to incidentals for nothing and I have proof but their GM is just as grimy. If you ready to be bamboozled and Robbed then go there I didn't like that mostly everyone there had a problem and the management was not very helpful and then again being robbed having my money taken with false accusations is just absolutely absurd and ridiculous and unacceptable

• Laura (3/5): It was confusing and disappointing. I would not recommend staying here. - The room was nice. I was put in a room which was not the one we paid for. The receptionist charged me another $18.54 for some reason when the room should have been paid in full. The receptionist followed me to my room to ensure the door would unlock. Then called me a few minutes later telling me I owed another $120 and asked me to come down and pay it. I didn’t. In the morning, I was awakened by hammering which occurred for at least a half hour. When leaving, I told the receptionist (someone different) all that occurred. She couldn’t find my room because I was supposed to be in room 201, but I was in 220. The date leaving on the key “folder” indicted my departure was 4/16 when it was actually 4/14. The receptionist went back to talk to the manager twice, but the manager never came to speak to me directly. I was given a business card and instructed to email the screenshot of my bank statement indicating I paid the hotel an extra $18.54.

Liked simple clean decor. Excellent environmental steps to reduce human impact. Breakfast best quality ever for hotel or even restaurant. REALLY liked hold not immediately charged for possible Incidentals (it takes a 5-10 days for refund to credit on my card). THE STAFF! EXCELLENT STAFF… EMMA at front desk, breakfast host too, every employee was helpful, friendly and courteous. Well done everyone!! HVAC unit was a bit noisy. While we love dogs, was not comfortable with them being in hotel => is it possible to book a room that never had dog or cats?

Wish I had known he was the owner at the time, and had taken down his information. I'm pretty sure he doesn't know his staff is treating guests HORRIBLY! Staff and the racism we experienced during the brief stay, before we were put out at 9pm at night with nowhere to go.

• Crystal (10/5): Would def stay here again, great place to stay. - The hotel was very clean and well put together. The staff were very friendly and treated us like family. The bed was very comfortable and there was a dishwasher in our room! The breakfast was okay but wish there were other options.
• Aidee (4/5): Particularly embarrassed, as I had recommended the hotel to other families from my son’s team - Clean and spacious rooms. Nice Area lots of food and stores near by for convivence. It was very close to the soccer fields my son was playing at. There was difficulty obtaining a luggage cart they weren't placed back at the front for next guest to easily use if needed. The keypad for the 24 hr gym was not working when I needed and told that maintenance would take about an hour to fix it. As a result, I had to leave the property to find an alternative. Breakfast was also disappointing, basic items were unavailable or required repeated requests (such as cups and silverware). The food was presented in very small quantities despite a large number of guests, and overall attention to the breakfast area seemed lacking. Despite prior email communication with the manager regarding the issues, a discount was offered to address our experience; however, follow-up communication has then stopped. And I have not yet received the offered resolution.

• Cheri (5/5): - I liked the location, and the staff that were there seemed like they were honestly trying to make things better. Our room was given away. We were charged before we arrived so I couldn't use a different card to pay. The other room they put us in had a full trash can and crumbs all over the floor. Other patrons were openly smoking joints by the front door and the door to the pool. They were extremely short staffed, so there weren't any pool towels. We were told to use room towels, but they didn't have clean towels to give us for showers. The breakfast was not appealing at all.

Overall the property was great. Only complaints are the room had a somewhat strange smell, maybe it was the cleaning supplies used, and the biscuits at breakfast were dry, could have been sitting there for a long time or I got a stale one.

The location was within reach of amazing shopping on the Beltline and moments from I-96/196 ramps. The first night we had a noisy upstairs neighbor. The parking is tight, especially for a Suburban.

• Ford (2/5): Awful ! never again!!! - It was a good location. And it was quiet there. Although last night, some kids in the next room or jumping around and we could hear them right through the wall. The breakfast was horrible. Nasty egg things that tasted like foam rubber. A sausage patty that looked and tasted like plastic. The only good thing at breakfast was the bagel I had was really pretty good. The orange juice was rancid.(tasted sweet., but a funny way) the first night we were there. The heating vents made so much noise and it was so loud that I couldn’t even sleep. At midnight, I went downstairs to the front desk and tried to get some kind of help. And the girl at the desk called the maintenance man to either talk us through or come fix it. But she never got a return call. The toilet paper and the Kleenex were very poor quality in the toilet paper rumbled up on your butt. And I had a cold when we came there so I use the Kleenex and they were very poor quality and blew holes right through them. The second night the vent from the furnace didn’t make us much noise, but it still was loud.
