• Ivan (8/5): - Location is awesome between Seminyak and Canguu. I didnt trust the pool ,the pump is not working al the time and suppost check the quality of the water more often.
• Souraya (5/5): It was ok, probably won’t come again unless on a budget - Nice location, clean, exactly like the photos Communication was poor, shower wasn’t working but luckily staff had it fixed the next day, lots of lizards which is apparently normal in Bali.
• Amber (2/5): Not good and no compensation provided - Dirty towels and bedding, ceiling fan did not work and aircon was very bad, the roof was cracking and one part of roof had fallen down
• Vanessa (5/5): Passable - Comfortable bed and nice shower.. WiFi was good. No blinds in lounge area and air con couldn't cool room down. Pool was green. Location wasn't where booking stated.. We couldn't use the kitchen facilities as lost power if we used microwave.

• Michael (9/5): I enjoyed my stay Host was very attentive and quick to respond. - Location Sun into the living area in the mid morning was too hot and bright, to work at the table with my laptop (so took small table and chair to my bedroom and based my workspace in my bedroom, roll down sunshade needed on those windows, air con cannot cope with morning sun there.
• Ravikiran (5/5): Good value for money with a few issues - Good value for money, very hard working staff, good pool. Pak Karang really strives to provide service and is available day and night to help. His work was very much appreciated. Location is not great. The road is extremely narrow and most taxis will refuse to come in. When it is raining, it can be a real problem. Further there are a few dogs on the street which the neighbours forget to lock up and it barked and chased us a couple of times. Though we were assured they don't bite, it is still unpleasant. The towels didn't feel very fresh. They were laundered but still had some stains etc which didn't give us a very fresh feeling. The toilet flush sometimes had issues and had some smell as well.
• Arabella (8/5): Location is not great however beautiful pool, rooms and bathrooms with nice staff. - pool was beautiful and rooms were clean with working air conditioning. bathrooms were alright. The location is right near the Kerobokan Prison which was not mentioned anywhere on booking. Getting taxis to villa was difficult as there is a place with a similar location/name (photo attached) fortunately we had been to bali before and understood where we were but this can be very bad for anyone new or not familiar with the surroundings of their villa. The main kitchen/lounge area had no aircon and it became very hot very quickly with little air flow. The room with the two single beds did not have a lock which we were informed was due to children usually staying in that room but we would have preferred that choice to be up to us. The villa had two other locks before you reached the bedrooms however would have given peace of mind. All rooms were tiled making it very slippery when wet which was often during rainy season. There was also no access between the two rooms apart from going outside which wasn’t ideal when raining. Also did not have any hot water which is normally fine but when raining it wasn’t great.
• Nagar (3/5): Poor - Pool Toilet flush werent working properly, Living room had a bad odour wasnt fixed even after letting the person incharge know. Toilet wasnt cleaned thoroughly
• Elle (6/5): Pleasant - We’re able to check in super late. We needed somewhere to rest our heads before heading to the fast boats in the morning The pool was green. Kids wanted to swim but did not trust they wouldn’t get ear infections ect. Rest of the property was great

• Haines (2/5): The reviews for this place are not right. - The bed was relatively comfortable. No one refurbished our room or renoved any rubbish or replentished bin liners. If we didn't gi out of our way to find replacement toilet paper, it would have completely run out by the second day of our 7 night stay. No towels or bedding was changed during the stay. The pool went green after 3 days. Couldn't see the bottom at all it was that mouldy. When a complaint was made, the response was totally inadequent Will never go there again and most likely will use another booking agency that has more accurate reviews..
• Billy (6/5): Pleasant - The location was good, back away from the busy streets. It was walking distance to shops and nice restaurants once we realised you could walk to the other end of the lane (looks like a dead end on google Maps). Decent accommodation for the price. The villa we were given was not the one in the photos, and we were not told this prior to arriving. It was similar but still disappointing. Wasn't super clean, bathrooms and pool need a good deep clean and the sheets had some stains. The kitchen was pretty tired, and the filtered water only did hot water, not cold.

• Tina (10/5): A blissful getaway! - Exceeded our expectations! Spacious rooms, excellent air conditioning, beautiful outdoor showers (plenty of hot water) and bathroom, comfy bed, clean bedding and towels, pool was nice and clean, sunbeds really nice and comfy, there’s a fully equipped kitchen - filtered water fountain and full sized fridge, very peaceful surroundings, no construction, location was a bit far from the beach clubs but nothing a Gojek can’t solve! It’s a little tight so when I needed to order a car I would just walk down the street, scooters got around fine! Extremely affordable if you’re staying with 4 guest as it can accomodate that many! Karan was lovely and responsive. Would definitely stay here again! Sorry I didn’t take more photos but truly the photo on the listing don’t do the place justice If I had to nit pick the property didn’t have a convenient store nearby but it didn’t affect us at all
• Sophie (8/5): Lovely, reasonably priced stay, sweet staff and a bit away from the hustle-bustle! - Karang, who looked after us was during our stay was helpful and friendly, attentive (which we didn’t expect being a self-contained accommodation); he was patient with our delayed check-in and earlier-than-planned check out. Whilst the kitchen was limited, but there was a water tower for dispensing hot water (not cool), and a good size of fridge. There are large open bathrooms/ showers for each of the two rooms. Beds were very comfortable and linen was fresh and changed in the middle of our stay! A/C in the bedrooms works very well. Whole place was very clean and pretty well-presented - some minor deviations from images in the listing on booking.com Not that you really need it (in the heat of Bali) but there was only lukewarm water for showering, and the kitchen amenities were pretty limited (no electric kettle; no tea or coffee). No mirrors in the bedrooms, so you needed to go into the shower/ bathroom each time (not at all a big deal).
