• Darren (10/5): - The condo is so high up that you have complete privacy without needing curtains. It was really peaceful and relaxing there, I will definitely be staying there again. It was also very clean and had good facilities/utilities. The only thing I would change is that s the frying pan is very worn out, but that is the only thing I found. Everything else was really good.

• Olivier (9/5): Superb - the location is great. the sunvida tower is a good spot to stay in Cebu because its well located i was expecting a bigger bed.. but we made it work.
• Jan (7/5): I have stayed in better places in the same condo tower - Location is great I had to sleep under a sheet. No proper cover. Saw small cockroaches, other beetles.

• Harnett (7/5): Convenient Stay - It's proximity to SM Cebu; the building is just in front of it. We had to wait quite a while to check in since we arrived earlier than their advertised check-in time. The reception staff were very accommodating and helpful in contacting the owner on our behalf. Basic amenities are available in the room for convenience. The wifi credentials posted on the door is different from the wifi credentials messaged to us. The internet was unstable at certain times. There were a few cockroaches milling about. The sponge for washing dishes smells bad and looks old.

• Ronald (5/5): Misinformation - The advertisement is “Double Deluxe ROOM with SEA VIEW” , when we arrived it is a Studio and no View. Not our expectations and will not fit for a family of 5. We cancelled the booking. It was a tough night for us and have to sleep in the car. The host is responsive to messages however has very limited knowledge about cancellation and refund online /thru email. We have to reach out the booking.com to assist us in our refunds. We got our refund after 3 days of continuous communication.
