• Vash (10/5): Really felt like being hosted by a family member who was always willing and available to assist. - It was well located. The living area was comfortable. It had a lift and a very functional kitchen. The best thing about the property is the host, Gunther. I have never come across someone so hospitable and responsive before. Accommodated a late checkout, responded to queries immediately, stored our luggage on his own apartment so we could explore the city before catching a late flight. The bedrooms were small and we needed to use the living area for our suitcases.

The place is quiet, safe and comfortable. If you wanna stay in Madrid you must consider this opsiyon. Could not find anything to say

Close to many restaurants, able to walk everywhere There was construction next door that was noisy at times during the day. It didn’t bother us as we were out most of the time.

• Paolo (9/5): Superb - The apartment was very comfortable and suitable for 8 people. We highly appreciated the two bed rooms and bathrooms to properly host two families. The host Guenther was very friendly and supportive over our stay. The location of the apartment was great close to restaurants and bars as well as suitable for reaching main attractions in the city

We happened to stay during a holiday weekend for spain. You could hear all the people out on the street late at night so it was not a restful night. However, the following nights were restful

Accessible, pleasant staff who were easy to communicate with-Gunter was very direct to deal with. Good wifi and kitchen facilities, hairdryer and toiletries and very comfortable beds. Pet friendly and lovely decor. A few small things-It would be nice to have more towels and hangers and hooks to hang things on. A sweeping brush to clean. And mirrors in the bedrooms for cosmetics application. The front door jammed but a workaround was found.

Near the apartment you can find a big supermarket, McDonald and some restaurants. The living room of the apartment is spacious. The beds are large but there’re not enough space to open the suitcases inside the bedroom. Another minor thing is both shower heads are leaky.
