• Aura (9/5): Lovely place and definitely will come again - I love the nature and the activities planned on the resort . The staff were great and smiley . The rooms were great but I guess when there is no one staying there is a musky smell upon check in . The animals in the resort was so impressive . I liked the hotel breakfast but having more selection on alacart would definitely be a booster.

Die fahrbaren Oldtimer-Nachbildungen waren toll. und die Ausfahrt damit hat Spass gemacht. Der Golfolatz ist anspruchsvoll mit herausfordernden Bahnen und einigen langen Abschlögen über Wasserhinternisse. Tolles Platz Design. Als Hotelgast auch ein angemessener Preis von 2175 Thb (Greenfee+Cart+Caddy). Teilweise etwas zu teure Speisen und Getränke im Restaurant.

• Sandra (10/5): Great stay for family with kids - Beautiful location with very nice golf course, swimming pool, lovely staff handling horse riding and the small car rides. Rooms were cleaned and free refreshments were provided - nice touch. The Japanese restaurant at the golf course was very good. Bed could be little comfier and breakfast a bit better in terms of presentation, staff service and quality.

One suggestion is to Offer more incentives to shop at the golf shop ie discount on multiple purchase or run a special.

• Nattapak (10/5): We will definitely return to this hotel, love it! Highly recommended. - This hotel is luxury! Nice room, comfortable bed, nice pool and staffs are nice, friendly! Our daughter loves riding on horse with trainers named Narin and Ple and big thanks to Khun Nui who look after us very well. Also little horse Porch who company my daughter all evening! I can’t think of anything.

• YOSHITERU (5/5): 楽しいはずなのに辛かった - レストラン内のスタッフ対応は明るい対応だったのでとても良かった。 プール、周辺施設はとても綺麗でした。 食事中大きなスクリーンで映画が見ることが出来ました。 子供がいる方には良いと思います。 シャワールームの水が排水口から逆流してきてとても匂いが臭く。。ルームサービスが直ぐに来てはくれましたが。。直す事が出来ないのに中々部屋を変えてくれず寝る事が出来ず辛かった。 あと、朝食が値段わりに種類が少なく寂しかったです。

The greens were well looked after although very fast. The evening meals were disappointing. The pizza was not like any pizza I’d had before and the carbonara sauce was solid. Often the food was cold.

• David (10/5): Mycket minnesvärd vistelse - Vi spenderade tre nätter på Rancho Charnvee Resort & Country Club Khaoyai tillsammans med vår son Dino och fick en upplevelse som överträffade våra förväntningar. Resorten är fantastisk och personalen levererar service på absolut femstjärnig nivå i varje del av anläggningen. Golfbanan är en fröjd att spela – välskött, vacker och både utmanande och njutbar från första till sista hål. Vi ser redan fram emot vårt nästa besök. Tack för en minnesvärd vistelse!

• Terry (10/5): Exceptional - Classy hotel. Right from conservatory style reception. Easy check in. Room was awesome and huge with free mini bar. We discovered complimentary popcorn in the bar on the way back from the restaurant. We only stayed one night and did not take opportunity to in the golf or world class riding facilities. But we will be back for sure. Felt like we were in Italy. Only downside is the food and refreshments such as coffee were somewhat on the expensive side but I guess that is the price you pay for exclusivity.

Always very attentive and willing to offer other dishes for us to try. The food overall was very good, but a limited menu (Pizza was wonderful). The bar area with the large screen TV was a lovely place to sit and enjoy a film (Just a shame we couldn't watch the football! :) ) The rooms are very dated and the bathrooms are quite small and 'musty'

The grounds are big and the stables and nature is a great outdoor setting for both kids and adults to enjoy. Wish they could add room service and access to the menu by the golf course.

• Yin (7/5): The changed room upstairs was a much better premier room. - luckily changed to a upper floor room with a view after much complaints. Gave us a worst possible room although we booked and paid for a premier room. The room given faced the car park with messy event constructions and the window opened out to a pile of rubbish on the ground floor. We have asked for an upper floor room in our booking. The hotel was only half filled on the weekday.

Love the little horse stable and rides available. - Staffs were exceptionally friendly and polite, entire stay was great and love the unique rustic feel of the property. Food was splendid, everything tasted nice and the outdoor giant movie screen was the tip of the spear. Carpet and floor in room was a little not up to expectation, felt the cleanliness can be improved.

Felt as if it was half closed and many items advertised on menu were not available, so limited food choices. We were expecting more of a hotel feel - not recommended to stay more than 2 nights here. Own transport is a huge requirement for duration of stay - we arranged drop off to resort, and collection. However very very difficult to try and get a taxi during our stay, we had not realised this.

• Eve (10/5): Exceptional - The room is spacious and comfortable. The staffs are very helpful and happy to service. There are many activities to do here for both adults and children such as golf, ATV, drive little toy cars, horse riding. Their horses are very well cleaned. No smell of the horse at all as they shower them every morning. It's about 40 min drive from Khaoyai and nth much around the hotel. The carbonara during dinner is very salty. We ended up returning the dish after a few bites.

• Pattarapol (10/5): Exceptional - Love the place and how greenery it is! The room is big and comfortable. Lot of activities you can do started from Cycling, Horse Riding or antique car drive. The italian restaurant is one of the best that I tried for original cabonara pasta. I went to many countries and try out difference italian restaurant but none is as good as this. Unfortunately, at the time we went there. The pool was in maintenance, But I can see that there are the bar at the pool as well. Would love to try out. Only things that trouble me is mosquito in the room. I understand that this coming from the environment and it's nature to see mosquitoes during rainy season. However, would be better if hotel have some solution came of to prevent it.
