• Bongani Malinga (1/5): - You have scammed me in all honesty I have paid and when I get there at Munyaka I can't get in because you didn't send me an access code and I tried calling you not answer and email you didn't even get back to me while am there at the gate. This was unexpected experience specially that I trusted Booking.com that would be scammed by you after I have paid but now you have some nerves to ask me about my experience how if you didn't provide me with the access code.

• Portia (1/5): Scammed - I wasn't allowed to enter at the premises as there was a six digits code needed before entering. I tried to call the number provided on Booking. Com which stated as "property contact" The securities at the main entrance said they encounter same issues like mine every weekend.. He said it's a scam because properties inside Munyaka are not for any leisure purposes, thus mostly get scammed and pay money to be at the place. I have never been so disappointed and annoyed like the past Friday. That time I have my bag packed accordingly for my confirmed booking 😭 I begged the security to give me the reception number and he said the property does not have reception. I called the number and no response for about an hour, until I had no choice but to drive back home.

I surpassed the reviews before booking this place only to go back and see that multiple people have had the same experience.

They sent me Whatsapp on the day of checking in that my room was flooded and as such I cannot check in. They claimed that they will do a waiver for me to get my refund. Im still struggling to get a refund even booking.com is not responding to my emails.(BOOKING.COM SEEMS TO BE LOOSING CREDIBILITY TOO IF SUCH PEOPLE MANAGE TO FIND THEMSELVES THERE). Think twice when booking. And unlike the Blyde it seems the property developers don't know about the existence of such apartment being registered as overnight accommodation. It's so unfortunate that I have to open a police case within the jurisdiction of the property which is unfavorable for me as I'm far. If it is a legitimate property their customer service then sucks because you will not find the property on phone but only on whtsapp which they hardly respond to.

It was easy to find and check in We were told on arrival that the lagoon was not part of the package, as surprised as we were we still wanted to get it they informed us that we must pay extra for the lagoon which we did. After paying we were treated like criminals, we had to wait for hours because visitors were not permitted on the lagoon. The security mistreated us since it was a favour to get us the which they made with the property owner. We went there because of the lagoon but it was sad that we couldn’t enjoy what we went there for. They allowed win after 4

The host was very warmly welcoming We also liked the lagoon even though we couldn't enjoy due to bad weather. We even got a chance to view other apartments that were on sale in the area. Very tempting ❤️❤️❤️❤️😅 The fact that there was no water when we arrived and had to go out in a very bad weather (cold front) to eat out and buy some water when we had some delicious staff we bought to prepare our own warm and palatable dinner
