- Bilquis (6/5): Good - well decorated and clean - easy collection from key safe although had a bit of trouble putting it in - had to call owner the Linens were clean but not fresh smelling
- Nick (8/5): - Very well equipped. Large rooms and great location. We would certainly stay here again. Thoroughly recommend. The lock box for the key was a little tricky to open and close. But all fine after we worked it out .....
- Robert (9/5): -
- Judith (9/5): Good place to stay, would go back agan - House was in a great location, 2 parking spaces on site and very spacious house. Good kitchen and tv in 2 sitting rooms. Comfy and a variety of seating. the single bed mattress overlaps the frame which meant it moved. Didn't see the dish towel or oven gloves till leaving so a folder with more information might be useful
- Hafwen (9/5): Very good spacious and beautifully decorated house with all the main requirements. - Beautiful house - very spacious and tastefully decorated with two living rooms and two bathrooms! good location just 6 mins drive from the National pool where we were attending a gala. Handy off street parking, corner shop & a Sainsbury’s & Tesco nearby.
Excellent communications with owner. Pillows were a little bit lumpy and there was no French press for my decaf coffee!
- Eran (10/5): - huge apartment, 3 x bedrooms, 3 x bathrooms, large kitchen, all very clean
50min walking from train station, 10min from Swansea university, 5min from grocery stores
15min from the beach nothing
- lindsey (10/5): Lovely property, huge rooms, great value - So spacious. Stylish and superbly located. We had to work out the heating settings when we arrived as it was very cold but soon warmed up.
- Topsy (10/5): The place is beautiful I would recommend it for a family vacation. - Nice and clean. Good location not far from city. Just needs a little bit of cupboard wiping and windows.

- Joanne (10/5): Perfect place for putt brief stay in Swansea. Would book again in a heartbeat - Very clean and beautifully presented Nothing - everything was great!
- Sara (10/5): - Lovely big house, lovely area. Responsive, helpful hosts.
- Anthony (10/5): Excellent stay in a great holiday home with an excellent host. Would definitely stay again in the future as it was so go - Location was fantastic for walking to the beach or city centre and access to great choice of places to eat. House is modern, very comfortable and spacious with a driveway parking which is unusual in many rentals. The beds were very good and having 2 toilets,2 showers really helps and a very well equipped kitchen if needed. We loved our stay which was made even better with the helpful host who communicated really well including pictures of how to find it and regular check in messages which showed they care out your. Nothing really to not like.

- Dr (8/5): Did what it said on the tin but the lighting and shuffling of chairs would drive me nuts eventually - For us the location was ideal as we were away from the property for most of the time. Room lighting varied enormously. In one bathroom you needed sunglasses but in the dining room you almost needed a torch. In the bedrooms the main lighting was reasonable though in one bedroom you had to switch the light off outside and there was no bedside light; no night vision goggles were supplied ! The bedside lights were OK in the other two rooms but not what you really needed to read by. There were no chairs in the bedrooms or in the kitchen stools. There was a patio but no simple furniture; It was a hot weekend. You could also not open the front room locked windows. The other windows were OK but you needed to find hidden catches to open them completely as no instructions given. Microwave needed instructions.
I found the amount of mails received after paying unnecessary and the withholding of the key box code until the day before also unnecessary and caused some concern as we were arriving separately and fiddling about with phones to get codes whilst travelling and doing other things unhelpful. The last Email asking if we were looking forward to our stay arrived the day after we had arrived !.
- Julieo (7/5): Lovely break with my children and grandson and visit new uni accommodation . - Large and spacious Victorian building in a central location. 2 spacious bathrooms. , lovely high ceilings with 2 lounge areas , large dining room next to a well equiped kitchen at the rear of the property. 3 large bedrooms 2 with double beds and one with twin beds. Shop ,cafe and lovely park close by. Off street parking. The off street parking was good for one car but too tight to accommodate two due to the sevice road being quite narrow ( i think 2 small minis would have been ok).street parking is quite restricted in the area. The accommodation is located in a student area and was quite noisy at night when using the front bedroom, however, noise cancelling ear buds rectified the noise issue during the night.
- Kirsty (10/5): Exceptional - The house was huge! Plenty of space for a family. Had everything you needed and was close to a park and Uplands high street which had cool restaurants and bars.
- Giffin (8/5): Very good -
- Rohit (9/5): Superb - Wonderful stay at " Beautiful Family Home". The host was very helpful . Rooms are clean , comfortable and cosy. Great location . Highly recommended 👍
- Claire (8/5): Very good -
- Terraneo (8/5): Lovely home for a family vacation. - The house was very nice, big and comfortable. Beans bag were a huge success amongst the kids. The house has a private parking space and the location is near the main beach but also a nice park. Communicate with the hosts was very easy. Nice and honest people and for any we needed they were super available. The house is big and it took a while to get it warm after turning the heating system on.
- Damian (7/5): Good -
- Barbara (7/5): Good -
- Stephen (10/5): Great place to stay - Just about everything with the property. there's even a convenience store across the road for all those bit you forget. Creaking floorboards. but is is a mature building so can be forgiven.
- Carole (9/5): Lovely big Hse - better for a family but idea as a base to reach the Hospital or University. - Booked as near to Singleton Hospital - my Husband had an appt there No shaver point in bathroom for my electric toothbrush
No enclosed garden although the small sunny patio could easily be fenced off as it’s mainly for parking.
My fault as I didn’t check the garden when booking & took it for granted as dogs were allowed.
However beautiful big park only 5 min walk away.
- Thomas (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean, spacious modern interior. Ideal location
- Anya (8/5): Very comfortable stay will definitely stay again. - It was a good location, easy access to the beach and city. Lots to explore within walking distance.
Corner shop, cafés.
We had dogs and the most beautiful park with cafe hut 2 minutes walk perfect.
House is very spacious. Maybe a welcome basket just cafe, tea, sugar little things.
- Josephine (9/5): Great value, spacious home close to sea, parks and local attractions. - A lovely spacious property close to the sea, parks and local amenities. Great that it was also dog-friendly. Owner was really helpful and communicative.
- Sonia (10/5): Exceptional -
- Costello (7/5): Location is the best thing about this home. - Free easy parking, lots of space in the house. Some remaining Victorian touches in the house. Beautiful unused entry way. High ceilings. Oven was filthy. We cooked a pizza the first night anyway. Not enough bath towels, we were told of replacements the night before checking out from a 3 night stay. I informed owner of above on our first night. Floors on bottom floor were dirty, kind of greasy all over. Slippery.
Heater broke down on our last day there, we were out and returned to a very cold house. Eventually fixed. I told owner about each item above right away. Apologies from owner, but it was basically tough luck, except for the heater which was resolved in less than an hour.
- Susan (9/5): Superb -
- Ian (9/5): Superb -
- Kev (10/5): Excellent Stay - Huge house with own private parking.
Very clean and well furnished.
Would return. N/A
- Angela (9/5): Fantastic property, attentive owner; we will be staying again! - Beautifully decorated; very homely.
More than enough space for sleeping 5 people. Dog friendly with wooden or tiled floors.
No back garden but the safe parking space was appreciated. This isn’t really a dislike, or a negative comment, more a personal wish -to have enclosed outdoor space for the dog.
- Singh (3/5): Poor -
- Gail (10/5): Exceptional -
- Williams (5/5): Passable - The upstairs accommodation was clean and comfortable. Very spacious and airy. The kitchen was very ill-equipped. eg.There was one medium-sized saucepan. Hardly any cooking utensils. Rusty scissors. An infestation of ants. Smelly dish cloth.
- Sarah (8/5): Lovely stay really enjoyed it - Spacious and modern kitchen and bathrooms
- Shauna (9/5): Superb -
- Hannah (10/5): Beautiful! - I loved the space and how well equipped the house is. We were very comfortable here! Communication with the host was very easy. It was great to have such convenient parking too. This was my second stay at this property, and I would book again!
- Chris (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ann (9/5): Superb - The house was spotlessly clean and very spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect for us. Directions and check in instructions were flawless. Would highly recommend this property
- Susan (9/5): Superb - A lovely, comfortable a beautifully presented home. A short walk to singleton park which the dog loved. A fantastic part of the world to explore beaches.and lovely pubs with great food. There was nothing we didn't like about this property.
- Juliet (10/5): Lovely stay, comfortable and spacious house idea for a large family. - Size and location, warm once clued up on the heating system. Lack of blinds/privacy screens in front bedroom.
Gated garden space - but the lovely Brynmill park was very nearby.
- Sarita (3/5): Poor - The position was great and good to have parking
Lovely hot water
Dog friendly It was badly equipped
Only three wine glasses
Lacking light in the bedrooms
No downstairs lol
Couldn’t get the oven to work
Mattresses were lumpy with springs
- Premila (8/5): Very good - It was a lovely house and the stay was very comfortable. The gost was lovely and checked in with us via email a few times. There were a few cobwebs around but other than that it was really clean. The thing we found the hardest was actually finding it but once we had located it which we ended up doing on foot first and then driving round it was fine.
- James (9/5): Superb -
- Tam (10/5): Exceptional -
- Varaidzo (9/5): Superb -
- Stephen (10/5): Exceptional -
- Reynolds (8/5): Very good - Big family home. I missed not having a garden to sit in.
- Mizhiel (9/5): Highly recommended - Big house and well maintained. The owner is helpful and communication is very good. Will definitely come back. Highly recommended. Toilet downstairs will be a plus but not an issue for us. I guess for people who can't go upstairs frquently just to use the toilet.
- De (9/5): Superb -
- Aparna (8/5): Lovely, convenient beautiful home very close to Swansea beach - Very convenient location, easy access to shops and beaches!
- Veronica (10/5): Happy to recommend. - Excellent communication with the owner. The house is spacious, modern, clean with excellent facilities for our short stay with a family group. Enough parking space for Honda CR-V and Volvo estate just some careful manoeuvering required. Enough unrestricted in-street parking out of term time if required. Comfortable beds. All good. Slight initial concern was immediately dealt with by the owner.
- Helena (10/5): A relaxing , well organised and very clean house. would recommend - Fantastic location within walking distance of the university. The house was within a 5 min walk of a small Sainsbury’s Tesco’s Express, takeaways and pubs. It had a large private parking space big enough for my van. The property was large enough for the four of us to have plenty of space All good
- Poopalen (9/5): Pleasant and meeting our expectations. - The place was clean and big, spacious. The proximity to parks and sea was a bonus. Amenities were adequate. No toilet downstairs. One of the showers was faulty, the shower hose holder was loose and not keeping the hose in place. The back of the property could have been made cleaner and useful by providing a table and chairs.
- Deepti (9/5): Cosy and elegant, well located and easy access to restaurants, parks and beaches. Parking at the rear which was ideal as - Tastefully decorated and modern. Nice and cool on hot days. Nothing.
- Olivia (9/5): Superb -
- James (9/5): great place to stay. thoroughly recommended - great location. good size house which was very well kept and very roomy. Was ideal for our trip. Perfect for 3 of us having a room each and can see it would be ideal for a families and larger groups especially with the two lounges downstairs. Cristina was also very helpful and clearly on hand if anything else was required. shower wasn't great but this was only a very minor issue given the overall accommodation.
- Louisa (7/5): Good -
- Gemma (8/5): Very good - great property, parking space was a bonus.
- Duane (10/5): Very nice place for a family, super responsive! - Updated, very tidy
- Georgina (10/5): Lovely big home close to all the amenities, we loved it - Property is really spacious, there is lots of room and really nicely decorated. Good bathroom and kitchen facilities and felt very homely. shop is 30 second walk, lovely parks 1 minute walk and beach 10 minute walk, it’s also really close to the centre of town. off street parking was great as it can be tricky to park in Swansea. Hosts made our stay lovely and were always available for any questions we had and even had high chair and travel cot for the baby! Overall had a great stay and would 100% recommend. It was great
- Jessica (10/5): Exceptional - Beautifully decorated house, lots of space, easy to find, enough space on the drive for 2 cars. Great location
- Stuart (8/5): Very good -
- Anonymous (8/5): A home away from home - Very comfortable and warm. Good central location. Great to have your own parking space. Very spacious inside. Beautifully decorated with lots of nice touches. The front bedroom was a little noisy from the student neighbourhood but it was Halloween weekend. Other rooms absolutely fine and outside term time it would be very peaceful.
- Rosie (9/5): Superb -
