• Antonio (2/5): No recomendable. - La ubicación. Los aparatos de aire acondicionado no funcionan.La potencia eléctrica insuficiente, salta el diferencial, hemos pasado frío. No había sábanas ni toallas de sustitución. El agua no tenía suficiente fuerza para la ducha. Es un segundo piso sin ascensor.

• Marta (5/5): Buena ubicación, servicios mejorables - La ubicación lo mejor Cuando entramos nos encontramos los productos de la limpieza en mitad del pasillo y unas persianas en la puerta de entrada. Las paredes estaban sucias y el agua caliente salía en la ducha un mini chorro por lo que era complicado ducharse. Además no teníamos edredones por lo que la primera noche tuvimos que dormir tapados con toallas. Es cierto que el trato por WhatsApp muy agradable y nos solucionaron lo de los edredones y nos dieron otra copia de llaves porque solo entregan uno lo cual es complicado con la logística. El menaje de cocina bastante escaso también. Tampoco nos indicaron cómo devolver las llaves

• Jmterzic (7/5): So so - They gave us just 1 towel per person for EIGHT DAYS Since we were there on business we were forced to wash them every day or go to the other side of the city to pick them. So we washed them, something we did not experience ever before... Mosquitos were relentless, sleepless nights Other aspects were nice
• Stefan (7/5): It was a beautiful Christmas time and we did enjoy our stay at this place anyway. - Big apartment, great location, nice city. We liked to have access to a roof and enjoyed a wonderful view from the top. We had some ussie with the internet and a manager of the apartment couldn't believe that it was a bigger problem than just switching off and on the router. Thus, three days without internet. The AC in two out of four rooms didn't work. Also, the manager provided us with a wrong code for a key box.

• Shannon (7/5): Excellent central location, comfortable and affordable stay. - The apartment was in a very good central location, so we could walk towards the city's historic centre in less than 20 minutes. It was also very close to restaurants, historic sites and other places of interest, whilst still being in a quite location, allowing for a comfortable sleep. The apartments' facilities were good, especially the fact that it has air conditioning units (excellent for the Spanish heat), a kitchen, and laundry amenities. The apartment is in need of some general refurbishment (some doors are not lockable and some door handles are quite loose). A fresh coat of paint for the walls would also make the apartment look so much cleaner.
• Felicity (5/5): Overall, our stay at the property was very disappointing. - It was near to city centre It had 3 sizeable bedrooms 1) The shower was dirty The shower was too small to have a comfortable shower Also the water flow from the shower head was very weak. 2) The power cuts was a huge inconvenience during our stay at the property. 3) The air conditioning controls were faulty Some of the electrical sockets were exposed, making it a hazard. One of the rooms, had a cable running across the room in front of the bed and that was a trip hazard. 4) Some of the door handles were loose and come off easily. 5) On the booking advert, I did not see any warning about that fact that it was a second floor flat with no lift in the building. This made accessibility to the flat difficult. We had heavy suitcases and bags to be taken into the property. My husband couldn’t make it to some of the programs because he has mobility issues which absence of a lift made it very difficult to leave the flat. 6) There were no toilet rolls or kitchen napkins when we arrived late in the night, or any cleaning supplies and bin bags to use. And when we reported they did not make any efforts to come provide them. 7) These issues raised above is not the first time that a customer is reporting such. Many people in the past had reported in their reviews. But the problems still persist.
• Kirov (6/5): Pleasant - Location, space, last minute availability. When we tried to switch on the washing machine the electricity in the apartment switched off.

• Joseph (10/5): Exceptional - Location beside Buhaira park! With lots of open space, dogs and Santa Barbara and Artilleria restaurants are excellent! Fast internet, easy to find by taxi, uber or cabify. Big spacious apartment with 3 rooms! Could use a coffee maker or a mokapot for espresso coffee 😊
• Izi2 (7/5): Good - The apartment door lock was not functioning seamlessly. Also you had to have a key to exit the main entrance door which is a bit strange and possibly non-compliance with fire safety rules.
• Kateryna (10/5): A comfortable apartment in the nice Sevilla downtown area - A nice comfortable apartment in the city center 10 minutes from the major site seeing but yet a bit aside from the tourist area, next to great parks and good restaurants.
• Sergey (8/5): Very good - near the center, free parking at street limited kitchenware, terrible locks&keys - opening doors to the entrance and to the flat is a painful and time consuming activity
• Rick (6/5): Pleasant - The apartment had lots of windows and good natural ventilation. The location is in a fairly quiet neighborhood and centrally located. 20 min walk to the train station. 10 minute walk to bus station. 20 min walk to the historic district and the Real Alcazar. The mattress is way to hard and uncomfortable. The kitchen pans need to be replaced and not all the air conditioners worked.
