Abigail (3/5): Nice place but no AC making Half our group need to find other accommodations. Insane cleaning fee and still being asked - The pictures are exactly what it looks like. Very nice decor, view, and very clean. The problem is that it is listed as a 4 bedroom with room for 8 people which makes the price seem like a good deal. Unfortunately only 1 of the bedrooms have working air conditioning making the living room and other 3 bedrooms unlivable during the summer months. 3/4 bedrooms did not have working air conditioning making it impossible to sleep in. We were a group of 6 adults and 2 kids (plus 1 baby) and stayed here in august. After the 1st night 4 of the adults had to leave and find other accommodations because the heat was unbearable. We moved the kids into the master bedroom to sleep with us so that they wouldn’t be in the heat. The living room also did not have working AC so we could not eat dinner or hang out in the apartment. It was a HUGE waste of money. We called the manager after the 1st night to try to resolve the issue and he told us that due to the apartment having windows the AC unit for the entire living area and 3/4 bedrooms could not combat the heat. The master bedroom had its own unit and that’s why it was able to work. This penthouse goes for >$400 per night, how does the owner get away without having a working AC?? They also were extremely cheap with bedding. Each person was only given 1 pillow and 1 towel for the whole stay. There is no dryer. There is a $350 cleaning fee but the manager requested that we clean the bbq grill after using it and asked us to do the dishes before we left. The whole thing was bizarre. Again, beautiful place but such a fail at offering the luxury it appeared to be. All in all I would not recommend this place unless you are going during winter months and don’t need working AC. I also recommend bringing your own linen and pillows if you need more than 1 pillow per person.

Lerato (10/5): Exceptional - The space ,The furniture,The comfort of the beds,The amenities.. This place is amazing..it's a must go to.. Bus stops are not far and super markets as well are nearby..mostly value for money.The Manger responded to our needs Promptly.. We just had to get our own detergents,for cleaning the bath and dishes as well as get washing powder for the towels ,tissues and TLV is expensive. We had to wash our own towels and clean for ourselves..they charge a cleaning fee.. But other than that it was a lovely place
