• Samantha (9/5): Just lovely…. ❤️ - It’s home from home .. tastefully decorated! Great for families with children. Veranda is a bonus when weather is kind it’s also enclosed so yr dogs or tiny children are safe. Great location to amenities and beach Nothing to dislike … seagulls are like thunder on the roof but what do you expect being by the sea. This is why Sam says not to feed them which is a valid point. Although when it rained they stayed clear !!!
• Diane (8/5): Lovely accommodation - Great location and lovely accommodation The instructions on how to find the property could be better, also the food venues on the site aren't that good, for example on the Monday night we opted for fish and chips, they had ran out of a number of items so this limited our choice, it was also quite expensive. Also we didn't realise you had to pay extra for the pool and entertainment, this was £49 each for our stay of 2 nights.

• Saffra (10/5): Perfect, we wish we had booked longer! - Everything! Location was perfect and felt like a real escape when sitting on front deck. The caravan was beautifully presented with an excellent eye for detail. We were amazed by all the extras that were available such as baby/ child equipment, toiletries and kitchen equipment and condiments. Hosts were efficient with messages and considerate in providing us with a later check out.

Making the beds felt like extra work as not been used to that but understand reasons why as can see it's fresh linen then.

• Geoffrey (8/5): Wonderful, a very welcoming and homely feeling place - A very large park that I'm sure would feel very busy peak season but it is a beautiful location. Caravan does not feel like a traditional caravan, more of a chalet feeling and is very solid and extremely well turned out with everything you could possibly need. Very clean, warm and cosy. The facilities are close enough to be convenient without having any noise or disturbance, again everything you would expect from a Haven site for all ages. Fabulous beach and views and the local area is glorious and easily reached. Nothing really other than I never get on with someone else's pillows! We unfortunately experienced Storm Amy but the accommodation weathered it very well. A very minor niggle but more to do with Haven - if you fancy a mid week breakfast they don't do them!

Good comms from owner. The guys on the barriers to the site didn't know where Snowdon Site was but let us in anyway and we found it ourselves. There's a really accessible shop, amusement arcade (wife won 40p!) and helpful staff.

• Mandy (8/5): The only thing that should be taken into account is the entertainment on site is aimed at very young children and the co - The property was exceptionally clean. It was comfortable at all the utensils needed as if you were still at home. The Wi-Fi was quite poor from the end of the property. It did not connect.
• Yoke (8/5): Small but charming beach stay - The location was awesome being steps away from the beach! The property was also well stocked in the kitchen which made it easy to cook a meal (despite the small size of the kitchen). It was challenging to find the property as there are many similar looking vacation homes. I believe information on finding could help for the instructions as you cannot park in front of this property and see it from the road. This also meant you had to carry your items to the entrance. The rooms were also very very small. This would be better for a family with young kids rather than a group of adults.

It really was perfect. No way if I had a caravan that beautiful would I let it out. Stunning! It is a little pricey compared to average prices but it's not an average caravan. Nothing to dislike

Immaculate inside with lovely furnished decked area outside - unfortunately UK weather didnt allow us to take advantage of this 🙄 Bedding and towels were included, as well as shower gel, and loo roll - we only stayed one night, so it was great not to have to bring things like this ourselves. Communication with the owner was great, and any messages/qus answered straight away - thank you Sam, we'd have loved to have stayed longer xx Nothing except the weather! 🤣🤣

It was clean and spacious, with plenty of room for 2 adults, 2 teens, and 2 dogs. It was well decorated and equipped, and the beds were very comfortable. It was lovely having the outdoor space, and because it's off the road, it was quiet. Sam was a fantastic host, very friendly and easy to get in touch with. She clearly cares about her guests' experience, as there were a lot of personal touches. The site was relatively quiet, it had a relaxed feel and the staff were lovely. My kids enjoyed the pool most days, and we spent hours on the beach. We absolutely loved our stay and didn't want to leave! Nothing, it was perfect!

We brought our dog with us and having the enclosed porch area was a god send. It was decorated beautifully and we were able to enjoy the sun on the porch and then play games indoors when it got too cold. Lots of useful guides left for us to look through. No faults. It was a great stay.

Fantastic host Nicely decorated and the Christmas tree a lovely touch Towels and washimg up stuff and toilet paper provided to tie you over Always welcomed! No lights outside door at night - cldnt see the lock box to put the code in had to use my torch on my phone very awkward. Security was slack let us in to the park without checking any details Dishes left in dishwasher, food items left in cupboards not good! Instructions re boiler would be handy as we froze the first night not realising we needed to turn it up in the cupboard! Having to make the beds after a long journey!

• Richard (8/5): Loved the location just annoying that going out on an evening was spoiled - The location of the caravan is ideal with good access to black rock beach and Porthmadog, a nice relaxing location to soak up the area. The Haven site at this location is a complete rip off, the food was rubbish and the beer was not just expensive it tasted absolutely foul, one of the worst pints that i have ever had !!!!!!!!!!!! Please dont let this poor review of the Haven complex diminish how good the caravan and location is.

The owner Sam is delightfully helpful, works diligently to maintain the beautifully decorated caravan. We were impressed by its cleanliness and attention to detail. This caravan exudes a warm and inviting atmosphere! We enjoyed our first night here, we extended our stay for a second evening. Local shops only a few minutes drive away making grocery shopping or getting takeaway convenient. Very pleased with everything.

• Lorna (9/5): Lovely caravan - The caravan was lovely and perfect for one night, but would have also be great for a few nights as well. Location to the site facilities was good. Unfortunately the Haven site itself and the staff was not a good experience and if I was a private owner on that site, I would not be happy. They changed times that were published when things would close and made me feel like I was in the wrong, my first greeting of a resort member was in the mini mart and he had a tampon up his nose, while serving customers and thought it was hilarious, whilst the caravan was great the Haven site experience was not.
