• Stuart (6/5): Lovely apartment spoiled by security access system. - Location, comfort.. Methods of access really were very difficult and unreliable. Plastic tag keys not working consistently, electronic codes not working and requiring multiple changes/attempts, physical keys not working. Logistics of using remote controlled car lift to underground parking spot requiring keys for entry and exit when keys don't function as they should almost impossible for solo driver... Management always responded to telephone contact very politely and tried to be as helpful as they could, but I was never really able to relax about the access issues and, as much as I was impressed with everything else about the apartment, it was overall quite a stressful experience. I understand that security needs to be a priority for both property management and visiting occupants, but this system was overtly complicated, impractical when combined with the required check-in/departure procedure with a vehicle even if working correctly, and when not working correctly, was frustrating beyond belief.
• Maritsa (7/5): - La ubicación, luminosidad y el espacio del alojamiento eran ideales. Igualmente, tenían disponibles cápsulas de café y todo lo necesario para cocinar comodamente. El piso superior del loft tiene un suelo que suena al caminar, por lo que en la habitación inferior, se escuchaba todo cuando alguien arriba caminaba. Igualmente, en la mampara de la ducha del baño principal se salía completamente el agua. Se escuchaba mucho el ruido de la calle también.

• marga (10/5): Almeria bonita - La ubicación perfecta en el centro de todo, vimos la semana santa desde el balcón En semana santa no se puede meter el coche en el garaje y muy difícil aparcar por la zona
• Maria (5/5): Bonito pero entrar en el parking imposible - El apartamento muy bonito, en pleno centro de la ciudad y muy cómodo el acceso al apartamento con el código. La atención de los anfitriones para contestar a las dudas Imposible entrar en el parking ya que la calle es muy muy estrecha y aparcar por el centro es misión imposible así que hubo que buscar un parking de pago. La habitación muy bonita pero si encienden la luz del descansillo se ilumina toda la habitación.

• David (8/5): Loved being in the old town and able to walk out the door into the beautiful streets. - Excellent location in the old town. Quiet apartment complex. Balconies with street view. Explanation of the procedure for using the app. for gaining access to the apartment needs to be better. Don't like using an app. to open locks as means must take phone if going out jogging and prevented me from going swimming. Explanation of how to use the remote to activate garage elevator and door needs to be better. Garage access is nightmarish, but not their fault. Bring the smallest car possible to make it easier. Apartment was cold with no explanation how to use the heating. We stayed in December, they need to improve this for winter guests. Kettle spluttery and leaky.

• arlette (8/5): - De lokatie was super. Middenin de oude stad. Ook het appartement voldeed aan de verwachtingen. Toen we in de avond wat problemen hadden,werd ik via de app heel snel geholpen. Zeker aan te raden! Het parkeren lukte echt niet. Te krap en echt bedoeld voor ervaren parkeerders. Verder lag er veel stof en vuil onder de slaapbank en de bedden. Tevens was er net voldoende beddengoed voor 4 personen. ( wij waren met 5).

• Laura (5/5): Gorgeous apartment but has a few flaws. - Gorgeous apartment and great location Online check in was difficult, guests upstairs were uncomfortable as the air con didn’t reach them, maybe a fan would help next guests, and the down stairs bedroom although gorgeous when guests moved around upstairs or even rolled over in bed the noise through the floor was so loud we didn’t get any sleep at all, the tiniest movement upstairs sounded like a heard of buffalo doing laps above us.

• Irina (9/5): Nice apartment in the city center, not really appropriate for small children if you want silence, with parking only for - Very good location, near everything. Nice apartment for a nice stay. Very clean, confortable beds and enough space. It does not apply as a rule for everyone, but the most unconfortable thing was the parking. Having a 4.80m long car it was impossible to enter the parking garage. The elevator was very difficult to enter because it was a 90 degrees curve from a 2.5m street and when arriving to the level of parking it was impossible to turn due to the already parked cars. So, if you have a small car, maybe it is fine, but for us it represented 19€/day additilnaly and luggage carried by hand. And it wouldn’t have been such an issue if we wouldn’t have had a stroller with a 2 yo child. Anothrr thing is the noise from the upper bedroom. Every step was extrrmely noisy for the lower bedroom. And the disadvange of being in the city center that is the noise from the bars and people outside partying until 2AM.

• Ian (8/5): Perfect apartment and location for a stay in the old town of Almeria. - Central location - proximity to cafes and bars in the old town. The apartment is spacious and well furnished. The secure underground parking was an excellent feature. No WiFi. At this price point I would expect it to be included as standard. That said, the listing doesn't include WiFi so we have no complaints.
• Steven (8/5): Very good - Nice and clean, comfortable, Great off-street parking for the motorbikes. Some basics for Tea/Coffee would be nice touch.
