De la geamuri privești direct spre munte și totul te invită la odihnă și relaxare. Amfitrionul este deosebit de primitor și generos. Nu există nimic care să nu ne fi plăcut.

• catalin (10/5): Atmosfera de poveste. - Atmosferă de poveste, a nins fain exact în seara în care am ajuns, priveliștea este absolut genială atât seara cat și dimineața. Apartamentul a fost foarte frumos. Vreau să îi mulțumesc gazdei ca a avut grijă de noi să avem tot ce trebuie. Nu am mențiuni.
• Giulia (10/5): Meraviglioso appartamento accogliente e moderno nel cuore di Braşov - La struttura é vicina al cuore della città ma non centrale, situata su una stradina autonoma facilmente accessibile in macchina (e con parcheggio) date anche le indicazioni dell’host Miha. La casa é grande, accogliente, pulita, dotata di tutti i comfort!! Miha è stato premuroso e nonostante il nostro arrivo tardivo è stato sempre molto puntuale nelle risposte. La lavatrice ci ha salvati, avevamo proprio bisogno di lavare alcuni indumenti prima della ripartenza e con il bel calduccio che c’era in casa i panni si sono asciugati subito. Il bagno è grande e pulito, così come la cucina, tutto il mobilio moderno e accogliente. La vera Gemma é la camera da letto, con un bellissimo affaccio sulla scritta Braşov! Ci siamo goduti anche il fuori innevato. Speriamo di tornare presto per stare qualche giorno in più!!! Nulla. Siamo stati poco e spero di tornare presto!

• Madalina (10/5): Sejur perfect la Cloos! - Am avut parte de o experiență absolut superbă! Cazarea a fost exact pe nevoile noastre — curată, confortabilă și foarte bine dotată. Locația este excelentă, aproape de centru, dar într-o zonă liniștită, cu o priveliște spectaculoasă spre Tâmpa care ne-a făcut diminețile și serile de neuitat. Gazdele au fost foarte primitoare, atente la detalii și mereu disponibile pentru orice întrebare. Recomand cu toată încrederea acest loc celor care vor să se bucure de farmecul Brașovului într-o atmosferă relaxantă și autentică. Cu siguranță vom reveni! Nimic negativ.

View from the window is beautiful, close to the centre. Free parking place. Easy communication with the owner. It was a bit cold during our stay, but we used air conditioner for heating.

He was so incredibly helpful from even before we arrived, and long after we were gone still exploring other parts of Transylvania. A wealth of knowledge about his own city, as well as the entire region. A great communication in English, which was extremely helpful. A nice bottle of rose wine waiting for us upon arrival. A very nice touch. Very helpful with coffee pods, since we needed a lot more than usual, “caffeinating” in the morning. No judgement, no hard time, just pure joy and being helpful. Mihai, very much appreciated! The location can’t be beat; great views, kind of like being around Lake Hollywood in Los Angeles, where you get to see the sign and have incredible views of the surrounding hills. All around a great value! A very spacious apartment with a well equipped kitchen. Nice bathroom as well. Even washing machine included off the kitchen. Can’t go wrong!! For us absolutely no issue at all, since we came to Romania to do some serious hiking, but it would’ve been nice to know beforehand from the listing description on booking.com about the steep and long staircase to get to the apartment, which sits up high above the street. Also, no issue for us since we were driving a relatively small car, the parking is only on the street and it’s pretty tight. Once again, anyone familiar with Hollywood Hills will feel right at home.

• Krisztina (10/5): Wonderful view, wonderful apartment - Mihai the host was very professional thoughout. He waited for us personally. He booked a parking space (which was free) and helped us carry our luggage to the apartment. The apartment is in a quiet location with a wonderful view of the city. Very spacious, perfectly clean, equipped with everything. Even though we only stayed 1 night, there was coffee, water and beer. Everything was simply perfect, couldn't have asked for anything better. We would return without hesitation and highly recommend it.
• Alexandru (10/5): De vis - Cu o priveliste absolut superba catre centrul vechi si muntele Tampa, Cloos poate fi incadrata ca fiind una dintre cele mai frumoase cazari din Brasov. Cu spatiu verde unde te poti relaxa sau servi o cafea dimineata, 2 camere generoase si atent amenajate, o bucatarie si baie complet utilate si aranjate, Cloos devine un loc magic, linistit si confortabil. De asemenea, proprietarii au fost foarte amabili, respectuosi si incantati sa ne primeasca. Ne-au lasat chiar si diverse siropuri pentru cafea, apa si un magnet pe care l-am putut lua ca amintire. Fiind localizat pe munte, accesul se face cu masina pe strazi destul de inguste (atentie la oglinzile amplasate pe stalpi in zonele fara vizibilitate) sau pe scarile de langa Complexul Studentesc Memorandului. Parcarea este gratuita, iar masina poate fi lasata la cateva scari distanta de Cloos, fara sa existe posibilitatea de a fi deranjat pentru a o muta. Este un loc de-a dreptul minunat si abia asteptam sa revenim.

• Radosław Doktor (10/5): To miejsce zdecydowanie godne polecenia – idealne dla osób szukających komfortu, spokoju i przyjazne - Spędziliśmy w tym obiekcie kilka dni i jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu. Wnętrza są czyste, zadbane i urządzone z dbałością o szczegóły – panuje tu przytulna atmosfera, dzięki której czuliśmy się jak w domu. Lokalizacja jest dogodna, a dodatkowym atutem jest piękny widok na miasto. Ogromnym plusem był również gospodarz – bardzo pomocny i życzliwy. Odebrał nas z dworca, przesyłał praktyczne informacje o lokalnych sklepach, restauracjach oraz możliwościach zwiedzania miasta i okolic. W apartamencie czekały na nas także foldery informacyjne i mapy, co było niezwykle przydatne. Квартира настолько прекрасна и комфортна, что мы не хотели уезжать. Очень жаль что мы провели так мало времени там. Хотелось остаться ещё. На кухне было всё что нужно. Хозяин позаботился о нас и в холодильнике, после долгой дороги, нас ждало холодное пиво и вода. Это нас очень тронуло. Это одно из мест, куда нам захотелось вернуться, просто потому, что там очень комфортно.

He also sent us detailed recommendations for great restaurants and local attractions, which made our trip even more enjoyable. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and beautifully designed, making us feel right at home. The bed was very comfortable, and everything was perfectly arranged for a relaxing stay. The location was great—just a comfortable 20-minute walk to the Old Town, allowing us to explore Brașov easily. The area was peaceful and safe, with convenient access to public transport and major attractions. The only thing to note is that access to the apartment from the street requires climbing a significant number of stairs, which might be a bit challenging for some. However, this did not take away from our overall wonderful experience. We truly appreciated the hospitality and attention to detail. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Brașov!

• Tabea (10/5): Wonderful, calm stay in Brasov - Everything! We simply loved it. It was a very huge apartment we didn’t expect it to be that huge. Everything was clean, quiet and the apartment has everything we needed ( even coffee, tea, water) and also a bottle of wine was standing there for us. The bed was very comfortable, there are two 2 tv screens with Netflix on it, which was also very convenient. We were also picked up from the bus station even though we said it’s fine. I never experienced this kind of hospitality 😊 we loved the surrounding area, the apartment was located on a hill with a stunning view over Brasov and everyday we were welcomed by 2 little cats in the garden. We will definitely return but are already so thankful to have had this wonderful stay 🙏 Multumesc! I cannot think of anything 😇 everything was just great! It’s more than large enough for a solo traveller like myself. Mihai is the perfect host and was only too helpful in recommending local restaurants and things to do in the city. The apartment is incredibly spacious, immaculately clean, and has breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. Despite the hot weather outside, the flat remained cool and comfortable throughout our stay. Our host was lovely and attentive, frequently checking in to ensure everything was perfect and offering helpful tips on visiting local attractions such as Bran and Sinaia. This added a personal touch that made our stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, a bottle of wine was waiting for us upon arrival, which was a delightful and thoughtful gesture. The location is also very convenient, being just a 25-minute walk to the old town or a quick 7-minute Uber ride. We had a relaxing and memorable time and were genuinely sorry to leave after just five days. We are already looking forward to returning and hope to stay much longer next time. Highly recommend this flat to anyone visiting Brașov! We should have stayed longer...

When I came I was surprised because it was my first time to get welcome gift.. water, beers and a bottle of wine.. plus capsules for coffe maker.. Flat was equipped wit washing liquid for dishes and washing powder for clothes.. shampoo and shower gel.. cotton buds for ears.. hair dryer.. Netflix with their own password.. so I didn't have to sign with my account.. books.. games for children and adults.. Owners were so nice and so helpful.. they even came to pick me up and helped with my laguage.. I wasn't able to get some trips.. because I travel alone.. and agencys wanted to charche me for 2 persons.. Owners helped me to get that trips and just to pay for 1 person.. Sweet people.. they made my stay safe and comfortable.. I hope I will have a chance to met them again.. or to return all the favours.

• Madalina (10/5): Modern apartment with an amazing view - Located right in the heart of Brasov, in a charming building, this apartment is simply stunning. We were thoroughly impressed by the design of the apartment. Every aspect exudes quality, with meticulous attention to detail evident throughout. From the moment we arrived, Mihai went above and beyond, providing valuable insights into local attractions and dining options. N/A
• Gretchen (9/5): Superb - I stayed in Mihai’s apartment two nights. Communication with Mihai was easy and was very responsive. Check-in was also straightforward. Mihai only needs about 20 minute’s notice before you will arrive at the apartment and he will meet you there. One thing to note is there are about 70 steps to reach the apartment as it’s on a hill. If you have a heavy suitcase, Mihai will carry it up to the apartment for you. Unless you are unable to manage steps, the climb to the apartment is well worth it. I would be cautious on the steps with young children (or late at night in the dark)as there are areas on the stairway with drop offs where they are large spaces with no railing to prevent a fall. The garden and entryway to the apartment still need some work, and Mihai is aware of this, but once inside the apartment, it is clean and beautiful. The kitchen, living room, and bedroom all have gorgeous views, day and night, of Brasov and the mountains. The windows can be opened all the way to let in the fresh air and the sounds of the birds. The bathroom is modern and clean with a shower and a window. There is a washing machine and drying rack in a pantry room off the kitchen. The washing machine has a quick-clean function that washes in about 15 minutes. The living room is spacious with a comfortable sofa. The bedroom is also spacious with a writing desk, bed with good pillows and firm mattress, and a closet with hangers and shelves. I didn’t cook, except to heat up milk on the gas stove, but the kitchen seems to have more or less the normal supplies to prepare meals. There is a dining table in the kitchen for four. There is a coffee machine with Nespresso capsules supplied. The original herringbone floors are gorgeous and make the apartment special with the charm of an earlier era. You can park a car on the street but only in the specific spot that Miha will inform you about. I highly recommend staying here short or long-term. Stairs. Rat poison traps along the staircase.

The host was really nice, we had a good communication and helped us with our luggage. The house is equipped with everything, nothing is missing. Trust me is more beautiful in reality than it is in the photos! We liked everything.

The view of Brasov was beautiful, the living area was clean and comfortable (including the fully kitchen and bathroom), and the location was perfect for a visit to Brasov. N/A - everything was absolutely exceptional about our stay. There was nothing that we did not like or would suggest improving.

• Alexandra (10/5): Excellent apartment & host, breathtaking views and very conveniently situated within reach of transport and main att - Exceptional comfort and cleanliness to a standard higher than hotels I've been to. The interior decor is also something I personally really loved, it's very ambiental and added to our experience. You have everything you need for your stay to be comfortable and to feel homely. It's in a very quiet and peaceful area, the views are unmatched - you can see the Braşov sign on the mountain right from your bedroom window. The host went above and beyond to make sure our stay will be to our expectations and was incredibly friendly, we would return to this stay especially because of how welcomed we were. It was a unique experience and I recommend it wholeheartedly.

Large rooms, very clean. Great communication with the host. Bonus points for the view (both Cetățuia and Brasov sign are visible). Quiet location. Highly recommended!
