• Christa (7/5): - Ausstattung ,Terrasse Einiges gehört repariert. Fenster im Essraum, Wasserhahn im Essraum und einige Kleinigkeiten mehr. Eingangstor klemmt.
• Alessandra (2/5): - La posizione vicino alla metro La scarsa pulizia, la scarsa presenza di asciugamani per 5 persone erano presenti 5 teli da bagno piccoli, nessun asciugamano per il viso, il rotolo di carta igienica iniziato, le lenzuola macchiate, faceva caldo per via del riscaldamento a pavimento abbiamo mandato un msg al titolare per chiedere come potevamo spegnere il riscaldamento ma non ci ha minimamente considerato cosi abbiamo dovuto lasciare le finestre aperte

• Carlo (9/5): Weekend lungo in famiglia con bambini - Ampio, comodo e ben organizzato per un gruppo di 6 persone, in zona tranquilla a pochi minuti dalla metro che collega con il centro; ultimo piano con ascensore. Appartamento pulito, con ottime dotazioni sia in cucina che in bagno (raro trovare asciugatrice). Richiederebbe qualche piccolo lavoretto di manutenzione.

• Skaistė (9/5): - Butas švarus ir tvarkingas, netoli centro, patogus susisiekimas viešuoju transportu. Parkingas šalia namo savaitgaliais nemokamas, vietos reikia paieškoti. Nėra svetainės, tik virtuvė su dideliu valgomuoju stalu ir patogiomis kėdėmis, mums to pakako. Balkono duris atidarius sunku uždaryti, reikėtų sutvarkyti. Vienas miegamasis neturi standartinių durų, užsitraukia tik pertvara.

• SANDRA (10/5): - La ubicacio i la parada del metro propera i ben conectada en el centre, supermercats propers i una cuina ben equipada. Els coixins molt finets i faltaria material per poder netejar: granera i torcamans.

• Dennis (6/5): Solide Unterkunft mit Verbesserungsbedarf - Von der Wohnung aus ist die U1 fußläufig schnell zu erreichen, sodass man innerhalb von knapp 20 Minuten die Innenstadt erreicht. Die Koffer konnten bereits zwei Stunden vor Check In in der Wohnung abgestellt werden, was die Ankunft deutlich erleichtert hat. Die Wohnung könnte einige Reparaturen vertragen. Unter anderem lässt sich die Balkontür nicht mehr komplett schließen, sodass es sehr zieht. Das Waschbecken im Bad läuft kaum ab. Der Duschkopfhalter ist gebrochen.
• Pavli (10/5): - The apartment is very well situated, really close to the tram and tube to get to the center in no time. Very well furnished, had everything we needed. The apartment was also clean. Instructions to get the key came in advance and were clear. When we had a problem with a broken light, the owner came immediately the next morning to solve it. Recommend the apartment.

• Louise (6/5): Appartement sympa mais manque d’équipement - L’appartement est bien situé, à proximité des transports. Le Check-in est facile et les hôtes disponibles. L’intérieur est spacieux et le mobilier neuf. Manque d’équipement dans le logement : tapis de bain, torchons, cuisine de première nécessité (sel+poivre). La vaisselle n’était pas propre/en bon état et il y avait peu de couverts (seulement deux petites cuillères). La porte qui donne sur le balcon ne se ferme pas correctement, comme le velux de la première chambre qui a du mal à descendre jusqu’en bas.

• Marion (5/5): Wir kommen nicht wieder! - 3 Schlafzimmer und 2 Balkons, schöne Aussicht. Es gibt kein Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch, sondern eine Küche mit Esstisch, nicht eine Aufhängemöglichkeit für Handtücher, bei 6 Personen katastrophal, Balkontür schließt nicht richtig, so dass ständig Kaltluft reinzog (wir waren im Nov. da), Kaffeemaschine nur Tassimo, als sie entkalkt werden musste, war kein Zubehör da, Schrank war nur einer für alle 3 Schlafzimmer da.

• Mohammadreza (6/5): Could be improved in future by a program for cleaning before the guests arrival. - The view was really nice and it was comfortable On 5:00 pm which we entered the apartment we found the apartment dirty and not cleaned after the previous guest checked out. We had to leave the apartment and come back some hours later so that it is cleaned and possible to use.

• Jasmin (4/5): Leider sehr enttäuschend - Betten waren in Ordnung Es war sehr schmutzig, Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren teilweise nicht gewaschen bzw fleckig , Einrichtung war vieles kaputt, Wasserdruck war sehr gering für 5 Personen die duschen möchten , Rollo ging im Schlafzimmer nur bis zur Hälfte runter und im Bad war keine Ablage für Sachen und auch keine Möglichkeit für Handtücher zum Aufhängen und für jede Person nur ein Handtuch finde ich auch zu wenig. Buchen dass Apartment leider nicht mehr .

• Grzegorz (5/5): My first negative opinion - Localization and terrace The apartment was dirty. It wasn’t just a light mess, but rather an old, ingrained dirt that can only be removed with a thorough cleaning, not just a basic one. Unfortunately, in our case even that basic cleaning was missing. We found, among other things, used bedding and towels from previous guests. We were traveling with small children, so this was particularly inconvenient and had a major impact on our stay. Frankly, I believe I should be entitled to a refund.

• Djurovic (10/5): Excellent apartment - The location of the apartment is excellent. There are markets nearby, we parked in front of the building. The apartment is comfortable, clean, nicely furnished. The apartment also has a beautiful terrace, which we enjoyed. Communication with the hosts was easy, the instructions we received for entry were clear. We will come again because we were really satisfied!

• Sotiris (3/5): Poor - There were trash in the bin, ticket papers of previous residence in the cabinet, there were slippers in the apartment, in the dishwasher were food leftover inside, the tv screen were broken, the wall in one of the rooms is broken, the floor is damaged and the pan was in really bad shape and not suitable for cooking. I am very disappointed about the apartment because we came late and i can't find anything better for me and my family to spend the night in. In no case its worth the money I paid.

Needs more places to hang clothes. Lacks bed side tables. The blinds in the bedrooms didn’t close far enough to keep the room dark . It was full daylight by 4.30am. One bedroom had no door!! Light fitting in one bedroom appears to be coming away from the ceiling.

The apartment is tidy, has a stylish interior and is fully equipped with all necessary cooking and dining facilities. The apartment has a washing machine, microwave, dishwasher, toaster etc... Additionally, bed mattresses are comfortable, bedding and towels are exceptionally clean. Communication is excellent, feedback is extremely fast. In the information note to your guests, you can also mention about the red button to enter the main entrance to the building at once. nothing

We stayed in the apartment only one night and it was very clean and the communication with the owners was great The water pressure in the shower was very poor and in one bedroom the blind did not close completely so there is a lot of light early in the morning.

• Sandra (8/5): Apartment offering city views in the heart of Vienna - The location was within walking distance to a museum we visited and also to some traditional food cafes. It was not in a noisy location even though it was centrally located. The apartment was cosy and I appreciated the automated awnings on the bedroom windows which ensured that the rooms were dark enough to promote a good night's sleep. There are lifts available to the apartment which was on the top floor. I cannot fault the accommodation, but if arriving by car, please be aware that the streets are very narrow, in some cases one way streets. We had to drive around the streets a number of times before finding a parking space and the parking was located in an adjacent street, so it did require a bit of walking to the main entrance of the apartment.
• Dragana (10/5): Exceptional - Apartment is perfect. Train and tram station is 5 minutes walk from apartment. Apartment is very big and comfortable. You can park car in near parking garage ( Tiefgarage Reumannplatz) ( day (24h) is 8€ ).
• Silvia (9/5): Beautiful apartment - The interior was amazing, the windows on the roof were a great detail, the view from the balcony was breath-taking, all the amenities you could wish for were provided, the heating was working very good as it was cold outside and we entered in a pre-heated apartment which was very thoughtful. The check-in process was very smoothlessly explained. The only thing I would mention is that there was no place in the room to put your clothes or baggage and that the place was just a bit too small for a group of 5 friends but overall a great place for its value and location.
• Habibah (3/5): The description in Booking.com is NOT correct - The location and the view Wrong description in Booking.com, NOT a 3bed room apartment. It has only 2 bedrooms & a living room, instead of 3 bedrooms & a living room in Booking. com. It can fit 4 ppl not 6 as per booking. So I have to book another apt for 2 ppl. Another cost & hassle for us. Even, the sofa bed is not sleepable. When we first arrived at 10pm, We were NOT provided with bath towel. The washing machine & drier cannot be used as they are filled with the owner stuff. Coat hanger n toilet tower holder were broken. and no place to hang clothes or towel. Exactly the same as per comments by previous ppl who stayed here. Only when I complained they ate old defects, the host send ppl for repair/clear the washer/drier. what they provide in the rooms are only Bed.

• Romokky (8/5): Good for one night - We were the company of 6 adults and this apartment was fine for us for one night. I could park my car overnight under the building without the problems. There're no hooks or some storage places at all to keep our stuff. Some furniture requires repairment.

• Cheryl (7/5): A fine base for seeing Vienna with a small group. - The location was very close to transport and the location of our conference. It was a quiet location with nice views from the balcony. The lift was an asset as it was up multiple flights of stairs. The apartment was clean. Communication for check in was efficient and easy to follow. The place felt a little bit "minimalist" and basic for price- no where to hang drying towels or clothes, no hand towels for bathroom. The rooms consist predominantly of beds (if not only bed) with nowhere to put personal items except on the floor. One of the bedrooms is without a door and is open to living space. Not many pillows available. The place felt slightly clinical and featureless, this is really didn't matter to us as we were there very little, but, if it was more of a holiday I would have been slightly disappointed. The washing machine and dryer are presumably not for client use as the whole time we were there it was full of wet laundry - sheets/towels. The rack in the hall was loose and unable to hold coats. This may sound like a long list, but only because I think these few things could be easily improved for customer experience, but NONE of them made our experience a poor one.
• Bruna (5/5): Passable - The apartament was well located. The toilet was well equipped. The bedrooms were confortable. The apartement was well cleaned. We have booked this house for 7 people. For personal reasons, we were instead only 5. If we stayed as 7, the room available would have been very tight. The television did not work. The maximum capacity shoud by 6 people.
