• Mel (1/5): Don’t stay here - Nothing .Key pick up confusing . Communication with the host was non existent with phone number provided. . When contacted via booking.com replies were at 1 am in the morning. . Property was not clean, food grime on all kitchen appliances, fingerprints and dust throughout the apartment, stray hairs in drawers and bedding, walls with drink splatter, windows inside and out filthy could hardly see through, cobwebs, toilet roll holder rusted underneath, the list goes on. It looked like someone was living there and left just for the booking. Gave the host a chance to rectify the problem before this review and was met with no solution. Would not recommend.

• Graeme (7/5): It was great and would use it again - Easy to get to and location was great TV would flicker when it warms up it got worse. The shower drain was blocked and full of hair

• Shamala (9/5): Awesome - Location was great, room was clean and had everything we needed The beds were hard not really comfortable but that’s only our opinion and the only thing we can complain about
• Serena (7/5): Great location, nice apartment. - The location and restaurant downstairs. Hated the key collection setup, was a total nightmare. Beds were so hard, like sleeping on concrete.
• Nat (8/5): Very good - The apartment was clean and nicely presented. Location was good too, short walk to restaurants, the city and free trams. Picked up the key from the lock box at the main station where the airport bus stops. It would've been nice if there was a dryer because clothes didn't dry well in the cold and wet Melbourne weather. $500 hold on arrival was a bit steep.
• Sri (8/5): Great location, lovely apartment, good value for money - Handy location in CBD within 10 min walk to Flinders St Station, a lovely apartment for up to 4 people, it has everything you need, great value for money. We had a nice stay. We stayed for 7 nights and I wish there were enough instant coffee, milk and sugar for the 3 of us. But not a biggie because woolworths is only 5min away. The apartment location could be described better by saying it's in the same building as the WRAP Apartments.

• Elizabeth (7/5): Good - The apartment was clean and centrally located. Parking onsite and close to restaurants. There was a problem finding the location. The name on the booking didn't match the name of the building/ hotel, which was WRAP. There was no number on the building, and it was not obvious the location was accommodation. It looked like a restaurant from the front. It took a lot of driving around and trial and error with the carpark access to find the correct building. Some explicit instructions would be handy.
• Robyn (7/5): Good - Great location, easy to walk to CBD, Crown and Southgate. Restaurant downstairs was fantastic. Great staff, cocktails, coffee and breakfast. Communication was difficult. Having to speak to someone over the phone who struggled with English. Our apartment was freezing. We had two heaters on 30 degrees and we were freezing. The bed was so low, thin and you could feel the springs in your back. It was a small double bed and extremely uncomfortable. We left a day early just to go closer to the airport and jave a decent night's sleep. I got a text from owners saying I didn't return the key. It was in the ame location I picked it up. There are cameras there and also check the keypad.box before accusing me. When I told you I did drop it off, you told me no I didn't, I asked you to check, you said yeah sure. 2 days later I got the security deposit back so you obviously found it. Would never stay here again. This is the first bad experience I have had on booking.com.

• Helen (8/5): Nice 5 night stay, though would have been better if there had been a hairdryer available, and the dishwasher worked. Hav - location was great, apartment was decorated really well. There was no utensils for cooking with (pots, but no wooden spoons, spatulas etc.).
• Ashley (10/5): Amazing! would totally stay here again. my family really enjoyed it. - Beautiful apartment. spacious. location ideal for city adventures. owners were great at responding and communicating when we required assistance. Keypal pick up, not a huge issue but in peak hour traffic trying to pick a key in the cbd and then driving to the apartment was a little difficult.
