The highest temperature allowed by Italian law for the residential sector is 19 degrees Celsius for all thermostats, both central and autonomous heating.Please do not use more than one appliance at once. Proprietario molto gentile e posizione molto buona per visitare Siena e dintorni. Prezzo giusto. Si potrebbe un po' rimodernare, ma tutto sommato ci tornerei anche se rimanesse così com'è.

Apartment is very spacious and fully equipped with a real kitchen, washing machine etc. interior ist old fashioned but nice and thanks god no IKEA! Has no air con, but the walls a very thick so temperature was very pleasant. The village it self is so small that there is almost nothing besides an old abyss and a gas station and a small cafeteria - it was a good starting point for us anyway. It‘s directly on the main road, can be bit loud in the morning.
