Sam (2/5): Never back to this property - This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The property is spread across four separate floors — one for the bed, one for the kitchen, one for the bathroom, and one with just two couches. Constantly having to go up and down stairs for basic tasks made the stay extremely inconvenient and frustrating. You have to call a local number in order to check in. Waited on the line for 10 minutes to finally got checked in. You have to fill out forms online and pay city tax online before check in. Very frustrating and inconvenient.
Serena (7/5): Overall, a pleasant stay! - The location of the flat is excellent: it's just a short walk from both the station and the city centre. The flat is new and very nice. The entrance of the building was under construction, with cement and other materials scattered around, which didn’t make a great first impression. The flat is spread over four floors, with no lift. Personally, I didn’t mind the stairs, but it could be difficult for elderly guests or those with mobility issues. However, there is a sofa bed and a bathroom on the ground floor.
Gilberto (10/5): Muy buena experiencia. - La experiencia fue muy buena, el departamento está muy amplio, cómodo y está muy bien ubicado! Nuestro vuelo y el tren se retrasaron así que llegamos muy noche a la ciudad, caminamos hacia el departamento y todo muy seguro!! La comunicación con el administrador estuvo siempre disponible por whastapp.
