• Charlotte (10/5): Perfect place to stay In Rome. - This room was perfect, very clean, spacious and modern, great location could walk to most places. Also a great price for how nice the room is. Highly recommend for your stay in Rome. Keep in mind city tax per person per night. Otherwise nothing.
• Shayna (10/5): Modern clean comfortable apartment in great location. - The newly remodeled room and bathroom were very nice, felt more like an apartment than a hotel room. The location was great, easy access to main attractions and good restaurants. I had a lot of heavy luggage and struggled to get it up the 3 flights of stairs by myself. Thankfully a kind neighbor offered to help but I think the space might be best suited for light solo travelers or parties of 2 if traveling heavy.

• Alexander (8/5): Lovely room in a great location! - A great stay here, nice location just 5 minutes walk away from the central station. Comfortable turning up here in a new city late in the evening. Everything was a 30 minute walk away roughly to see some of the main attractions. What a stunning city! I’ll be back to stay here again.

• Adrian (10/5): - Excellent location and great value for money! This accommodation exceeded our expectations. The location is absolutely perfect - just a short walk to the metro station which made getting around Rome so convenient. We were also within easy walking distance of the city center and many of Rome's famous landmarks and historical sites. The room was clean and well-maintained with a good standard of furnishings and amenities. Everything was spotless upon arrival and the attention to cleanliness was evident throughout our stay. The proximity to public transportation, combined with being so close to the main attractions, made this the ideal base for exploring Rome. We could easily reach all the major sights without spending too much time or money on transportation. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome who wants a clean, comfortable stay in a prime location. Great value and we would happily book again on our next visit to the Eternal City!

The room wasn't large, but had everything we needed. Wifi could have been better, but didn't affect us too much.

• Leonor (9/5): Great location, great value. - The location was very convenient.. metro and bus stops were just few steps away. Victoria station is like 16 mins walk away. Breakfast optionals were good. The climbed to the bunk bed was a little uncomfortable with the metal ladder.

• Callum (8/5): Great location and room size - highly recommend - Very clean, spacious room with large bathroom. 10mins walk from Roma Termini, 5mins walk to Metro and 2mins walk from dry cleaning services. Air conditioning and mini fridge were amazing during the 35C+ heat! Barebones kitchenette (i.e coffee pod machine) which is also communal. This was located outside our door and can be quite loud in the morning when other guests are using the machine.

A “city fee” of 7 euros was charged at checkout in addition to a photo of my passport being taken without explanation.
• Liisa (4/5): Disappointing - Receptionist was really nice and welcoming. It was easy to find and get in. The reception and rooms were quite modern. The bed didn't have any mattress topper so the bed was hard as rock. We spent many almost sleepless nights because of that. As a nordic person only a sheet as a blanket was not nearly enough to sleep with. Biggest issue was the cleaning service didn't change the sheets not even once during the week of stay. They just made the bed as it was. The description of hotel said there was a kitchen but there wasn't which was misleading. Overall maybe one night stay would be ok in here but not for full week.

• Omer (9/5): Very nice and clean room in a central place with great price - Very clean, very organized, nice room size. If all you need is just a place to sleep and you are not looking to enjy any big hotel facilities, then this is a perfect fit. Central, nice room size, very clean and taken care of, you definately get the feeling that someone in management is on top of things and cares of the guests experience. I had the impression that this is a hotel with all hotel facilities, but it's not. It's an apartment that was split to individual rooms with main hall as the "lobby". Each room has full privacy, but it's lacking bigger hotel's facilities but maybe I didn't get this correct when I booked. Anyhow, I stayed for one night, arrived at 23:00 and checked out at 07:45, so it was perfect.

Reservation Details: • Guest Name: Dimitar Dimitrov • Booking Reference Number: 4516979485 • Hotel Name: Bello Urban Boutique - Golden Keys Collection • Check-in Date: 17.05.2025 • Check-out Date: 18.05.2025 Upon arrival, we were immediately confronted by an extremely strong and unpleasant odor throughout the room. The smell was so overwhelming that my wife experienced shortness of breath and discomfort, which posed a serious health concern. Due to this situation, we had no choice but to cancel our stay immediately and secure alternative accommodation at a different hotel at our own expense. We stay on hotel Villafranca Roma , 17.05.2025 - 18 .05 2025 , Booking reference number : 4516979485 . Given that the condition of the room made it uninhabitable and directly affected my wife’s health, we believe this situation justifies a full refund for the original booking. Treated me and called me nuts because i couldn’t figure out their double lock key system! From previous reviews sounds very misogynistic. Also cigarette smoke kept coming in my room through bathroom vent! I’m allergic so was very uncomfortable with this poor ventilation.

I did by text as I was lost on station it was 3 exits and I didn't know witch direction to go. he didn't reply so I called he said: why u bothering me crazy woman ?! so I asked people around they sent me different direction GPS didn't work properly. I walked 1h in rain with 2 luggages after 15h flight and no sleep. nobody knew about hotel.there was a big hotel next to it so he could say it.. I requested quiet room.. but room was noisy felt like im sleeping on the street, u can hears steps people talking cars, neighbors loud also and I was next to entrance doors what made terrible noise..I called owner crying because I was exhausted all I wanted sleep.. he said u can leave! called booking.com for help ! he told them he have quiet room and he can move me tomrw .. seriosly why he couldn't do it as I requested?.. if he didn't have it he should let me know and I would find deferent hotel in advance , but he is very unprofessional because he know when u arrive u stuck.. specially u fly cross whole world... be careful if u need wifi.. he will disconect u after 2 days.. so if u need call Taxy or look for something u need do have own data .. I didn't so I had to go in the middle of the night walking on street in winter and look for wifi... I keep asking him every day and he said he called cable company but they can't fix it and he said do u want me to call president or pop? relive 21>st century internet don't take that long to fix it.... but he give u only few GB then he disconect u... as u see everybody complain about interned ... he is just rude and mean person and I think he hate women as I red reviews from couples so its deferent.. on the top of it its not hotel u will get code to enter building.. so if u first time in Rome how I was u have no concierge to ask any info. I was there for dancing competition and I couldn't not rest. everything

Room was lovely and clean, was clear it had been newly decorated and had everything we needed, bed was comfortable. There was an event on that felt like it was underneath the building, we were in one of the rooms to the front of the building and it was like we were in the room but I spoke to someone else staying in one of the rear rooms and they couldn’t hear it. Luckily it was during the afternoon and not in the evening

They even had ice cold water ready in the fridge. The church type venue below played fairly loud music on night 1. But did turn off at 9.
