• Dana (6/5): Prima prijs-kwaliteit - aantal badkamers aanpassen op website! - De locatie dichtbij het strand is een pluspunt. Prijs-kwaliteit is prima in orde. Er staat beschreven dat er 3 badkamers zijn, dit is helaas niet zo! Er zijn 2 badkamers en 1 buitendouche. Daarnaast zijn er 5 slaapkamers; dit zijn eigenlijk 4 slaapkamers en 1 “ slaapkast” of bedstee. In die ruimte staat letterlijk alleen een bed.

• Lee (6/5): Lovely property and location, but too many problems which made the stay uncomfortable and poor value - Location near the beach was good. Apartment was clean and spacious and well equipped. Communication from owners beforehand was very good. No communication from owners after stay when we messaged them to let them know that: 1) There was a leak in the ceiling of the smaller bedroom on the second floor which is attached to a main bedroom. It ran down the wall, across the floor, and towards the bedroom it is attached to. 2) There was a leak under the sink of the main bathroom, which ran out. 3) There is black mould on the ceiling of the bathroom which is dangerous to health. 4) The shower and sink in the top floor bathroom/ensuite had no hot water for the entire stay, making it unusable. This was despite following instructions to run the water for some time (which worked for the main bathroom) - the water NEVER warmed up. 5) The bath drainage isn’t working, so we were all standing in a cold clogged up bath of water to our ankles while showering. 6) The lift for the apartment wasn’t working. 7) There is no WiFi signal on the top floor. 8) There was a smell of drainage/sewerage in the top floor bedroom.

• Antton (10/5): - Sijainti erinomainen ja erittäin viihtyisä sekä tilava asunto. Sisäänkirjautuminen ja yhteydenpito majoittajiin helppoa. Muurahaisia oli melko paljon joka huoneessa.
• Katarzyna (9/5): - Świetna lokalizacja, jedynie opis i zdjęcia apartamentu nie ukazują całości apartamentu bo pokoje są zlokalizowane na 3 piętrach więc schodów do pokonania jest sporo jak ktoś ma pokój na samej górze 😅. Okroję ładne, łóżka bardzo wygodne. Taras świetny. Plaża 1 minutę od budynku. Polecam Mrówki w jednym z pokoi, które wchodziły między ciuchy.

• Marie (8/5): Great apartment in great location and perfect for our short stay. - Spacious well maintained and clean apartment in a great location a few minutes from the beach and close to both Benalmadena marina and Carihuela. Communication prior to arriving was excellent with all the information we needed on how to get there etc. a lot of extras for example games, children's toys and gym equipment and lovely outdoor space. Taxi rank just outside if required. General area is quiet. A lot of stairs within the apartment that are fairly steep but that is mostly due to style of the apartment.

• Meryflu (7/5): Gran terraza y amplio apartamento con detalles a cambiar. - El apartamento es muy amplio y lo mejor que tiene es la gran terraza. Había hormigas por todos lados, hasta dentro de los armarios, no ha sido nada agradable ir a coger la ropa y ver las hormigas hasta en los vestidos colgados.... El ascensor no funcionaba (ya estábamos avisados), y aunque el apartamento está en un 1er piso, éramos una familia grande con 3 carritos de bebé, y subir y bajar escaleras durante los 10 días que hemos estado, no ha sido nada cómodo... Y la puerta de cristal que comunica el salón con la terraza no tiene cierre de seguridad, por lo que se podía abrir la puerta desde fuera perfectamente. Creo que deberían darle una vuelta a estos detalles.

• Krisztian (8/5): Perfect location, well equipped home with secure parking, but the beds are narrow and one room opens from another. - Great location, secure and private parking big enough for a minibus. Fantastic location, the terrace is ace, well equipped home. One bedroom opens from another one which makes it akward unless you go with your kids. The beds are not king size, only double. Not wide enough for two people.

• Kévin Ma44 (7/5): Décevant mais bien situé - Le logement est situé dans un quartier animé. Il y a un barbecue, deux places de parking et les lits sont confortables. Il y a également des serviettes de plages de disponibles. Il a fallu râler pour obtenir le bip du parking, la cuisine est sous équipée pour le nombre de chambre et de personnes. Attention il n'y a pas 3 salles de bain mais seulement 2 et 3 WC. La propreté de la terrasse laisse à désirer. Les bains de soleil sont cassés. La porte fenêtre principale ne fermait pas, on a dû mettre un manche à balais pour sécuriser l'appartement. On a demandé à ce que cela soit reglé et ce n'était pas possible. On nous a proposé de ranger nos affaires de valeurs dans des armoires avec des cadenas. Concernant la salle de sport, il n'y a rien à part une barre de traction peu stable et quelques haltères. Le jeu de fléchettes ne fonctionne pas et il n'y a pas de fléchettes car elles sont toutes cassées... Par exemple il y a des raquettes de plage mais pas de balle ^^ Tout est à moitié... c'est dommage. Bref ce fut décevant par rapport aux photos.

Hope to stay again! - The apartment is beautiful and in a great location within easy walking distance of bars, restaurants, small supermarkets, the beach and marina. There is a Lidl at the top of the road. Felt very secure with gated access. Very well equipped with everything we needed for our stay and we especially enjoyed the large terrace from which you can see the sea. Hosts were very helpful before and throughout our stay. Would definitely choose to stay again. Nothing! The small room on the ground floor is really only suitable as a single bedroom as pulling the bed out to a double would take up the whole room. This did not affect us but just to note for others.

No lift working lots of locking and unlocking doors.. All and all great apt. for 5 of us the bedroom downstairs.very small and bed small child's. bed and room. Would be great for family. The connecting bedrooms not a good idea for other than children.

• Steven (10/5): Amazing Property, Amazing Location and Amazing Hosts. - The Location of this property is fantastic with a short walk down to the beach, accessible from the promenade both ways to Torremolinos and Benalmadena especially the marina area. From a few days before where I asked questions to the host they replied promptly and very helpful. The apartment has plenty of room for the 8 of us including our family of four along with other family members. There is hidden areas outside bedrooms and the lounge area to rest and have drinks in the morning and evening. Lovely comfy, modern apartment with all the modern appliances you need. We used the beach down the short walk and spent the whole week outside Larry's Bar / Restaurant and used the beach beds where after day 1 they reserved beds for us every day. Food and drinks fantastic with lovely staff. Amazing Property, Location and Hosts. We'll be back for sure. Having to come home and the week going too quick :-)
