To begin with, it took an entire hour to enter the property as the owners struggled with the lock, displaying a lack of familiarity with their own space. The most concerning issue was the host's insistence on an additional $150 cleaning fee, which was never mentioned during the booking process on Airbnb. The host harassed me for payment outside of the platform, emphasizing their money-driven approach and displaying unprofessional behavior. What struck me as particularly unpleasant was the host's aggressive attitude towards me, a paying guest seeking a service. Their unprofessionalism and apparent greed overshadowed what could have been a positive experience. I caution future guests to be wary of such unexpected charges and be prepared for a less-than-welcoming atmosphere.
