- Harry (6/5): No effective glazing. Gaps in windows. Cockroaches and ants. - Good size and equipment Single pane glass windows you could hear a person on the road talking quietly. No effective light blind on top floor. Cockroaches in main bathroom. Window does not close properly in downstairs toilet (which as per previous reviews still does not have a lock). And ants in the kitchen.

- Jo (10/5): I would definitely recommend this accommodation, for comfort and ease of walking to good food options - The terrace house was very quaint, in a very quiet area and close to the train station plus easy walking distance to really good food options. Absolutely nothing, it was comfortable and close to so much
- Zuoxiu (10/5): - This accommodation is a traditional old house, with a very cozy interior and tasteful decor, including some lovely paintings. There are books on the shelf, like Lonely Planet guides and a few others, available for reading. The room was spotless and tidy. The kitchen was a pleasant surprise—fully equipped with everything from cookware and utensils to seasonings. They had even turned on the air conditioning before our arrival, so stepping into the room was a refreshing escape from the heat—such a thoughtful touch. There's backyard parking available, which is really convenient for those driving. Location-wise, it's about a 10-minute walk from Redfern Station, making it easy to get around. My child said they absolutely loved this warm little house.

- Lisa (8/5): - Clean good location The aircons wasn’t really cool
- Mazereeuw (9/5): Very good and recommended for a short stay - Proximity with public transports to access city downtown and convenience store in the neighbourhood.
House very comfortable Parking in the house backyard very difficult to access for large car
- Hang-Yu (10/5): 完美!有機會會再回訪~ - 地點很好,離車站跟市區都很近!
廚房設備完善,房間也很舒適,5人入住剛剛好!
- Manohar (9/5): - I had a wonderful stay in this lovely neighborhood. There are plenty of great restaurants and bars just a short walk away, and public transport is only two minutes from the door. If you enjoy exploring on foot, the city harbor is about a 20-minute walk, and the lively nightlife area of Newtown is also just 20 minutes away. This stay is perfectly located for everything — dining, nightlife, and sightseeing. Highly recommended!
- Catherine (8/5): Convenient - Good facilities. Plenty of items we needed. Tea coffee washing liquid etc. We were impressed. The lock on the door was hard to manage.
- Rujul (9/5): Superb -
- Mattias (5/5): Everything would have been fine if the air conditioning had worked. - It was good to have your own parking space in the backyard, but it would have been even better if the stumps and plants had been cleared away. Good to know is that the parking lot is narrow to drive into. The location and the accommodation were perfectly OK, but since the air conditioning was not working and it was incredibly hot in Sydney at the time, we had a hard time enjoying our stay. Especially the sleeping at night was hard, two of the sleeping rooms became more of a sauna than a comfortable place to rest. We reported the problem with the air conditioning to the hosts, and a repairman came (after four days) but was unable to fix the problem.
- Sarah (7/5): Would highly recommend but take note of the parking and bathrooms. - Location, accomodation, bedrooms, air conditioning, kitchen facilities 1. Parking space was highly compromised due to a stump located on the property which could be easily removed to make an already awkward angle of entry/exit more easily negotiable without potentially damaging to vehicles.
2. The house was advertised with 2 bathrooms but there was only 1 shower/bathroom and a powder room. This was annoying with 5 guests.
- Gawan (7/5): It's fine - There is a problem with the air conditioner in the sitting room and has not been fixed when we leave. However, we understand because it takes time to fix the whole function machine outside the property.
- Reina (9/5): We had a lovely time, thank you so much! - Location was great! Whenever I had a question it was easy to ask and was able to get quick answers!
The facility was also nice, washing/dryer machine was so nice to have!!
- Heather (9/5): Overall we were very pleased and would definitely stay again. - The terrace was conveniently located to train station, local shops, cafes and pubs. Typical of a property of it's era and location. Nicely furnished. Adequately equipped. The staff member who met us was lovely and very helpful. There were a few cleaning issues such as oven not clean and parts of kitchen bench had not been wiped over properly. Easy to fix and we weren't too concerned. No closure or lock on downstairs toilet was definitely a problem. The backyard needs a tidy up.
- Petar (6/5): Pleasant - Location, clean, The couch was the most uncomfortable I have ever sat on and needed to sit in dining chairs instead.
Was chastised by the cleaner for arriving 4 minutes early, disputed that what record of communication I had for the booking was different to hers even though I showed my records.
The person who I dealt with in regard to booking and requesting early check in was helpful
- Carolina (10/5): Great Sydney stay! - The location and the deco N/A
- Selvamalar (7/5): Good option for city stay - Staff were helpful. Location was convenient. Place i.e. carpet and artificial plants were dusty. Towels were stained. Aircond clearly hadn't been serviced/cleaned in a long time.
- Scarlett (8/5): Very good -
- Hon (8/5): Very good - The accommodation is situated near Redfern Train Station, which is connected to the CBD and the harbours. Very convenient. Nil
- Mathew (5/5): It was fun.. except for the car park. - Convenience to train station Car park
- Gawan (9/5): Superb -
- Catriona (8/5): Great accommodation within walking distance of the train station. -
- Gawan (8/5): It's good with much appreciated and is suitable for a 3/4 persons family. - It is convenient. Many insects and the air flow currency is not so good in the 2/F bathroom .
- Brianna (10/5): Great distance from city, nice and clean - Condition
- Basil (10/5): iconic Sydney townhouse homestay - Lovely experience staying in one of Sydney’s iconic townhouses. everyone loved the attic bedroom. Some noise from the road and people walking by at night so we swapped rooms with the kids. blackout blinds would be great.
