• Dominik (4/5): - Unser Aufenthalt im Cozy Cabin war leider ein bisschen enttäuschend. Im Kühlschrank befanden sich noch Essensreste von vorherigen Gästen, was sehr unappetitlich war. Der Whirlpool war praktisch nicht nutzbar: Er konnte nicht eingeschaltet werden, da die Pumpe gewartet werden muss. Zusätzlich beträgt die Aufheizzeit rund 20 Stunden, was bei einem kurzen Aufenthalt völlig unbrauchbar ist. Besonders unpraktisch war außerdem, dass es nur eine Dusche im Außenbereich gibt, die man bei schlechtem Wetter kaum nutzen kann. Darüber hinaus mussten wir die Betten selbst beziehen, und es wurde erwartet, dass man das Haus am Ende selbst putzt – für eine Unterkunft in dieser Preisklasse völlig unangemessen. Insgesamt entsprach die Unterkunft in wenigen Punkten unseren Erwartungen und bietet kein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Leider können wir sie bedingt weiterempfehlen. Ps: Das Haus war bei Ankunft schon dreckig!!

• Zélie (7/5): - Le lieu est joli et c’est une vraie expérience ! Toutefois, il faut aimé être coupé du monde et ne pas avoir peur des sentiers battus ! Si vous êtes ok avec ça, l’expérience est très sympa et le lieu très cosys. Il faut savoir qu’il y a une première petite maison principale avec cuisine, salon et toilettes mais que les chambres sont à part. Il faut donc sortir dehors pour aller se coucher. Aussi, le propriétaire nous a informé que le lieu a une « self clean policy » ce qui signifie que les gens qui réservent doivent faire le ménage eux-mêmes. C’était relativement propre mais avec des miettes par terre ou sur les chaises par exemple. Cette self clean policy est justifiée pour des raisons écologiques alors qu’en réalité, c’est plutôt parce qu’il doit être assez cher de faire venir une femme de ménage sur place.

• avital (1/5): - The description of the place is unclear., and the photos on the website are very misleading. It was not mentioned that the toilet is located in another part of the complex, the living area and beds are in separate rooms, so you need to get out in the rain to get to the toilet, the shower is outdoors, and guests are expected to make their own beds. I did not book a camping experience and expected a cabin that would meet these basic requirements. My concern is about the lack of transparency, not the property itself.
• Anna Margret (7/5): - Hefði mátt þurka betur af og þrífa örlítið betur. Lenti í smá vandræðum og hafði samband við eigandann en hann svaraði aldrei. Það eru engir snagar og t.d ekki hægt að hengja upp útiföt eða sundföt.
• Rishab (8/5): Very good - Amazing location off the beaten path. The facilities including the hot tub are good and nice location.
• Iris (10/5): A Perfect Cozy Getaway - We absolutely loved our stay at this cozy cabin. The surroundings were breathtaking — peaceful nature all around, with beautiful views that made us feel completely relaxed and recharged. The cabin itself was so comfortable, and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and would highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a quiet escape surrounded by nature. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

• Roderick (8/5): Full experience in cabin log with heat and hot tub - It is a beautiful cabin in the west side of the island. For those looking for adventure and trying in touch with some nature, this might be it. We had some wine inside the hot tub and saw the sunset. Is a small cabin, where the spaces are separated (main house kitchen, toilet and living) and (room with 1 double and a bunk bed). It is clearly a familiar house that they use regularly but rent it every once in a while The outside shower is not for everyone (considering the weather), I found it amusing. But everyone isn’t prepared for this. There’s a lot of mosquitos, and the owners didn’t left any bug spray as they promised.
• Federica (10/5): Exceptional - First of all, I can't praise Bjarni enough: communication was smooth and he send clear instructions before our arrival, making sure we knew everything we needed. Secondly, the location is just stunning. You're isolated and completely surrounded by nature, a lovely and romantic escape from the city. Loved it. Last but not least, the actual accommodation. It was simply delightful. Equipped with everything you need, comfortable, beautiful view on the balcony over the area so when you're in the hot tub, you can get lost in the beauty of the landscape and the outside shower was absolutely incredible! Overall, a great stay. Made my birthday celebration more speciale.
