• Jasper (10/5): Great place, quiet and cozy. Great view of the beach. - Clean, newly renovated, cozy. Great view of the ocean and beach on the 10th floor. Condo right off the elevator. Pool will need code from the owner and make sure you grab a wristband on your way to the beach to get back in. A little out of the way from the main happenings of Myrtle Beach but that’s what makes this part of the beach quieter. Parking garage is a little tight if you have a larger vehicle.
• Susan (4/5): Disappointing - Location was good. Place was dirty and smelly. Arrived early but wouldn’t get the code until 4pm. The place was not cleaned from the previous guests. Had to wait until after 6 before we could settle in. Not newly renovated. Ceilings peeling and is peeling in living room and master bedroom. The small bathroom ceiling would fly up when the door was opened. Had to wash the rugs in the bathrooms because they were dirty. Only left one garbage bag in the kitchen. Building is 40 yrs old and the ceilings and fixtures are original. Don’t deal with this property.
• stroup (3/5): Not a good deal for the price Will have more photos when my daughter sends them to me - The location The outdoor pool was closed due to construction. The room had bugs, granted they did come spray but we still saw more bugs, the vents had black mold in them the washer had a lot of nasty slimy stuff in it, the small bathroom had a curtain rod in the ceiling to help hold the tiles in place. Just wasn’t as nice as the pictures
• Jill (7/5): Nice place but construction made our stay not as enjoyable as we hoped. - The unit was really clean and the unit was updated. The location was great and overall a really nice place. We were not informed that renovations were happening on the balconies in the building. When we checked in at 4pm, the noise from the construction was so loud in the unit that it was not enjoyable to be there. Thank goodness we had plans to go out. Also, we did not have access to the balcony. The doors to the balcony were covered up in plastic so we really couldn’t even see out the glass doors. One of our main draws to this location was a balcony that we could go out on and see the ocean. It would’ve been nice to have known that this was taking place the date of our stay because we would have looked into other locations.
• Kaldro (7/5): Had a great time on the beach at seasons end while kids are back in school. - Proximity to the beach and Garden City Pier. The room was super clean and contained everything we needed. We did not receive instructions prior to arrival on how to gain entry into our room. The shelf inside refrigerator door was cracked and eventually broke and crashed into the bottom shelf. Towards the end of visit the drains clogged. Now they want me to pay for both. We were at fault for neither.

• Kelsie (10/5): Absolutely amazing! Don’t over think it take the trip it was a blast! - The host were absolutely amazing. I booked out a year in advance and they responded to every question and or concern I had all the way up until we left. I planned this as a surprise birthday trip they even went above and beyond to help me get the room decorated for us before arrival. One you get off the elevator your right there. The salty pickle is fantastic my kids literally ate there every night! By far the best vacation we have ever took thank you so much!!! They are serious about some wrist bands! All we did was walk through to get to the beach and the lady spazzed out. YOU NEED A WRIST BAND!!! lol chill. Oh and the parking garage 😱
• McIntyre (10/5): It was conveniently located and the facilities were great. We got to watch the fireworks from the living room, they went - The people were very helpful at all times! The garage attendant (older man) was so very helpful on a very busy holiday weekend. The beach was great!

• Terry (10/5): Lovely place to visit. Thank you - The view was fabulous! The condo was all updated and clean from one end to the other. The owners were friendly and accommodating. The mattress in the master bedroom was very comfortable. Some areas of the building needs some attention.

• Sandra (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was perfect. The unit was lovely and had everything we needed. There were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, parking was easy, and we could walk right out onto the beach! My family (husband and two college-aged kids) all agreed that it exceeded our expectations, and we had enough room to spread out and never feel crowded. We loved the balcony and spent every evening just watching the ocean from the comfort of our unit. We absolutely will stay here again.
• Deborah (10/5): Beautiful views, and everything we needed to treat our GrandTreasure to her first visit to the ocean! Wonderful vacatio - The whole building was well kept and cleaned several times a day! The apartment was tastefully decorated and comfortable for the 3 of us with everything we needed! The owners were quick to respond to any questions , concerns or recommendations and very nice !
• Gary (3/5): Poor - It was a nice place jjust what I said earlier the owners forced us into going instead of changing the dates ..when they knew they was a hurricane coming ..when we tried to change it to another date she got very rude to us .all we wanted was to change the dates to a later time so we could enjoy are self's but no. They would have still got paid. But we had no fun trapped in a building.just she could just get paid Every thing just like I said no help on sight very on professional.it was very disorganized
• Tiffany (10/5): AH-MAZING - Phenomenal location. It was so nice to sit on the balcony and watch the ocean every night! As a family of 4 with 2 young boys... the washing machine and dryer in the unit was extremely useful! Host was easy to get in touch with and quick to respond! We plan to use this location for future stays 💟 10/10 would recommend. 10/10 would stay again The elevators can get crowded on the weekends causing a long wait time but it wasn't a huge deal!
• Emily (10/5): My new favorite place at the beach - Everything! The unit was great. We had a beautiful view. The location was convenient. The pool area was nice. We will definitely stay here again! The second bedroom and bathroom are a little tight, but that won't stop us from staying here again. It was fine for my kids.
• Marika (10/5): Staying here AGAIN!!! - The only word that comes to my mind is EXTRAORDINARY!!! Every time we go to the beach, it's not an option. We have to have OCEANFRONT! This was a whole different level for oceanfront. It felt like we were hanging over the OCEAN!! The pictures match the resort to the tee. The location is perfect, and it's so relaxing. I have really bad anxiety, and I do not like crowded areas. Neither became an issue during my stay!! I am very big on energys, and how they flow. Nothing but positivity! The neighbors were extremely friendly whenever we sat on the balcolny. The kitchen came stocked with pots and pans. Dishes as well. Everything was clean and ready for use! They had extra blankets and beach towels as well. BTW, at the bottom is a bar called The Salty Pickle (great food and drinks). The host made sure everything was ready, and we had all the information we needed. The security was very friendly and informative. I will say make sure you be careful and follow the signs when you enter the parking garage. It's very tight. -The hallway bathroom is a little cozy, but it's still great. -The garage was tight, but if you know how to drive you will be fine.
