The unit was not properly maintained — the bed was broken, the toilet couldn’t flush, and even the bedsheets provided had visible stains. These are basic standards that should have been ensured before handing over the property. Communication was also extremely poor. They respond quickly when it comes to collecting payment or deposit, but are very slow when it comes to addressing issues or providing support. On top of that, the deposit return process has been frustratingly slow. Overall, unprofessional service and lack of responsibility. Would not recommend.

• Sarah (1/5): - Never again. The place was filthy. There was a bra left in the night stand, toilet smell bad, comforter n bed smell like it was not change for each customer. The aircond switch were broken. They delay the check in 2hours late due to some maintenance issue. They even hold your deposit more than 24hours. The worst host ever.

• winny (10/5): worth to stay - The hotel has one of the best locations in KL— very near to LRT Kerinchi station which makes it super convenient to go anywhere, one stop only to Midvalley, few stop to Bukit Bintang and so on. Really convenient for shopping and food. Staff were polite and check-in/out was smooth, as they are using door code check in. Iwould highly recommend it to anyone visiting

• Iffah (8/5): - The studio unit was fine, clean and comfortable overall. It is also near to lrt kerinchi which is very convenient if someone wants to try using public transport to access the city. It just does not provide free parking and the fee is quite high per entry Few things need improvements in the unit 1. Toilet lamp (only one and very dim which can be dangerous if someone does not have good vision) 2. Aircond controller (the buttons were sometimes responsive and sometimes hard to press. Not a big problem, but maybe worth checking for easier use) 3. Iron board (quite old one)

• Richard (7/5): Overall I'm satisfied to stay here because of the location and the facilities nearby. - Location great! LRT Kerinchi on the site. Easy to find cafe, restaurant and marts (7E and news.com). Nice view with wide glasses window. Slight light noisy but acceptable. I like almost everything except the mattresses quite bouncy, poor back support and very uncomfortable. The bedsheets and comforters looked crumpled and unpleasant. The aircon remote control broken and unable to adjust the room temperature. The price on the booking app got hidden cost like cleaning with is actually not quite transparent.

• Ricchelia (3/5): Please improve service and cleanliness - It's spacious and higj recommended for a big family. 1) The room finished at 4pm but the cleanliness is poor. 2) When we checked in, the bathroom is stil completely wet. 3)There's a ball under the bed, and rubbish under the sink means they didn't check all the room throughly 4) Wifi is no Internet. 5) There's no TV remote 6) No toiletries so, you need to bring it on your own. Im not sure is this normal for apartment not to provide or no. 7) They didn't mention that we need to pay on our own, the parking fees during booking time. It's state that maximum payment is RM20 per day. We only park the car for 10hrs but end up paying RM40 for the parking. 8) The price that shown is not included cleaning fee and service fee. Only at the final payment it's all included. 9) Too many procedure to do during check-in and check out. 10) I worked in housekeeping department, im sure they didnt change the bedsheets from previous guest. There'shair on the bedsheets

There are also alot of not safely plug, there are two broken plug and a broken extention.

Dusty bed, wet bathroom, clogged kitchen sink, clogged toilet 4-Dark/Dim toilet & area from lift to room 5-Window view of nothing but of another wall/window/pillar 6-Deposit for stay is not tourist friendly and refund of deposit is more than 30 hours 7-Process for check in is very complicated because as for myself, I only have cash and they can only accept bank transfer for depo. They won’t entertain you for meet ups (for cash depo). Waited 2hours in the lobby, and i have to ask for a friend’s help to transfer the depo.

Unprofessional, ignore issues, keep deposits, ignore very dangerous issues withing apartments, no cleaning ever! Rude whilst communicating, when you booking via booking. Com, they instantly whatsapp you demanding money via Bank transfer! They ruined our trip and feelings towards Malaysia. Don't fall victim to this scam company! Everything

• Kweng (8/5): Comfortable and strategic location, next to LRT Kerinchi, expensive overnight parking - Keyless entry. Just using code, hence reduce hassle to find key at mailbox etc. Responsive host. Beautiful view. Convenient as it right next to LRT Kerinchi if you need public transport. Within Grab call to Bangsar South and slightly longer trip to Bangsar Village during peak hour. Comfortable bed (2 double bed). Expensive parking. Can consider to park at the nearby LRT Kerinchi car park (privatised) for RM10 day time and RM13 for overnight park. There is also another car park at the back of the building in front of shophouses (near school) at RM8 per entry but slightly further walk. Another issue is there isn't much eatery within walking distance. This is my 2nd stay here. This round there was water leakage from the ceiling in the hallway at kitchen area (not affecting me) which didn't happen the 1st time (less than a month ago only), hence there was ugly water leak mark on the ceiling this time.

We cant eat easily as the kitchen has no sink to wash the utensils. Information is not delivered properly. Was told to checkin using a use key but actually just use the pin code. Internet is slow. Late checkin. Details is not updated in the booking detail page. Return of deposit money need to be reminded by tenant🥲
