• GiannaP (8/5): Πολύ κεντρικό και ευρύχωρο - Άριστη τοποθεσία, κεντρικό και κοντά στα βασικά. Το διαμέρισμα είναι μεγάλο και άνετο από χώρους αλλά λίγο παραμελημένο. Η διαμονή μας ήταν 2 μέρες. Ήταν αρκετά καθαρό και με επαρκή παροχές για μια σύντομη διαμονή. Θα πρέπει να γίνει κάτι με το κρεβάτι γιατί μας ήταν πολύ δύσκολο να κοιμηθούμε άνετα το βράδυ. Δεν υπάρχει και κομοδίνο ούτε ντουλάπα κλειστή.Οπότε βάλαμε καρέκλες δίπλα στο κρεβάτι για να ακουμπάμε τα απαραίτητα. Κρίμα, γιατί είναι ενα ευρύχωρο διαμέρισμα σε μια ιδανική τοποθεσία και χάνει άδικα από κάτι τόσο απλό που μπορεί άνετα να βελτιωθεί.
• Dariusz (10/5): - Great communication, easy access and instruction for check in. All clean! Perfect location just next to the lake and very close train station, 8 min walk. Beautiful lovely city and close to everything from this apartment. Highly recommend.
• Sabrina (10/5): stupenda - Posizione meravigliosa, ambienti grandi e comodi. Tutto bello tranne il materasso che per due era scomodo causa un avvallamento centrale e la doccia poiche' non si miscelava bene l'acqua.

• Simone (5/5): Insomma... - La pozione era perfetta per chi vuole fare tutto il lago e dintorni. L’appartamento era poco curato, soprattutto il bagno. C’era un odore un po’ strano e, anche se la doccia non era male, il piatto doccia è assolutamente da cambiare. Inoltre c’erano sassi sparsi in giro per casa e, con i bambini, eravamo sempre in ansia. La porta del bagno non si chiudeva. La cucina era attrezzata, ma il letto era un po’ vecchio e anche il divano letto. Secondo me sono piccole cose che andrebbero sistemate, perché l’appartamento si trova in un’ottima zona e in una posizione strategica. Spero che il proprietario possa sistemare queste piccole cose, perché l’appartamento ha davvero tanto potenziale. Auguro il meglio.

• Sarah (3/5): - The location was good and instructions sent were clear. The apartment smelt terribly of smoke, the bathroom smelt of garlic and there was an open half can of tomatoes in the fridge.
• Tomasz (6/5): - Dobra lokalizacja przy samym jeziorze. Dość duże. Czysto - kurzu nie było (nie wiem co było pod słynnymi już kamieniami, które przy 3-letnim dziecku były dramatem). Jeden pokój podzielony urwaną zasłonką na salon, jadalnię i "sypialnię". Łazienka z drzwiami, które nie zamykały się od zewnątrz. W łazience, pod prysznicem, na podłodze lekko już zużyta deska kompozytowa. Prysznic działa, jak działa. Umywalka wolnostojąca słabo przymocowana do podłoża. Dwa razy poparzyliśmy się grzejnikami w łazience. Kuchnia czysta, swoje już przeżyła, wyposażona w podstawowe akcesoria. Łóżka czasy świetności mają już za sobą.

• Concettina (3/5): Non di sola vista..... - La vista lago All'interno della struttura c'era un inserto sul pavimento con sassi a vista su cui era facile inciampare. La TV non funzionava e il lavandino del bagno non era saldo sul pavimento. Il set di servizio del bagno è stato sufficiente solo per il primo giorno.

• Vlog (6/5): It might be awesome for some people, I couldn't enjoy it. 6 to 9 it depends on you. - The location. The location is a 10. Sound-proof wise, terrible. The beds, I had too much pain the second day, couldn't sleep more than 4 hours. And the last night I slept all shriveled up in fear of the pain. I do not recommend for people that have back pain/back problems. It might be a banger apartment for someone else tho. And also the 150 euros security deposit just seems so sketchy. You have a lot of amenities but I didn't use almost any of them because of the shady deposit practices in Italy.

• Daniel (6/5): Pleasant - Staff were helpful during the long check-in process and with questions during the stay. Location is good, size of the room is good. The bathroom was substandard, no floor tiling, wooden shower floor. Strange choice of having loose rocks on parts of the floor in the living room, no idea how it would be possible to keep clean. Price much too high for the quality of the apartment.
• Lian (10/5): Huge apartment on the lake. - Huge apartment right on the stunning lake. Huge kitchen and living area. A a king or queen size bed p, rather than a double, would make it awesome.
• Paulina (10/5): Exceptional - The location was perfect! Overlooking the lake, close to the shops and train station. The apartment was very spacious, comfortable and clean, just as shown on pictures. Will definitely be coming back!

• Et.kaarna (6/5): Good location, lovely view - The location couldn't be better and the view was wonderful. Mary, our contact, was super kind and friendly, 10 points and warm thoughts for her 😊 The first disappointment: the apt was a studio instead of one bedroom apt. The bed was between the livingroom/kitchen and the bathroom. No peace/privacy,  however there was a curtain on the other side of the bed.  Not furnished enough: no space for clothes, shoes, personal things. A mirror only in bathroom. The bed is hard and saggy, and also the sofa is uncomfy (can't imagine anybody sleeping on it). Only one sofa + 4 acryl dining chairs, which are stylish, but very poor to sit. Maybe enough for two but not for more. The apt is quite "rough" without curtains, carpets and pillows on the sofa.  Not enough toiletries: 1 little pouch showergel + 1 shampoo + 1 soap for 2 people /3 days. Not equipped with basic foodstuff like sugar, salt, teabags, nescafe etc. But the worst thing was coldness. One day of three there was warm enough but the first and the last were miserable. 
• Glenn (9/5): Great spot in Lecco - Great location right on the Lungolario - couldn't be closer to the lake and the centre of town. Spacious studio, did not feel crowded despite three of us staying. Nice decor and super lake views. All good.
• Blackopal (5/5): maintenance pease - it was only possible to open one of the 3 Windows to open the shades, so it is very dark and only 1 window with lake view. the wash basin in the bathroom is shaky/loose, the shower has some mould. the freezer was locked and after being able to open it, it is very dirty. everything needs some maintenance. the coffeemachine is a bialetti coffeemaker.

• Loretta (10/5): Exceptional - Location, location. Apartment is very spacious with great views. Syreet npise can get loud.
• Maria (8/5): Very good - Near the lake - amazing lake view. 2 min from the ferry station and in the district of good shops and restaurants. Good instructions from staff - how to get and what to do. General cleaning is needed - too much dust on the decorative elements of the room (vases, dishes and so on). Refrigerator needs to be defrosted - too much ice inside, so it works not correctly.

• Morgan (8/5): We had the best trip for price, loved the style of the apartment and location. Provided a very easy and relaxing couples - Property was stunning very modern and was in a perfect location with really nice views to everything local. Shower could be updated and there was no hand wash for bathroom. Curtain could be raised higher than arch so all light doesn’t come through in morning, but that’s just being picky.

Lots of restaurants nearby Personally, we missed a few little things in the furnishings including wine glasses, basic spices in the kitchen (salt, pepper), a set of cups or glasses.
