• KEXIN (4/5): Good location but property management needs to improve - Good location with nice view. House owner is quite helpful. The car park and driveway are so tiny that make it very hard to park when it’s busy. I could just manage it with a VW golf and had other people guide me. If you have a SUV, it’s almost impossible. We have three people for two day but there is only one small bottle of shampoo ( about 25ml lol). Also the property management service is really poor. I tried to give them a call on the first day since we couldn’t make the shower works. The property management guy rejected to help or advise anything on the same day and ask me to go away rudely. Luckily we manage to find the house owner to advise

• Tim Wainwright (10/5): Will definitely be back. - Directions easy to follow. Real bonus having a dedicated parking space for the property. The views were spectacular and to be able to sit in the living room and have a panoramic view of the sea was wonderful. Location is central to the village and a good selection of eateries and shops moments from the flat. Knead bakery cakes and coffee are sensational! Nothing. Excellent break.
• Stephen (8/5): Great location right by the beach. Would recommend. - Location. Heating - warm and cosy. Near the shops and on top of the beach. Welcome Prosecco and coffee pods etc provided. As was kitchen roll, ohocs on beds, soaps etc. All very thoughtful. The exterior of the block and the entrance/ stairways were stark, cold and uninviting. No shower mat. We had to buy one to ensure our safety. Shower adequate.

• JL (10/5): This is indeed a High End beachfront getaway - excellent. - This apartment enjoys a stunning outlook over the beach, in a secure and pleasant location within an easy walk of both the amenities of East Wittering, the nature reserve at East Head, and an short drive to nearby cathedral town of Chichester with its excellent theatre. It is comfortable and well equipped, with every possible need catered for and many lovely extra touches provided to make us feel welcome and supported. Communication beforehand and once at the property was good; the owners/managers were helpful and responsive. Nothing. We were happy with our stay.
• Fiona (10/5): Fabulous flat in perfect location! - The flat is amazing, fabulous view, quiet location on the promenade, and very comfortable. There were thoughtful touches, chocolates on each bed, and oil, balsamic, salt, pepper, and tea and coffee, and a bottle of Prosecco! Will definitely come again. Nothing, except we would have liked to stay longer!

• Chantal (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped with everything needed for our stay. We were provided with all necessary information by the host, who was also really communicative when needed. The views from the apartment were amazing and the sound of the waves so therapeutic. We definitely plan to return again in the future. Nothing to dislike

• Katie (8/5): Very comfortable - Location just right for us. Everything we needed in the way of basics was provided. Extremely comfortable beds. Bath was uncomfortable. Duvets too think for us - we had taken our own sheets and blankets to use instead.

• Judith (10/5): Wonderful flat, amazing views - we really didn’t want to come home! - The location was great with wonderful sea views. The flat was very well equipped. The only drawback for me was that the shower is over the bath and there was no safety rail to hold onto when having a shower. As a pensioner I need to hold on to something and a simple rail on the wall would have meant that I could use the shower.
