• Guntakin (10/5): - Property is very clean, comfortable and well-located. Location is very convenient to travel London’s center. Landlord is also very helpful and kind.
• maytham (8/5): The most amazing is helena and aisha - The best thing is the location, the beauty of the area, and the proximity to public transport. The real superstars are Helena and Aisha, the apartment owners, who were always available on messages and found solutions for everything. When I needed a fan, they bought one and sent it over, and when there was an electrical issue, Aisha came herself and fixed it. Many thanks to both of them for their excellent management. The television screen is very old, and we hope it can be replaced. The risks lie in two main issues. First, the Western-style toilet is installed on a concrete block, making it higher than normal. Second, the bathtub is elevated with no handles or rails for support, and it has glass partitions with multiple joints that must be opened and folded each time you enter the tub. Additionally, the temperature control handle was poorly designed and had no markings to indicate the heat level.

• Peter (6/5): Not particularly comfortable but it was internally clean and acceptable. Location was convenient. - Accommodation was ok. Beds and sofa uncomfortable. Building entry hallway under renovation and dirty. Key pick up was 500m away which is not easy with luggage.
• Beck (9/5): Central Tranquility and Caring Hosts in lovely Maida Vale - We had a wonderful stay! The location was exactly what we needed—central yet calm. The Maida Vale neighborhood is beautifully residential, with cafes and grocery stores nearby. We enjoyed taking lovely walks in the nearby park and exploring Little Venice, which is surrounded by charming cafes. The Maida Vale station was conveniently just 10 minutes away, a there are plenty of buses available to the main city center. The hosts were incredibly kind and considerate, addressing our concerns and requests with genuine care. We were concerned about the bathtub being slippery, and they immediately had a rubber non-slip bath mat delivered via Amazon, which would be wonderful for other guests as well for safety. We really appreciated their receptiveness to feedback and eagerness to make improvements for guests’ comfort. The apartment was clean, and we liked the thoughtful provisions like coffee, tea, and some cleaning and bath products. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and we genuinely appreciated the hosts' efforts to enhance our comfort. A shout out to Helena for all the help! The mattress wasn’t as comfortable as we'd hoped and could use an update. We mentioned it to the host, who was very receptive to our feedback. Despite this, we managed to sleep well and enjoyed our stay overall. We stayed for 22 days and spent most of our time cooking our own food. Even with basic kitchen items, we managed to have lovely dinners. To enhance the experience, especially for long-staying guests who prefer cooking at home, a few more kitchen items would help. Items like a wooden slicing board, colander, or loaf pan would be especially beneficial. These thoughtful additions would surely be appreciated by home cooks.

• Jane (7/5): Handy N London flat. - The place was clean and warm. Very good kitchen facilities. No frills in other furnishings but fine for a stay in London when you tend to not spend too long in the flat. Good to have both bath and shower options.Bed OK. Situation was good for Bakerloo line and buses. Hosts responded promptly to messages. Fan in bathroom was very noisy. Bit of an issue with the bath plug ( reported to hosts).

• Angelika (8/5): Very good - The apartment is very well located for reaching the underground station Maida Vale and several bus stops. We had some trouble to return the key after our stay. The shop where we got the key when we arrived did not want to take the key back. Since our flight was scheduled we had not much time to find a solution. Fortunately we reached the owner of the apartment by phone, so we could return the key. Maybe the owner of the apartment can write a note for the guests about the process to return the key.

• Sorin (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is situated in a civilized, charming area with typical English houses. Picking up the keys was particularly easy following the message of our host Helena sent a few days before check-in. The host graciously accepted a check in a few hours earlier than the one communicated in the offer. The apartment is within easy reach of some bus stops and the Maida Vale metro station, providing convenient access to all of London's tourist attractions. This makes all of London's tourist attractions very accessible. In the apartment, we found everything needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment was impeccably clean, with all the equipment functional. Noteworthy is the TV in the living room where YouTube and Netflix can be accessed. I left the apartment with the regret that the 10 days passed too quickly. I have nothing to to complain about the location

• Andy (6/5): Maida Vale yes, this property no! - We picked the property for its location as it was very close to a wedding venue we were attending. There were good facilities very close by with cafes and well stocked shops in close proximity. The facilities in the property were extremely basic - one thin pillow each, and a cheap thin duvet. Very small and cheap wardrobe that was too short to hang a dress. There was a coffee making machine with one pod, no milk or basic things such as a welcome pack with milk - even if only cartons. There is no parking of course - but no suggestions as to where it may be found locally. The TV in the lounge works on the internet and has few features. There is a very small simple settee and a flimsy table. This apartment does not deserve the title “stylish” it is “utilitarian”. After leaving my wife discovered that she had left the dress she had bought for the wedding we attended. When we contacted the property we were told the “cleaning team” had not discovered any left items - we believe this was a lie - not the owner’s fault necessarily but ensure you don’t leave anything valuable at this property. The dress was not valuable but if that went missing then anything can.
• J (8/5): Quiet, spacious, central apartment with great host. - The service from the host, Helena, was fantastic - she was very responsive and went out of her way to help when we had a small issue. The apartment is generally spacious and very comfortable, and the kitchen came with a useful assortment of cookware and utensils. The apartment is also done up nicely and is modern, it felt like great value for the money. The location is also ideal, in central London but in a quiet area, close to transport links and shops. I stayed here for a week and had a great time, would book again. The only downsides were that the bedroom, whilst comfortable, was on the smaller side. The front door also gets a little stuck on the carpet when opening/closing.

Location is good.It is not centre of London.But it is very nice district with typical London houses,nice surroundings and it is accessible very easy by underground Mayda Vale and bus 6 to Victoria from city centre.You can get all other sightseeings by tube. The apartment is fully equipped,very light,warm,has climate control which is very important in London. Bed clothes is good quality.It would be good to provide the bedroom with other pillows.For me it was ok.It was too soft and small for my husband. A few supermarkets are next to the apartment. We had nice time here.We will back. Nothing
• Hoi (7/5): I love the kitchen and laundry. Fair stay. - The staffs are responsive. Have oven, dishwasher, laundry, fridge, cooking oil, basic cooking tools. Very good for me to cook during stay. The ventilation fan in the toilet is connected with the light of the toilet… I feel cold when shower but I cannot turn it off as it will turn off the light as well. Also the lamp in the living room is set to turn on/off automatically. It scares my partner and me at first.

• Pierrette (7/5): Good - Cosy and quiet appartement, spacious for 2 people and nicely refurbished. The staircase of the building is narrow and very dirty. The double bed is too narrow (140 cm). A queen size bed, 160 cm, is expected to meet the standards. The living room was poorly and insufficiently furnished. Not very convenient to have to cross the kitchen to access the bathroom.

• Elena (9/5): Superb - Appartments is situated in 5 minutes walk from Maida Vale station . Shop where you can buy everything in very close. Appartments is speisios , clean , good furnitured with all nessesary equipment . I really enjoing of staying there . It would be great to have fried pan on a kitchen
