- Jo (9/5): Fantastic. A comfy, easy stay. - The house was great, clean and comfortable (beds included), with a useful outside space. The coffee machine was a tremendous bonus for coffee lovers! Minor gripes - we found the art quite masculine and a little off-putting. It would be good to make the lower keysafe inoperable, I was confused by it.

- Corene (9/5): Great stay - I absolutely loved the quirky decor, the wood finish was really nice. The bed in the main bedroom was comfortable and the extra large TV was a bonus. Bedding was ironed and plenty of towels to use. Nothing to complain about

The double bed in the main bedroom upstaits was very uncomfortable. I woke up with backache every morning. I'm small (not overweight) but I fely like I was lying in a hole.

- Rupert (9/5): Superb - We had a lovely stay. The house is comfortable and well equipped and is perfectly positioned for exploring Exeter. Our stay coincided with Valentine's Day and there were some very thoughtful extra touches to reflect that.
