Fresh and clean, patient and helpful staff Parking
- Les (9/5): Convenient, comfortable and economic - The space was clean, neat with a comfortable bed and a coffee pod machine.
The bathroom was spacious and well equipped with everything needed Nothing of issue, all good.
- Kendall (3/5): - everything
- Mandakhsuren (8/5): - Yes . i like Sometimes it needed cleaning. We washed and used the bed linen and towels ourselves. The hair shampoo was finished. The kitchen stove was not working, so we couldn’t cook. Other things were good.
- Brian (3/5): Don’t stay here. - I didn’t it’s a community place, misleading on what th y advertise. I wouldn’t recommend. Everything. 5tb floor of a hostel basically.
Not for adults

- Eric (7/5): Great location for exploring Seattle - The property is in a great location, in the heart of Capitol Hill and close to restaurants, cafes, parks, and public transport. We didn’t need a car as the apartment is within walking distance (and street parking is almost impossible to find). It was clean and well presented, with sufficient space for 2 if you are planning to spend your days exploring Seattle. The online check-in worked well and the use of access codes made entry convenient. It’s a 4th floor apartment with no elevator, so be prepared to haul luggage up several flights of stairs. Being on the top floor the room became hot during the day and was slow to cool down at night making it difficult to sleep - even with an opened window as there was no breeze. There was a small portable fan that was completely ineffective. Blinds with full UV blockout may be an improvement.
- Vladyslav (8/5): - A nice, quiet, and cozy place, with easy access to the city center by public transport. The room was clean. The shower wasn’t fully functional — it could switch modes on its own.
- John (8/5): Very good - The location is perfect
- Jasmine (6/5): My stay was okay. - The property was comfortable. Things I didn’t like about the property is that there is no parking. It was really dirty and you can hear others too staying in that property.
- Savannah (2/5): Clean but that's where it ends - We were expecting to have a place all to ourselves. The site made it seem as though we had a kitchen to ourselves and we didn't find out until right before that it was just a room and a bathroom. I was also aware that there would be some stairs but was not made aware until the day before that we would be up 4 flights. I am disabled and this was extremely uncomfortable for me and I was not prepared for it.
We also had trouble finding parking. I feel it would help if the owners made a list of parking garages l and lots near the area due to the strict street parking rules. I had asked them if they had suggestions for parking garages and they just quoted the guide book, which had nothing in it to help us understand the parking.
We also noticed that the towels were stained with pink and green on them. The water also takes an extremely long time to warm up and the bath tub takes forever to fill.
It was very clean and well kept, but I feel that there are issues that need to be addressed to make sure people know what they are getting for sure.
- Dean (10/5): Exceptional -
- Erica (7/5): Good -
- Penelope (9/5): Overall I would recommend and stay at this B&B again. - Great communication regarding checkin, security codes and access.
- Ricardo (10/5): Neat place, well located - Location. The property was well taken care of.
- Joe (10/5): Vince was super easy to work with. Keyless entry worked flawlessly. The room and everything about it was just right! - Location was pretty perfect and greater Seattle is very accessible from the building. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Everything was extraordinarily clean and in excellent working order! Access was easy.
Bed was super comfy! The tub was actually just right for soaking. I’m tall, so that’s 98% of the time not the case. Nothing. Parking was a little nuts. But that’s a Seattle thing! ☺️
