• valentina (10/5): - Strategico! Nei Sassi e vicino alla parte nuova quindi al supermercato e per parcheggiare. Poter stare nel giardinetto e godersi la bellissima vista. Solo un'avviso per chi è di corporatura robusta la doccia potrebbe essere un problema.

Les poubelles extérieures pourraient être dissimulées afin de profiter pleinement de la terrasse et seulement 2 chaises extérieures. Étendoir trop petit.

• Branka (10/5): The best location and amazing view - The best location! Amazing view immediately outside the accomodation, you just make a few steps outside and you can even take photos in your pajamas with magnificent sassi in the background. It is also very close to yummy gelato and pizza. We had troubles with safe key box on the arrival, but that was taken care of by the host very quickly and professionally.

The green patio on arrival wasn't the best of welcomes. The TINY bathroom. The decor 😳 it could be so different with a bit of taste. I'll equipped....2 knives for example. No kettle No toaster No TV Not even a clock!!!!!

• Ines (10/5): - Super navodila, kako najti nastanitev. Odlična lokacija nastanitve s pogledom na zgodovinski del mesta. In zelo blizu starega mestnega jedra, kjer so tudi restavracije. Priporocam nočitev, saj je zgodovinski del ambientalno osvetljen. Čez dan pa zasije v drugi luči.

La petite cour avec table et chaises de jardin, donnant directement sur la vue de la cathédrales et les maisons historiques de Matera. La réactivité de l'hôte pour répondre à nos interrogations.

• Elżbieta (9/5): - It is located almost at the tourist view point. With great weather (which we unfortunately did not have) you coul just sit outside with a coffee and admire the Sassi. Beds were ok, AC working well. The atmosphere of the cave house was great. We were happy with the choice of the accommodation. Grazie mille per l' assistenza con tutto. La persona con cui ho contattato sul whatsapp era professionale e molto gentile. Vi raccomando Il Fontanino! The shower of a minimum size, but we managed (for a well-built man would be a problem).

Location couldn't be any better, to enjoy proximity to the Sassi, yet being close enough to the modern part of the city (which makes it very convenient for walking around, transport and any facilities such as supermarkets). I truly loved the authenticity of this apartment, which is also very comfortable and functional. It was beyond expectations! Fully recommend it Communication with the staff was smooth both before and during the stay Nothing!!!

• Ed (10/5): Perfect cavestay in Matera - This is an exceptional place. Spacious, cosy, comfy bed, and beautiful cave architecture. The location is perfect. You are in the Sassi, but only just. So you get a brilliant panorama of the Sassi from the front door and can walk down into it, but you're also close to the facilities (and parking!) on the plain. I cannot recommend highly enough. It was perfect
• Rose Zanella (8/5): Atendeu a expectativa - A propriedade estava em perfeitas condições de limpeza, organização e atendeu a expectativa de hospedagem em um ambiente típico da região. A localização muito boa, wi-fi muito bom, acesso fácil, orientações claras para o check-in e check-out, roupas de cama e banho limpas e organizadas. Na cozinha tinha os acessórios mínimos necessários para o preparo de uma refeição simples, tendo disponível pó de café, sal, açúcar, azeite e etc. Recomendo para uma experiência de dormir em um ambiente rústico de casa na montanha. O banheiro deixou um pouco a desejar, principalmente no espaço para o banho, que é bem pequeno. Como passamos uma única noite, não afetou tanto, mas no caso de passar mais noites talvez seja mais complicado. Outro comentário é sobre a qualidade do colchão da bicama, que poderia ser um pouco mais confortável.

Un'atmosfera unica Appartamento dotato di tutto (magari qualche posata in più) e spazioso La struttura è in una ztl, a 5 minuti dai parcheggi. Spostare tutti i bagagli non è stato facile. Si sente un forte odore di umidità, ma essendo scavato nella roccia è più che comprensibile. Fa parte del gioco e vale la candela

• Gila (9/5): - Super zentrale Lage in den Sassi. Sehr authentisches und spannendes Wohnerlebnis in einer originalen Wohnhöhle. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war nett und sehr zuvorkommend, wir hätten uns jedoch eine zumindest kurze persönliche Begegnung gewünscht.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene: la casa ha tutti i comfort e si è rivelata perfetta per mangiare e riposare dopo il viaggio e la visita in città. Non abbiamo mai incontrato di persona i proprietari, ma non ce n'è stato bisogno: ci hanno fornito tutte le informazioni necessarie via WhatsApp in modo chiaro e puntuale. I bambini si sono divertiti tantissimo a dormire in un ambiente così particolare, unico nel suo genere, ma allo stesso tempo funzionale e comodo. La posizione dell'appartamento è ottima: a due passi dal centro e con un panorama davvero mozzafiato. Consigliatissimo per chi vuole vivere Matera in modo autentico e senza stress!

Dotato di tutti ma proprio tutti i confort necessari.Pulito ,suggestivo,spazioso in ogni dettaglio e in aggiunta in una posizione centrale ottima per visitare Matera . Peccato avere fatto solo una notte .

• Chiara (7/5): A nice stay overall - It is located in a beautiful area, the view from the door is spectacular, however there is no view from the windows. The house is on a touristic path so many visitors stop by, blocking the view from the entrance and leaving you with a very little privacy when you are sitting outside. The cleaning definitely needs to be improved. The toiletries are very basic.
