Carlos (10/5): Beautiful, well located apartment in Madrid - The location was great, the apartment is well maintained and you have everything for pleasant stay.
SZE SZE (5/5): Nice property, bad service - Comfortable, clean, modern design & great location The agent assigned to pass room key & handle check in is ridiculous. We informed property when we arrived Madrid airport via booking.com messaging system. 30 minutes later property replied that we have to call the agent for check in (no WhatsApp call allowed). We then borrow phone from taxi driver to call, and rejected by the agent. He insisted us to call by own phone & ONLY TO CALL him when we are standing in front of the property but not during on the way time. We called him when arrived, and he said we should call him 30 minutes earlier. We had to stand there, beside the road for another 30 minutes waiting him to come. This is really terrible & the worst ABNB experience we have ever had!

Yasin (10/5): - Bir daireden bekleyebileceğiniz her şeye sahip. Özellikle iki ayrı banyo olması çok işimize yaradı. dairenin içi tamamen yeni eşyalardan oluştuğu için gayet konforluydu. İletişimde biraz sorun yaşadık. Yurtdışında sadece interneti olan e-sim kullandığım için internet dışında sabit hatları arayamıyorum. Tesisin booking üzerinde sadece sabit hat numarası var (cep numarasını belki ben görmemişimdir). Tesis bizimle internetten/whatsapp'tan iletişim kurmadığı için şans eseri kapıya gelen yetkili sayesinde beklemeden içeriye girebildik. Konumu tam merkezi değil ama yine de her yere yakın.

The apartment has everything you could need for a comfortable stay Not much to not like. The only thing, I found the washer/dryer hard to use but that was minor

Seval (10/5): It was just perfect. - The apartment was so close to the Plaza Mayor and other touristic attractions. The street where the apartment located was also so quiet. The airconditionar was working really good. Everything in the house were new. Both beds were so comfortable. Really liked everyting about the house. Nothing.
